They are cheaters. Please avoid booking here. We booked it for senior citizen dad who had a prepaid booking. But the hotel refused the room. It was midnight and they kept him waiting for over 2 hours. Then they took him to another hotel and accommodated in a very bad and substandard room. Horrible experience.

Upon arrival, the entrance to Hotel View immediately set the tone for disappointment. The lackluster exterior failed to convey the warmth and appeal expected from a reputable hotel. It seemed neglected, leaving an unfavorable impression that unfortunately extended to the service within. The check-in process was disheartening, largely due to the receptionist's demeanor. This individual was one of the least accommodating and professional staff members I've encountered. Their cold and dismissive attitude towards any inquiries or requests conveyed an alarming lack of interest in ensuring guests felt welcome. A hospitable reception is crucial for a positive stay, and Hotel View fell short in this aspect. The overall service throughout the hotel was consistently subpar. Staff members appeared indifferent to guest needs, with requests often met by delays or outright negligence. It was disappointing to experience such a lack of genuine hospitality, as if guests were an inconvenience rather than valued patrons. Although the rooms themselves were a silver lining, boasting cleanliness and adequate amenities, the pervasive apathy displayed by the staff overshadowed any positive aspects. A hotel's success hinges not only on its physical attributes but equally on the quality of service provided. Despite the initially promising name, Hotel View left much to be desired due to the regrettable service, particularly from the receptionist. The physical accommodations hinted at potential, but until there's a significant improvement in customer service, this establishment fails to meet the expected standard. Prospective guests may find their stay marred by the stark contrast between the inviting name and the lackluster service that defines the overall experience.

Hotel us very interior and locality doesn't seems to be safe. Rooms are toooooo small and cleaning was not up to the mark. No towels or room let provided. They offer only meals but not small stuffs like tea.

Receptionist is soooo rude. She dont have manners how to talk to customer. I just asked her for spoons and plate and she denied by saying "Hai nahi gutter k pani sy dhulwa du"

The cleanest and spacious hotel all amenities with good hospitality in Mahipalpur I hv stayed in last 15 years. Keep it up.

Its a worst place who only value money and not customers. I had been here for 3 days but I partially cancelled and checked out in 1 day. Early morning the guy at reception straight away denies for Dental kit and iron and they have mentioned these facilities on their portal. On that I complained on the portal, their manager straight away said that customer never came to us and we all have this facilities. I asked refund for the stay I did not complete and they denied. Im going to complaint in the consumer forum. This is how you all play with your customers. This shows how much value you got for your customers.

The staff is courteous and attentive they go above and beyond to make sure your stay is enjoyable and stress free.

This hotel is pretty good . rooms r big bed r comfortable and bathroom r so clean i would recommend u to go for this hotel whenever u can most reliable one and thanks me later.

Very poor service Rooms shown in websites are superb, but actual rooms are very basic, double bed is as built for kids. Staff behavior not good. Lift not working. A C not working.

I recently stayed at Hotel View and found it to be an average experience. The hotel was located in a convenient area and had a pleasant exterior. The lobby was clean and spacious, and the staff at check-in were friendly. My room was comfortable but somewhat dated in terms of decor and furnishings. The bed was comfortable, and the room had all the necessary amenities, such as a television, air conditioning, and a small refrigerator.

Basic hotel suite, nice and close to the airport. Room is good enough. The price is fair so you get your moneys worth here. The reception are friendly and helpful with what you need and they can organise trips for you to Agra and other places + airport pickups and drop offs. Rohtsan behind the desk helped me quite a lot during my stay and also the main manager. I'm not sure of his name.

The rooms are good but the way and the location is hard to find. U can check on the maps and go into the lane for identification of the hotel for the first time. Later u will know the way in and out. Lift is still under construction👷🚜. But its not an issue.

Stay - Just over night for the morning flight. . Booked Hotel Earth but was shifted here as the rooms over there were full . Location - Hard to find and on bypass road away from restaurant and Galli of mahipalpur . Room Service - the sheets looked like they had not changed it was so crumpled. . Room - It was big enough and the ambience was good! Worth the money we paid 800rs.

The worst experience ever. I dont know how it is government approved. Worst room service. Hotel doesnt have proper utensils. Washroom was very dirty. Bedsheet had blood stains and when i asked housekeeping to change the bedsheet, he said and i quote "dry blood hai sir, tension na lo, kuch nahi hoga". If this is what a Government approved hotel feels like then I'm staying in hostels from now on. Got 2 different plates and spoons upon asking for utensils. Also address and name different. Had to roam entire delhi to find this hotel. Seriously the worst hotel experience till date!!!

The hotel is in a different location as stated and also has a different name. It is a nightmare to find its up a little back street. The room was nice and clean bedding was fresh. The lift didn't work when I asked why it doesn't work I was told the hotel is new so the lift doesn't work. The tea making facilities was a joke. The jug/kettle didn't even work. Free toiletries haha a little sachet of cheap shampoo and a little miniature soap. No loo roll no slippers no towels. Was meant to be a 4 star+ hotel but I think 2 star and that's being generous. Personally I will avoid this hotel in the future. Staff very helpful.

Very good and clean rooms. Just 3 month old hotel. We got it for lowest rates on booking.com. it was a good stay here. Heater and kettle available here and have large glass in one side.

Hotel was good. But food not available. They should kept door mat or sleeper for washroom. Overall good.

Outstanding hospitality... Rooms are near and tidy. All staff are very polite and helpful. Staff treats the guest very well.
