They Say Speedy Service and Assured Quality🤣 Waited for 1:30hrs just to collect my Mobile phone and even after Collecting it... it was in the same condition as given....Fault was as it was.....Pathetic Experience

I went with samsung A20s under warranty.But staff didnot able to resolve my hanging issue.one year passed .After warranty over they said that 5400rs will be there. Problem will be resolved. This is the service. Not satisfied with their service.

VERY VERY VERY POOR SERVICE!!!!! I will give 0 Star rating if there would be an option. They are committed for fast service and satisfaction for customers but this all is just FAKE. They only charge you high bills and do work for none the worth.

Very helpful and flexible staff they clearly tell you what's problem in your mobile phone and how much cost for it and they how much time take for resolving the problem of your mobile and within time the ready your mobile phone 📱.

Never pick a call very bad service

Go only if your phone is in the warranty period. Otherwise very expensive. They demand a lot of money for phone service.

Great experience 👍👍 waiting area is fabulous fully AC. I just want to give one suggestion please add one LCD so that during waiting visitor don't get bored. Staff is good and cooperative. My phone repaired on time and also working properly. I am satisfied with the service.

Poor Service, behavioral issues with staff. Even curtesy is missing.. ill try not to visit, If necessary I'll go delhi but will avoide this service center.. If there is less then 1 , ill opt that..

I was having charging problem in my mobile, the person there told me that screen of my mobile is also gone, for 1000 rupee work, he asked for 12000, donot go there, they are thieves.

Staff member were dedicated to they work understood my problem and rectified it very quickly , maybe that's the reason I really like Samsung smartphones because there services are amazing

Properly managed atmosphere. Waited for my turn, although I knew the fault in my device and searched for the approximate price of the replacement of the part on the samsung official site. The centre charged less than the amount prescribed on the samsung site. They returned the device on the prescribed date and time. So overall my experience was not bad...

Wrost place ever every time u visit they steal a original part from your phone and replace with a duplicate one….for the very first when you go to submit your phone they only aware you about a single problem but after that game begins and you got looted and all of your phone became h playing box only bhangaar

Not good service is available at this service centre. I paid 4000 for display changing but only after 1 day, problem starts again. Not good behaviour.

Good service If they have your Phone specific part then it get repair in almost 3-4 hrs But if not then they took lot time to order that part Overall good except calling department We have to call almost 4-5 time then only they pick call
