I visited the Hyatt residences, Aerocity for the first time… and it’ll surely be my last because I have never been so ill-treated by the so called ‘courteous’ managing staff. Firstly I had to wait for around 2.5 hours to check-in even when I reached there @3PM. Secondly the services were extremely disappointing as I had to call thrice to 4 times to repeat for a order, services were very late and slow due to which I had to order from outside. Thirdly at the time of check-out one of the managers started to blame us for some wine stains on the wall in the apartment (for clarification… we did not even had wine in our apartment). Then we were told that we stained the carpet which was already having those stains before we checked-in. Then a few of my friends were humiliated in the hotel lobby that was full of guests regarding the issues. This could have been very professionally handled only if the staff had shown some courtesy or professionalism and had chosen to speak with us in private rather than a lobby full of other guests.

I wish I could give them minus rating. We had a terrible experience here and it was my bday I booked a 2 bhk. Firstly, my friends and I reached there at 3 and they gave us our room at 5:30. Normally checkin time is 2pm and we got our room at 5:30. Adding to that the service was very poor and we had to call them 3-4 times for one single service. Plus, the treatment was really poor. Thank you for spoiling my bday Hyatt and we are never coming back. Also, if you are going there for any occasion just be prepared because it can be ruined just like that.

Nice stay. Business rooms outside for meeting and lovely pool

Deserves less than 1 star rating. Housekeeping was so poor the room was smelling, dust on the panels, dirty and stained rugs on the floor. I felt faint. No one picked up the phone in reception, upon checking out we had to fetch someone from Hyatt Andaz. The place shares a breakfast place with Andaz even though they won't check us in or check us out of Andaz. I paid 2x the price to stay here thinking we were 3 people. We would have done enormously better taking 2 rooms elsewhere. I stayed at JW Marriott next couple time - can vouch they are enormously better

The genuine empathy they showed towards guests like me truly distinguishes them as great leaders in the Hotels & Hospitality industry. A simple gesture like greeting guests with a smile and genuine passion may seem small, but it leaves a lasting impact. Mohit, Rituraj, and Priya understand that their work is not just a job but a commitment to making guests feel important, secure, and happy. In an industry where some work out of necessity, these individuals stand out because they belong to the hospitality profession. Their dedication and hard work should be acknowledged and celebrated. I am grateful for their efforts and for making my stay at Hyatt Delhi Residences truly exceptional. Thank you to the entire team for exceeding my expectations and setting a standard of hospitality that will keep me coming back.

Had a lovely experience staying here. Staff is very humble n polite. The only place where u can take ur pet with u n enjoy ur holidays.

The hotel is centrally located, where the Airport and other tourist spots or localities to explore is very close by. One would get a great experience while staying here with the luxury rooms, cleanliness maintained by house keeping staffs and so on. check this out for sure, when you get a chance.

Superb interior and lovely staff.good way of earning also as inside hotel only they are having few area which they have rented out to companies.

I have visited Hyatt for the wedding of my friend. Service of the hotel was too prompt. During the event I met Pawan and om beer from cleaning services. They were very polite and ready to help. They helped us to co ordinate with our friends. Thanks team Hyatt.
