Certainly not a 3 star facility. Very small room, no mirror so I could shave near sink. Blankets smelled a lot and mosquitos were plentiful. No phone and/or bell to call for help. Spaark offers breakfast but don’t have any table/chair in so called dining area on roof. The kitchen managed by doorman was extremely dirty. I checked out and forgot to turn keys. I promised to give back in an hour but owner threatened to call police. So inconsiderate are owners I did not know. When complained the owners Ashita was very abusive. No receipt given for cash payment but GST was charged. People should not use vendors who cheat on govt taxes The owner husband also called and threatened action or pay more money.

I generally don't write reviews but they deserve a 5 star rating as I regularly visit Rohini for my official wok and I personally liked the stay. Only concern is they have limited rooms and it sometimes become difficult to get rooms. They should increase the number of rooms.

It was nice Stay there. I stayed there with my family. We were 5 members. The thing which I like the most is family atmosphere & cleanliness. The owner Aashita is very quick & intellectual.

I had a pathetic stay! Don't go with the postive reviews here in google.. Booked a deluxe room via mmt that costs me more than 2k.. didn't even have basic amenities like drinking water, towel provided was dirty..and toilet was not flushed when I entered...room boy was horrible! Hope owner needs to learn from these and try to improve.. regards!

The room is full of mosquitoes as there are no net doors and windows. The owner promised us a kitchen but in the name of a kitchen there was just a slab and a sink.. no gas no utensils nothing. When asked the owner was quite rude and arrogant in her replies. It’s purely commercial.. would not recommend it for a Rajiv Gandhi patient.There are better places around.

Behind Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Hospital, you can walk easily. Building looked tiny & tall. A small lift was working. A small front desk had one elderly to assist but question were only answered by the owner hence you better call the whatsapp number pasted on wall for more informations. Marbled stair looked clean but tiny. A small plateform was just at the room for cooking yourself. Attached bathroom with comode looked not bad. A tiny tall house with one room on eash storey.

Our stay at Spark Residency while visiting the Rajiv Gandhi cancer hospital went smooth since this place is so close by the hospital. The rooms were neat and clean and was cleaned by the staff’s everyday without any complaints. We felt very safe at this place and also the market is very close by so there was no issue going to buy daily groceries.

Best part now they are calling me for my bad review and using slang language and literally disrespected me being a advocate i can literally file a case against them but due to bad condition of my home as medically we are not stable i am ignoring.. But truly its heart breaking... The owner is having a way too much confidence that the costumer will come as they provide all good.... and she knows how to manage them but as per my experience of 4 days and of today they are literally horrible i guess her mother in law called and ssly started shoutong at me horrible.. ssly

Honestly I wana tell, Superb condition room , well behaved staffs . Hygiene place . every thing is perfect , absolutely fantastic , clean place ever seen before, i just booked for 1 day and with my personal experience i don't felt that I am in some poor hotel , i enjoyed my every second. At the end I would like to say Awesome 👍👍 i loved it ❤️ . I give 5 out of 5 ratings U guys also choose this hotel .

I recently had to stay at the Spaark residency and I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service and comfort provided. The hotel staff bhushan ji and aashita ji were extremely understanding and accommodating, going out of their way to ensure my stay was as stress-free as possible. The room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, offering a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The hotel's location, just a walking distance from the hospital, was incredibly convenient. I was so happy when owner provided cab services which made transportation to and from the hospital hassle-free.

We came to Delhi with 3 family members to undergo treatment for our patient in RGCIRC. This hotel is very near to the campus with just a 500m walk. The room is pretty neat with 24hours water supply and furnish with wardrobe and air condition. Its cleaned daily with bathroom being cleaned and bed sheets replaced. Owner is very understanding and co-operative. I would surely recommend this hotel for anyone getting treated at RGCIRC or for stay for any other purpose in Delhi. We have been there for almost two weeks in January 23. Initially our plan was to stay there couple of days. Later we were so satisfied about their service n hygiene n cooking facilities that made us to feel like "home". Besides owner is so much cooperative n gentle. We wouldn't miss staying there next time.

Clean room and clean washroom. They are genuine people. I have booked the room in advance and they treated us very nicely.

Had a wonderful stay, we came here for treatment at rajiv gandhi , we stayed here with my father for 27 days we loved it , owner aashita is very sweet and she helps a lot even at midnight she herself arranged medicines for my father , at last i am so happy that i am not able to express my feelings , all i can say is location is awesome , cleanliness is great owner is helpfull thanx aashita and bhushan ji for helping me and and my father in hard times

Very nice rooms, awesome location, I stayed here with my mother for many days i opted for with breakfast plan for 1800 for 2 person, I was served on daily basis 1 plate of breakfast for me, 1 plate of plain bland food for my mother , owner aashita is very sweet she helped us with the room setup and told us about nearby markets and everything, I loved individual attention to all guest concept.

Well, unfortunately I couldn’t get a vacant room at Spaark. But considering their location, security, service and charges its so lucrative one. Especially owners are so friendly. I won’t' miss visiting them next time.

Nice rooms with great facilities with well furnished almirah and adequate space . The main thing which I love the most is one room in each floor. The only one thing which I feel that should be improve is water bottle supply, stayed for 6 days and for last 2days bhiaya said that no water bottle is there.... although we get it for all the other days. Overall nice service 👍
