My New Year's Eve experience at this club was an absolute disaster. The complete lack of food turned what should have been a festive celebration into a nightmarish ordeal. The management was utterly incompetent, leading to chaos as desperate patrons resorted to snatching food from each other. This level of mismanagement is unforgivable and tarnished what was supposed to be a joyous occasion. I wouldn't recommend this club to anyone, as it single-handedly ruined my time, my New Year, and everything in between. A colossal disappointment that I hope the establishment takes seriously for the sake of its future patrons.

this is a very pathetic club. I will pay around 4 lakh. the rate of alcohol is too high. I came along with my frd. The bouncers are cheap and pathetic. They ask for tips for me. I will pay around 15k every person. They say it's a mandatory amount.these are lootera. don't go. It's wasting my time and money both. it's genuine review.it's a really horrible experience for me.

The only reason I'm writing this review is because an arrogant PR who does not know how to speak to women. Although the ambience of Club is nice, their PR Akshay Kumar (Dj Shay) behaved rudely and abused my female friend on Instagram. How can you hire such people when your own public image is at stake. Hope the club does something about this else I'm not suggesting anyone for this club.

Worst property I have ever visited to party…..i have been to all the clubs in delhi like BW, Privee and Key but this one is the worst one, never gonna recommend this to anyone… ordered food 45 minutes before and haven’t got the order even I have given money to waiters also very bad service also they are not good in dealing… paid 50k for the table and they gave us a table which is at the very end…. Totally disappointed

Located in the heart of the city, ground floor Samrat hotel Chanakyapuri, the club has good vibe. Due to it location and environment it pulls huge crowd, decent drink cost and reserved areas are located floor wise. You can definitely visit and your experience will be good.

Average. Nothing new. Charging us 6k because we did not meet the profile of the crowd for the club or something. FYI the crowd was mediocre. The only sexy lady I saw was the gogo girl of the club. N the music very typical. Nothing new and exciting. Overall because of my dear friends, it was a ok night out.

What attitude does the staff has. An overrated place with underrated staff. Not a deserving place. Better is Toy Room.

Tried to go there at the end of the night for a drink with friends but ran into rude staff and unreasonable entry charges. 5,000 rupee entry fee. Wow... The doorman was rude and acted like he was the most important man in Beverly Hills. Weird and sad. I would avoid and go somewhere with better staff and better customer service.

It’s a great place to spend your Saturday night and it’s definitely not going to disappoint you in anyway. The food was good and I cannot begin to explain that how lit the ambience was.

Well its not the best club out ther ! They have too many tantrums for entering ! We came for the party… 2 couples and a girl and still they didnt let us enter … we aere ready to pay the cover charge which is alrit but they kept in making excuses that they are full at around 1 pm when the club parties usually start .. anyways went to Soho club it was just awesome !!!

Don't bother coming if you're a foreigner. They were racist and treated me extremely poorly. They will literally charge you 10x the normal price for WATER. If you don't understand Hindi and look/sound like a foreigner, spare yourself the money and the trouble.

I went to white club with my friends for their Sunday brunch sundowner and the experience I believe is worth sharing. They have the most delectable dishes on their menu,from swanky cocktail to hit me chocolate mousse loved it all!! Also their outdoor space makes it more special for the winter sunday evenings.

Dj is pathetic. Only bass and no music. If you stay for more than 30 mins, you're gonna damage your ears for sure. Overall worst experience

This club turned my New Year's celebration into a nightmare. From money wasted to non-existent food management, the chaos reached a peak when people were literally snatching food from each other. I would have given it negative ratings if i had an option, 1 star is also high for this club, which ruined our new year eve. Worst place to visit, bad management, over crowded, it was unlimited food with the package but we couldn’t even taste the starters and it was all over before the party started around 10 pm. We wasted our money as well as new year eve and even the guards of samrat hotel were rude and disrespectful and were asking for money when we entered.

I had a terrible experience on New Year's Eve at this club. They ruined my celebration by forcing me to stand in line outside the club until 12:10 AM. I received no drinks or food, and the bar was extremely overcrowded. The club authorities were rude and unresponsive.

We booked this club to celebrate New Year's eve along with family. They charged us 6k per couple and gave worst experience of my life. I've been to so many clubs but management here is absolutely horrible as their sole purpose was to charge people be selling online tickets and not let them in since it supersede the holding capacity of the club. They made us stand in the queue for 1hr from 10pm to 11pm which is the prime time to celebrate before the countdown so that they could buy time and exploit people due to their mismanagement. Before letting people in they were doing typical babugiri of manual paper checking of all bookings. Also we did not get to drink a single glass of any drink because for that one glass you had to fight the hell out of those long ques and nor we could have food since there was no food laid out in those empty utensils worst than Langar. It was ann extreme stampede like situation and no male female courtesy was there wherein they could have their drinks or food. They've created a hype and are encashing on people's trust. Never visit this worst place ever again. Unfortunately in Indian jurisdiction we can't even get any action initiated against these fraudsters who are minting money on public trust.

Where is the option to leave minus 5 star rating? Had the worst experience of my life, ruined my new year. Kept waiting outside the club after the new year started. Management fails a big time.
