😠 Had an awful experience at this hotel! We booked here based on the pictures and positive reviews on various hotel booking websites only to realize later that everything was FAKE!! Pictures of the room shown in the website does not even closely match in reality. Room was dirty, had to get the linens...     Had an awful experience at this hotel! We booked here based on the pictures and positive reviews on various hotel booking websites only to realize later that everything was FAKE!! Pictures of the room shown in the website does not even closely match in reality. Room was dirty, had to get the linens changed, no toiletries were provided. The Manager was rude AF wondering how they still manage to run this place! Check out time as per our booking was 12.00 PM but the Manager demanded to vacate the room at 11.00 citing that he forgot to update the check out timings on website lol.. turned off the A.C from their direct connection:( This was not it the next day I received an email from @booking.com thanking me for the review that I never did; found that they reviewed it stating “superb” using my and my sister’s name!! Please beware of this PATHETIC hotel don’t waste your money! Thanks 🙏🏻

    Bad service. Rooms were small and bed bugs. Very shady place. Not for family. No lift. Bed was not comfortable. No proper lighting

    AVOID THIS PLACE This Company scams you, I been to the ark suites just next door. Read my rating there. They fake all the good reviews they have and rip of people with the worst service and facilities ever! They even managed to give a fake rating on booking.com by using my account.

    Worst hotel room.. very dirty linen. The food over priced. On the day I reached i ordered coffee which is quite costly ,i waited more than hour for just that. Breakfast was suppose to be provided with room charge.. which there’s no other option except very dry bread toast… and on my move out day, I need to order breakfast which I am entitled for, but they didn’t pick up since morning and make me travel for 6-7 long hours without breakfast. If they can’t provide, they should hv written. Biggest Frauds

    Simply fraud. This hotel is below standard for family. The rate should be below 1000/night. They don't have different room. All rooms are of same type but they will claim of different room with different price. Totally disappointed with the hotel. Intercom not serviceable, bed sheet dirty, wash room water leakage, electric sockets not working and many more.

    Initially I thought it is not safe for family when checking the price in go-ibobo and location. But then again I wanted to take a look myself to the hotel. When I reached hotel, my questions were all answered as well my impressions on the hotel. There are so many homes nearby the hotel, you feel safe around this place and good thing is you get so many food options very near to the hotel which is the best part. If you are a tourist from any other state please go book blind on this hotel.

    poor service they cancelled our stay with stupid reason and did not wish to inform us. i called for early check in and they said hotel is closed and asked to book somewhere else. complete fraud and waste hotel avoid if you can

    I had very bad experience in this hotel. Food is very much bad, stale Chapati and smelling matar paneer. I don't have word to explain that how much bad.

    The hotel reception declined early check in and asked for rs 500 extra (we booked through goibibo and 3hr early check-in was complimentary) we were made to wait for almost an hour in the lobby. then i had to call the hotel owner and finally they gave us a room on 3rd floor with no lift ...had to carry a few luggage up after such a hectic travel

    Its the worst hotel ever. The staff is very worst and the beds are very dusty . The bathroom has the toilet smell all Over and the staff do not respond when we ask for any service. The money is also not refund You if you cancel the booking due to bad service. Never visit. The worst place ever and the worst staff ever I have seen in my lifetime. Fab hotels need to block this stay.

    Such misleading pictures on every website. You won't even get basic amenities. Mattress won't fit properly on bed. Stinking bedsheets with full of stains. Water will be given to you in a plastic bottle without seal. Don't ever book! Save your night.

    Worst hotel in mahipalpur delhi.     Ambiance was good at budget. Only thing was I didn’t get proper bills what I paid for… I booked this hotel through MakeMyTrip. I ordered dinner and while checkout asked for bill the amount I paid, they provide bill of lesser amount. When asked for clarification they gave me rubbish answers.

    The room wasn't cleaned when we entered. While booking it was said that it has room service and all but when I asked the refused saying the kitchen ia closed. I even requested to have a tea/cofee in the morning but i was told that it can be arranged only after 9 AM.

    It's better to stay at airport for couple more hours rather than going here hotel staff fights rooms are dirty linen are worst and they do not send water to your room. And they do jot have any proper security as well worst and full waste of money to visit here
