Being a handicapped couple we were skeptical about our bookings with travel agents, but hats off to their professionalism, they delivered what they promised!!! Their staff was very polite, generous and accommodating. The driver was very helpful and guided us throughout the tour. The hotel that they offered in our package was really nice. Their package was budget friendly. All in all we had a cozy, comfortable and a memorable trip.

We had booked for 4 days and 3 nights with them... Al I must say is the best decision we made!!! Very much thank to you for our trip advisor Mr. Ravi who was always there to sort out our each n every query within no time n even in early mornings n late night too. .. From flight booking to everything he managed so well... N i must say a very humble guy...As we were traveling with our 1 year old baby we were in need of decent hotel with helpful staff n guess what Ravi gave us suggestion to stay at Riva Gold Coast. . Which was very close to Candolim beach, plus all the staff was very much helpful and very polite in every manner, since we were with baby, they upgraded our room to premium without any extra charge that was really sweet gesture... Sightseeing was also managed very well, all the drivers were good... It was a very memorable experience... also it was budget friendly... Will surely recommend to others... We went to Kashmir via True Leisure this month. The whole arrangements made by them were awesome. They accommodated us at very good hotels. The rooms are nicely done and very comfortable to stay in. The sleep quality was excellent. Toilets are very good and hygiene. Food is tasty for breakfast and also for dinner and we had lunch outside which is not that much good. Hotel accomodation and transport for local site seeing is very good provided by Aishwarya. I am thankful to Aishwarya for coordinating and helpful services all the times during trip🙏

True Leisures (TL) is the perfect example of living up to it's name. Special thanks to AISHWARYA mam for making our trip truly memorable. My wife and daughter, we thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our trip. It was our 9th anniversary and 1st trip to Goa. The hotel was fine, and the transportation service was superb, as the drivers were nice, the cabs were new, neat and clean, it was a hectic free ride everywhere, although we missed 2-3 sight-seeing points due to time constraints. Aishwarya mam was available every time whenever there was any query or problem, her suggestions were superb and up to the mark as per the itinerary plan, like the dinner cruise plan. She suggested things nicely just like she's traveling herself. We stayed in Calangute's main area where the beach was just under 1km. There was one incident where a person we saw near Anjuna beach, who was continuously calling the MMT service provider for not getting proper services, wasted more than 30 minutes and was not able to enjoy with his kid and wife. Thank you TL for not having such a kind of experience. I'll definitely recommend Aishwarya and True Leisures to everyone. Sharing some pics.
