I have been to this place countless times, since the time it was called Maasha. The location is superb, just beside the lake. They have the option of indoor as well as outdoor seating. I personally prefer the outdoor seats because the live music inside is just too loud. But once the live show is over, it's pleasant to sit inside as well. Best time to vist- winter. It's amazing to sit in the balcony with the foggy lake outside. The food is good. It's not very cheap, not very expensive. But the good times I have spent here has made it worth the money. Also, service is very good. If I had to make a suggestion, I'd request them to make the live music a little less loud. Otherwise it's difficult to have any conversation inside.

The Record room is located in Haus khas village and is one of the best clubs there.. Good music and amazing environment. The ambience is impressive with outside seating having lake side view..i went there with my friend and we ordered- Chilli chicken, cheese nacho, chicken poppers in the staters.. in drinks we ordered virgin mojito flavoured with watermelon and cranberry juice.. In the main course we ordered fired fish with Lemmon sauce and dal makhani and some breads... Food was delicious and staff was very friendly. A must visit place. 5/5

The food and service is average. BE CAREFUL ABOUT YOUR BILL. I saw two billing disputes which were corrected in front of me. I was the third one, as was charged for extra drinks. Taxes are ambiguous - check every detail before making a payment. View is nice though.

Having a quick lunch at The Record Room, Hauz Khas was a decision I won't regret. The Veg Chef Special Pasta (Penne pasta in pink sauce) was one of the best pastas I've had, ever. The pasta was perfectly cooked and had just the right about of sauce and veggies in it, highly recommend trying it out!! The veggie burger, as seen in the picture, was served with french fries and a tandoori mayo dip. The burger had a double patty and was so filling! It can even be shared among 2 people. The indoor section of the restaurant has some cool music playing on the record and sometimes live Music as well; and the outdoor section has amazing views of the Hauz Khas lake. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone wanting a meal with a view or just a good place to drink and eat and just have a good time!

The best place in HKV to spend quality time with your close ones amidst all the chaos of Delhi. Their Veg platter has variety to explore with very smooth dahi kebab. My favourite spot is the outdoor seating in their balcony with the most beautiful sunset. Highly recommended!

Beware of these fraudsters! They promise something else to lure you to the place and once you settle down and order the things they refuse to keep their words! They're making you to pay the service charge and when confronted they say that we have given you the discounts so you'll have to pay the service charge! Service is so slow but food is good. Ambience is good but the attitude of the staff ruined the whole experience. I'm not going to visit it again and I'm going to lodge a formal complaint regarding the SC.

For a shady and dark place which is the hall mark of all places in Hauz Khas, it was a rather nice lounge I have to admit. Weekend evenings start with live music and grow into karaoke nights. Unfortunately the day I went there with my friends the projector did not work but it was fun none the less. The drinks are extremely pricey as expected so if you plan to drink take a beer tower in my opinion. Weekends also have one on one free on ther drinks and a welcome drink if you are a girl gang and lucky. The food is average but I don't think anyone is paying attention. Try the salt and pepper corn if you want above average taste. I personally loved the live music as the artist has a very good voice and was taking requests. It is worth visiting at least once. Average cost: 2500 for 2 people

This place is located in main Hauz Khas Village along with a plethora of other clubs and restaurants. That area feels like Sarojini market, but for restaurants. They’ve set up a nice cozy place on the first floor of some building and they have both indoor as well as outdoor seating area. The staff was very professional and polite. The service was very prompt. The ambience was above average with kind of a romantic setting. Their food menu is quite elaborate but very highly priced for the quality, quantity and taste they offer. Drinks are priced steeply too. They offer all day happy hours but wont have 90% of the drinks options in stock and will only have the worst options for you to choose from. Food tasted good. Special mention to their pork and bacon burger. Super delicious. Rest all food items were good. Nothing extraordinary here. The live music was super the night we visited. Overall, a mediocre place. You can visit any other place in HKV. Wont tag it as a must visit

Like any other Pub/Cafe at Hauz Khas, The record room has cozy vibes. The live singing was great. Though their person got us in by promising 25% off on food, in the end we got only 20%, we didn't fight for it, lol. There was 1+1 on drinks. Overall ambience was good. We occupied the table outdoors which was breezy and gave the view of the lake.

The ambience is impressive skilful with outside seating additionally accessible with lake view. The food is exquisite. Refreshments are astounding. I found Tawa mutton delectable however for Veg. Classic Pizza it was like normal one it can be better (just a suggestion). Chappli kebab and chicken rara lahori were also good. Likewise, staff is gracious and respectful. One can appreciate the greenary and nature around with the smell of flavorful dishes. On the off chance that you are close to Hauz Khas, do visit this place.

I’ve been coming here for years. Sometimes alone , sometimes with friends. The service and food has been splendid. Only issue is the ladies washroom needs more maintenance. It’s a nice place to bring your friends to. They have live music often and good deals on drinks.

We ordered paneer tikka and chilli mushrooms Food was okay but nothing special. The waiting staff was very well behaved but service is very slow They also had a live performance but the space is too small for that kind of setup, making it hard to either enjoy the music or have a conversation

We ordered Chilli Honey potato, Mushroom and paneer pizzas.. Taste of Pizzas are okay but the Chilli Honey potato is good.. Overall Okayish experience.

Yesterday i was here at this beautiful place The record room Masha, hauz khas, delhi. The ambience was really good and especially the staff service was superb !! Yesterday, I was here with my friend and enjoyed a lot as we had the lake view in front of us. The record room had a good playlist and it was crowded most of the times. We had ordered non veg mezze platter and I liked the kebabs a lot, chicken poppers and these were my favorite, grilled chicken with rice is little bland that is it has not that extra masala, grilled fish is something you must have from this place. For drinks we had sangria and cosmopolitan , these were damn good. Overall , a good place to be at.

The food was good ,so was ambience. The airconditioning was really horrible.

I have been there a bunch of times. It's my go to bar as it's very close to my place. The ambience here is nice and cool to just chill while having a pint. The staff is polite. And when it's 10pm the dance lights come on. The dj music is cool too. It would be nice if they could add more area to the dance floor 😅 but hey it's a very good place. You guys should try it out.

When you want something new from the routine social visits and bored from vapor bar.. this place provides a fresh place.. with reasonable pricing on the menu with almost all common choices in the list it serves the purpose of a worthy place.. It have a lake view area and an inside area.. the dahi k kabab is a must try for vegetarian..

Loved the outdoor seating with lake view. Seating is cozy and comfy. If you prefer indoors, they have a foosball table as well, to have some fun. Bar is very pretty and I enjoyed the cocktails very much. Personal favourite being Vengaboys and Madonna. Vengaboys had an overwhelming citrusy punch. Food was served fresh and hot, loved their presentation. Quantity was apt according to price. 😄

Visited here for a lunch with friends and tried their non vegetarian record room platter, kebab platter, orange relaxer and ginger lemonade. All the starter food items tasted really nice especially the record room platter. I really liked their orange relaxer drink. Service was quick, and you also have option of outside seating to have a view of the hauz khas village lake. Overall a very nice experience :)

Good and nice place with a good ambience. Lake view is also beautiful but the area is mostly crowded and noisy. Food was tasty and hygienic.

The place was darker than my liking, little cramped too, very loud music. Food was food though, lake view is great
