Organization
lacking
basic
standards(Zero):
Intro:
I
went
to
Stellar
to
recover
data
from
my
2TB
hard
drive.
They
charged
me
699/-
for
the
data
recovery
analysis
and
gave
me
a
quote
for
64K
+
taxes,
which
later
came
down
to
41K
+
taxes
after
negotiation,
.but
still
significantly
above
market
standards.
Due
to
this,
I
decided
to
opt-out.
Nevertheless,
my
overall
experience
was
extremely
disappointing,
reasons
below.
##Your
website
advertises
a
"FREE
quote,"
yet
you
charged
me
Rs.
699
to
provide
a
quote
of
Rs.
64K,
which
later
changed
to
Rs.
41K.
Can
you
explain
why
this
is
not
a
quote
?
As
per
the
definition
of
a
quote,
I
am
confused.
and
why
such
a
large
variation
in
price?

establish
fixed
charges
based
on
the
size
of
the
recovery
and
services
offered
for
individual
customers?

Communication,
you
sent
an
silent
email
that
ended
up
in
my
spam
folder,
and
there
was
no
follow-up
for
three
days
until
I
contacted
you
back.

higher
up
I
went
in
your
hierarchy,
the
less
technical,
less
customer-friendly
and
more
of
sales.
Your
front
desk
staff
was
better,
and
your
Tier
1
team
on
the
phone
sounded
more
technical
at
their
level.
As
I
spoke
with
higher-level
staff,
they
became
less
technical,
less
customer-friendly
and
more
of
sales
mostly
to
negotiate
quotes.
##Doorstep
delivery
is
a
good
idea,
but
i
feel
you
do
not
care/value
data
devices.
As
a
company,
you
have
a
fundamental
responsibility
to
deliver
my
hard
drive
safely,
with
some
form
of
protection,
such
as
bubble
wrap
or
atleast
newspaper,
during
delivery
?
,
this
reflect
your
organization's
standards.
Cant
really
blame
delivery
person,
who
proudly
wearing
your
brand
bag
&
out
for
delivery.
Your
advertisements
and
promotions
featuring
personnel
in
white
dresses
and
images,
as
well
as
ultra-sophisticated
closed
glass
room
videos,
all
seem
fake
and
funny
to
me
##If
I
recall
correctly,
I
used
to
be
able
to
see
my
hard
drive
as
a
folder,
but
now
I
can't,
and
the
hard
drive
is
making
some
noise.
I'm
not
blaming
you
for
this,
as
it
could
be
a
coincidence,
or
I
may
have
missed
something
before.
However,
please
consider
the
points
I
raised
earlier.
Choosing
your
services
was
a
significant
mistake,
and
it
resulted
in
me
wasting
three
days
(excluding
weekends).
Additionally,
I'm
starting
to
lose
trust
in
Google
reviews
