Very much heat inside mart. Ac were present but was turned off... Also the staff was lasy and working very slow took more than 10 minutes to help us checking out.

Probably the only super shop for clothes on the main market road of Karol Baugh. It has a huge clothes section and a little bit of kitchen section. The clothes are not costly. But the space looks very congested...

Over all good experience there all the time. One can find allmost every item. There are different different section for all age group, basement kids wear boy/girls, ground floor ladies wear then gents wear, utensils household things, some eatable items and much more in less price tags that you can find your need in easy way. I visits there most of time there.

Good place for shopping,budget friendly, and good thing is there are many sections separated like for stationery go to basement area and for girls section,it is in front of entry door and for male section go on the first floor ,.... So overall comparitively good and reasonable prices

My experience is good because I never purchase any thing from here. Whenever I go there with my gf her shopping goes very well and budget frndly but my personal opinion with their gents pants they are charging very high according to quality of products. This is very huge an there so many sections like gents clothes ladies cloths foot wear section kids section for cloths and toys and there are grocery section crockery section and so many things are there so go there and enjoy your shopping with ur loved ones 😊

Prices here are very reasonable and product quality is also overall good. Visited here to purchase Diwali gifts for employees and I was so excited to get such a brilliant deal here. Unlimited stocks of everything they have and their staff is also very friendly. They pack your stuff very nicely in cartons and help you to place your order even inside of your car as well. But the admin should take care of basic facilities here like restrooms or drinking water facilities must be improved, as this place is very crowded mostly on weekends. Many thanks

Vishal mega Mart gone worst, cloths are dirty, cheap, un managed. Stores are not pretty cleaned and trial room are in pathetic shape. Most important thing is that the stores don't have proper ventilation and ac available and it's same for all. I visited Uttam nagar and Karol bagh both have same situation. Go buy from trends, Westside but don't go vishal

Some stuff is really good but some of them are not up to the mark, if someone is searching for a product at affordable price then this is the place. Make sure you bring your carry bags with you because you already know they will charge for it like ₹10 - 20 .

Very affordable. Variety of cloths and other things available. Too much crowd in that place. Very suffocating when you shop and use trials for many cloths. Location is easy to find. Map directions are accurate. I was gone on weekend and the shop were too crowded. If possible go in odd times to avoid people.

My experience is totally different pathetic service and products. Before buy any products check te offers and quality because after the bill generation there is no option to change the bill. Also make sure you will check the bill before leaving the counter. In my case they bill the product twice and forcing me to add the extra products reason they said scanner is not working properly. So make sure you aware about it.

There is a lot of choices available for casual shopping. But this place is in dire need of cleanliness and regular dusting. Most of the clothes are dipped in dust and during trial it will give you rashes. There is a shortage of staff at sections . Regular arrangements of clothes on the shelf are required here . To the management: please look into this issue .

Vishal Mega Mart Stores are best budget stores for shopping the Daily Groceries, household items & apparels. This Store in Karol Bagh can be accessed by own vehicles. Paid Parking space is available near to this Store. Else it is around 500 Meter far from the Karol Bagh Metro Station, Battery Or Pedal Rikshaws are easily available to reach here.

It's very experience here the staff is provided wrong information about stock and at the time billing other material mixed by saying that both are the same thing. When asked why they do this then denied and blamed on me specially 3rd floor blanket department holder named miss Ashu and mr Amit. So it's my ever bad experience with Vishal in last 4 years

Good products and value for money, but an awful shopping experience. The aircons were not working or not switched on, on this hot and humid day. The NON-STOP announcements about the online shopping process drove me crazy. I did complain to an assistant, but she shrugged it off. To add to that, another assistant closed the trial room, for no good reason, while I was still trying on some shirts. He then wanted me to try them on the floor, in public view. I abandoned my shopping out of frustration.

The quality kitchen utensils are not that good and they only have 2-3 active checkout counters. I had to wait 30min in line just to get done with the checkout.

Not a nice experience visiting Vishal mega mart here at Karol bagh. The store is ok but the stuff has been kept very casually with dust appearing on almost every item lying on upper shelves. The staff here is also less attentive and casual. You may get items at discounted prices which are in line with the online grocery apps like blinkit, Flipkart, Amazon etc.

worst mart ever i have been.. zero cooperation at karol bagh branch . i bought a pajama but when i took it to home eventually it was damaged so go back there, but i dont know how there was a pen mark on the pajama may be during trial at home coz im student. but just for a mark they refused to take it even it was damage on the knot.

This hypermarket offers everything from clothes, shoes to household items, stationery, toys,etc... Prices are low and affordable... Many times the products are of inferior quality, owing to the low price... But mostly the quality is ok ( as compared to other stores at this price) ... Sometimes some products are even of superior quality than their price... It's all a matter of what is available at the time you visit... Can find many useful household things too... There are deals on almost all the time... Store staff is quite helpful... Beware, store gets very crowded and it gets difficult to move around the alleys... One more negative about this outlet is the lack of ventilation if air-conditioning is off... Gets suffocating, with masks on... But all in all, you can get good bargains here.

As always, Vishal Mega Mart never let's you down with their range and prices and all the offers. But, 3 stars because of the sanitization, employee unprofessionalism and the worst cleanliness ever.
