Here you can get fast food, beverages and ice creams. A little bit busy place. The food items are little bit expensive as compared to the quantity but quality is up to the mark. Better to eat something from here before entering inside the zoo if you don't wanna get hungry during exploration the zoological park.

Zoo canteen provides chowmein, sambar, bada, chhole bhature and kulcha, ice cream , cold drink's, pao etc. Product quality is medium, compare to price list you can go only once here else I suggest you to avoid eating here.

A good place to eat. I often come here during winters to drink hot and soothing Tea when I go for my morning walk. The variety is good and prices are moderate. Recommended. It's just outside Delhi Zoo gate so you don't have to take any tickets to go there. Recommended!

The canteen outside the Delhi Zoological Park is too good you can get any food from north Indian to South Indian there. Outside the canteen a huge parking space for Zoo available in which you park your vehicles. In menu there is chole bhature, Chole Kulche all south Indian dishes and too many Chinese and continental dishes also. If I'm talking about price the prices are too very reasonable. 1 plate chole bhature will cost you 60/- rupees while chole Kulche cost you 45/- rupees and masala dosa cost you 70 rs only. Apart from price and availability of food the food is hygienic too. So if you are planning to go to Delhi Zoo satisfy your taste buds here after exploring the Zoo.

The overall sitting arrangement was decent. There are only fans but no air conditioning. The prices were reasonable. Though the taste was pathetic to be honest. I have ordered fried rice which was really tasteless. Moreover we have ordered pav bhaji , samosa , tea and momos . Except tea I felt everything was tasteless. The hygine is also not satisfactory.

Very crowded, with very less taste. But we cannot blame them because the crowd there was all around the Delhi. Lets hope to see better management of things, even I don't want to add pictures.

There could be more animals in ones garden than this Zoo ... I fail to understand as to why it is called a Zoo . You just pay for tickets and carts and you get to see few dears and monkeys . Sheer waste of time and money .

The food is decent but not very good. A large number of seating space available. Ample parking available for 2 wheelers, 3 wheelers and 4 wheelers. Chhole Bhature is decent however not worth recommendation.

It's an amazing canteen but it's closed nowadays. I read somewhere that zoo authorities have released a tender for new canteen but due to their tough rules, no tender is getting approved. Hope they restore services soon as anyways there is no decent food service inside zoo also

It's is just okay to eat over here after a long walk in the wild zoo. As nothing else is available in the nearby vicinity for having a meal. So one should stay and can eat from this Canteen.

It was good. Thankfully all the tables and chairs were clean, Nice open Sitting area. Its a self service canteen, and it was quick to get our orders. Taste was littttle below average but we were starving and delight to see our meals. Almost all the delhi street food was available(all veg).. Price was Nominal..

Self service. Take rest, have some food. Fast foods and juices are available in plenty. After visiting Zoo and getting a little tired, you will require have some meal. Price is competitive and the taste is also good.

Very well maintained zoo. Very reasonable pricing. Toilets and water facility available throughout the zoo. Electric vehicles frequently available to ferry passengers. Food courts are also available. 2 kms from Supreme Court metro station. You can get Electric auto outside metro. My suggestion: book zoo tickets online before you reach so that you can avoid any possibility of no entry to the zoo due to ticket unavailability.

I used to like the south Indian food of this canteen before pandemic. But I recently visited the Zoo and had lunch there but the food did not taste that good as it used to be. The price of the food is very economical, two people can have the lunch for as lost as INR 160.

Less animals post covid. The zoo should have bicycles, e scooters inside for people to use. The only mode is either walk or use their electric vehicle. If you walk you will get too tired especially if you are carrying your little ones. If you book electric vehicle, you can't enjoy the panorama and scenery around. The distance is large enough but the animals are quite less in number. Some of them never show up.

The Delhi Zoo is an amazing experience and has alot of animals and Birds to see. Please don't disturb them while watching them. There are few points to keep in mind especially the food part as mentioned below: 1. Tickets only available for sale online or at the zoo through QR code. 2. No food allowed inside, you can carry water bottle. 3. There's no provion of food inside, nether there's any hygienic food available outside zoo, so please eat enough before you go there as you'll have to spend minimum of 2hrs there. 4. If you can't walk much then take the tickets of golf cart which can take you point to point and Rhea driver will explain the availability of animals. 5. The Best time to visit is before noon as after that animals are sleeping. 6. The Best Season to visit Delhi is from September to March.
