Quite well set up but slow service and mosquitoes! Too many of them especiallyin these times when dengueis rampant in Delhi NCR, needed my own mosquitoe repellent to just stand there. Took 3 hours to fulfill our work order, but the vehicle was tip-top with courteous and polite staff.

Such a awesome showroom. U will find hear all most all jeep model ... But some of Jeep model will not there coz of they are pre-order able ex - Jeep Wrangler. For this model u have to order first then after one month u will get the car. (USA se import krna prta hai na ) . Location - this agency is near by metro station... having huge are for car parking. Staff of the showroom are very polite and friendly !!

Good Showroom 👍🏼 sales representative Mr Prince gave a very long test drive of the Jeep Model I was interested in buying And made me experience the Vehicle’s overall feel in city traffic, bad roads and highway.. which gave a better clarity of Cars ride quality and comfort !! Such gesture is not seen in Every Car showroom.

Hi my name is Ankush Mathur my car number is hr 51 bq3200, I had some body work from okhla service center and they stolen my vehicle jack and some tools from it I m highly disappointed with their staff and service they are theif and arrogant i would never suggest to use jeep service center for the car service very bad experience😡😡😡😡

Prior to purchasing the vehicle - Prince from sales is a great guy. He is extremely helpful and very patient. Love the showroom, must visit if you are looking to buy a Jeep. Whole range of colors available. Post purchasing the vehicle - I had four visits (1 service, rest 3 issues) to the service center for suspension issues (apparently this could be figured out in the PDI as there was a lot of noise), water seeping in the cabin from the windshield and suddenly today my right side speaker stopped working. My car is 68 days old as of today.

I visited jeep showroom as I’m in search of a right suv for me so Jeep Compass was one option for me. Initially one of their executive came to my place for test drive but I wanted to explore other variants so planned to visit Mathura road jeep showroom but experience wasn’t good. They had only 2 variants in display and we requested to ON the ignition of car to check interior features but both car were not in situation to get start due do dead battery condition. It was little surprising for me as it was a planned visit and that executive was aware that we’re coming to check other trims of compass still car with dead batteries. I wasn’t expecting this from a brand like Jeep.

Bought a jeep compass from the agency the whole buying experience from booking to delivery was quite smooth. The staff is very professional in their dealings.
