Organization lacking basic standards(Zero): Intro: I went to Stellar to recover data from my 2TB hard drive. They charged me 699/- for the data recovery analysis and gave me a quote for 64K + taxes, which later came down to 41K + taxes after negotiation, .but still significantly above market standards. Due to this, I decided to opt-out. Nevertheless, my overall experience was extremely disappointing, reasons below. ##Your website advertises a "FREE quote," yet you charged me Rs. 699 to provide a quote of Rs. 64K, which later changed to Rs. 41K. Can you explain why this is not a quote ? As per the definition of a quote, I am confused. and why such a large variation in price? ##why not establish fixed charges based on the size of the recovery and services offered for individual customers? ##Post Analysis Communication, you sent an silent email that ended up in my spam folder, and there was no follow-up for three days until I contacted you back. ##The higher up I went in your hierarchy, the less technical, less customer-friendly and more of sales. Your front desk staff was better, and your Tier 1 team on the phone sounded more technical at their level. As I spoke with higher-level staff, they became less technical, less customer-friendly and more of sales mostly to negotiate quotes. ##Doorstep delivery is a good idea, but i feel you do not care/value data devices. As a company, you have a fundamental responsibility to deliver my hard drive safely, with some form of protection, such as bubble wrap or atleast newspaper, during delivery ? , this reflect your organization's standards. Cant really blame delivery person, who proudly wearing your brand bag & out for delivery. Your advertisements and promotions featuring personnel in white dresses and images, as well as ultra-sophisticated closed glass room videos, all seem fake and funny to me ##If I recall correctly, I used to be able to see my hard drive as a folder, but now I can't, and the hard drive is making some noise. I'm not blaming you for this, as it could be a coincidence, or I may have missed something before. However, please consider the points I raised earlier. Choosing your services was a significant mistake, and it resulted in me wasting three days (excluding weekends). Disappointed, They are having big name but can't retrieve data from memory card which is encrypted as internal memory of phone. Simple reason given as Encryption Details not received. I want to remind you that people gets stuck then they come for decryption at your door with lot of hopes. What I come to know here is you wants easy money which comes easily to you bcz your competitors are not available in market.

A simple word to define their greed of monetising the stuck situation of customer, Poor Service. If you make them feel, you require the data they will charge you accordingly. I got my data recovered for them, for which initial commitment was around 4-5k that whooped to 40k, and they will intentionally make your disk not work, such that you cannot confirm from anywhere else. I have better solution available around Nehru Place and Laxmi Nagar. Moreover once you pay, they will stop responding to calls, poor customer support and a team.of people well trained to lure the customer and monetize their necessity. Don't trust them.

Unprofessional team. Do not waste your money & valuable time. Better to contact local one. Not even able to recover small 570KB excel file(unreadable content). From the beginning till end don't even know who is actually dealing with concern. Also paid advance as quoted by stellar team . Very-2 disappointing & shameful experience. During my verification visit to CP office they were asking me which was the drive & file though it was already mentioned at the time of giving Hard Drive to their pick up staff. This is really disgusting. 100% failure. Not deserve even ONE STAR failing which i can not post my review. As required By Stellar Co. via their mail dated16/01/23 Job Id-DLCP20420 This is again really shocking.

Had a hard drive fall on the floor from the office desk. The reader was damaged. Quoted 300,000 Rupee to recover the damage. Almost 3 times as much as quoted in Canada.

The committed time schedule was maintained with precision. Job done is completed with reliability. Although the cost is a bit high but I think it is worth the money

It is safe and the process of data recovery was well structured ( all communication were on emails) . It is quite expensive but we are glad that our data was recovered. It was worth the money spent.

Data recovery was good and effective though 100% could not be recovered. Nearly 90% was recovered. Service level is good and Stellar staff were cooperative and prompt is responding. As a package it is a good pack.

I have provided two times my HDD for data recovery and both time received 90 to 95% recovered data but only one thing i want to suggest you that time of data recovery process is too long, if anyhow you can reduce the time that would be good for all clients.
