Great hospital, amazing staff, fast, attentive, caring, friendly. I went to get my health check up done, and they did a great job. Overall process was so smooth and fast that I was really impressed. They dedicated a whole floor for the health check ups, even setup multiple units for getting the tests done. Highly recommended for health check ups. Not sure about other services.

There are not too many hospitals in Dwarka but out of what is available Aakash Healthcare is good, though what we have experienced so far Akash Healthcare is good because of Dr. Ashish Chaudhary rest of the specialities are not upto the mark especially dental, they just mint money without giving proper treatment However it's not the case with Dr. Ashish and that is only reason of giving 4 star. Billing process us very cumbersome especially for Panel that needs to be corrected immensely. Anyways Thanks to Dr. Ashish for maintaining the trust for almost 10 years.

Akash Health Care Super Speciality Hospital at Sector-3, Dwarka, New Delhi can be adjudged one of the best hospitals with best infrastructure, care, human tone, doctors and everything which makes it excellent. For 4 days of experience at the hospital has left me short of words. All the Akash group.

i am giving 1 star but Akash doesn't deserve even 1 star in Dental department. we come in CGHS panel so i took appointment for teeth cleaning they charged me 690 rp for the cleaning and polishing but they hardly took 5 minutes in Cleaning and for polishing they said you have to pay again' 690rp for the next sitting but in the slim it is clearly mentioned that cleaning and polishing charges 690 .i am also attaching the invoice slip in attachment. Akash hospital is playing with government policies. i am taking about dental department only others department is very good as i am visiting earlier with my mother and wife.

I was admitted here for Typhoid and i managed to get healthy and recover pretty soon under the treatment of Dr. Parnita and Dr. Saroj Yadav. The facilities provided by the hospital staff was excellent and i really loved the hospitality.

I needed to get a set of radiology related tests for both my mother and father. Vandana Luthra from Radiology department really helped make this process seamless for us. She made sure we had minimal wait times to get the tests done, helped figure out an issue with us not getting appropriate costing for a test (which was part of Healthy Heart package), directed us to right place to get our other tests done. She checked with us few times if everything worked out fine and if we had any concerns. She demonstrated great work ethic and professionalism.

worst hospital ...Akash hospital not a hospital ..it is hotel ..their services and bill both are like hotel..their target only making high bill charges thats all .... charges are very high but the standard don't match the price..only loot of money ..only money ..i was admitted my father for treatment by reference of Dr ashish agrwal for Angiography....but i was not satisfied with any process because they are only making bills charges ...with any angiography they ,make bill of 22650 ..bkwas hospital ..khany mai choly or paneer dty hai patient ko ...dont know kya logic hai Aksah hospital ka only focus making bill charges like hotels ..I have observed that the Management and senior doctors are unable to do their work properly. The hospital not only has unethically high charges but also doesn't provide appropriate services. It's all about building and fake reviews . They have the infra but don't have the doctors upto the mark . Please dont fall in the fake reviews trap . I got my mom admitted in their cardio unit on 17th May . They suggested a redo MVR and were confident that she will be fine. On 26th they performed the surgery and assured that everything went well . On 27th at 1 am I lost my mom due to infection which is common things in govt hospitals but uncommon in private hospitals . It took them 10 hours to make the death summary and I collected the body at 12pm . Please dont fall in the trap of reviews . Pros : 1: good infra 2 : Doctors keeps u updated and are easily reachable . Cons : lack of skills in doctors and negligence of patient (the event that happened with me can only happens due to negligence during surgery or while handling the patient ). P.s : those who are giving 5start based on covid vaccine experience are their own staff

I went to a Urologist, and he examined me for 45 seconds .. in such a hurry .. fee charged is 1000 Rs. The hospital and doctors are really into money minting business only, they are not considerate. Not willing to discuss in detail. Dr. Vikas Aggarwal the HOD of Urology, I found him not empathetic towards patient. Medical issues are sensitive, and such interaction doesn't help. Do not recommend anyone to visit this Hospital

Good Hospital. ! The doctors ,nursing and support staff were professional and good who were always ready whenever we required them. Twice visits of doctors in a day ensured that my treatment was done in the right way. Also, not only for the patients, there are good facilities for their attendants as well. Attendants can order food to the room (24/7) at reasonable price.

They can keep you waiting for 1 hour just for report collection. And that too when you come back for collection as per their timeline. Better get the tests done from lab around you on cheaper rate and better service

AWESOME EXPERIENCE On 29th Nov 2020, I was confirmed with Covid 19+ report and was very worried. I informed about my health to my Family Doctor Ravi Jaiswal, who immediately advised me the necessary information and medicine for Covid 19 and i was under his supervision. On 2nd Dec 2020 I was restless and stated having low saturation (Oxygen) which was dropping from 96 to 90-92, accordingly informed Dr Ravi Jaiswal who advised me to get admitted immediately in the Akash Healthcare Dwarka Sec-3. under supervision of Dr.Rakesh Pandit. I was very tensed and started loosing hope due to severe Covid Pneumonia as detected in Ct Scan. But I must appreciate that Dr.Rakesh Pandit never gave-up and took utmost care of my health. On 4th Dec 2020 Dr Rakesh Pandit patted on my shoulder and said " Ajesh I have a trust in you and you will recover soon " and with his divine words, some miracle has started within me and i felt confident that i will recover soon. They started with their medication and as a result by 5th December my Oxygen level gone up as per the body requirement and i started recoving.It seems Dr Pandit had already done his divine miracle on me and all his treatment and support worked. I really thank you all sister's, JD Bhaiya, everyone was positive towards there Jobs, I haven't seen any hatred in any staff Eye “towards Covid patients. Entire floor was neat and clean well-maintained hygiene in the Hospital. PAYMENT : TPA process was excellent no chick chack no hidden charges, according to me All billing was done as per Govt Norms. She is reachable all the time for all the support and help. Had gone for vaccination. It pained during second vaccination unlike first one. So I did not like it. Second was attitude of people handling valet service. The vaccination took 10 minutes but wait for car to be brought out by valet took half an hour. Most uncouth was the attitude of staff handling valet service. One of the customers was complaining about delay in bringing his car as he had to go somewhere. I could see him waiting patiently for over 20 minutes but when he asked the valet sevice person said 20-25 minutes is the waiting time which pestered him. He is probably having some acquaintance getting treated at the hospital and may be paying a lot as compared to govt sector After he left the executive told his junior there said from future do not take his car. This attitude was bad. He then preached that people can talk sweetly on a festival. Of please. It is hospital people don't want to be here on a festival. Poor governance forces them to be dependent on Pvt hospital which charge a bomb. So their staff have no right to show any attitude. You are selling a service which we are buying. No public service that we should be grateful.

My wife was pregnant and we choose to deliver our baby in the Aakash healthcare Dwarka . I will say it was a great choice coz here all my experience was great . Hospital was well maintain and cleaned. All the staff and doctor was very cooperative. Billing was also fine no more no less. It was the same what they told me . Good Hospital i was admitted for Migrane The nursing and support staff were professional and good who were always ready whenever we required them. Twice visits of doctors in a day ensured that my treatment was done in the right way. Also, not only for the patients, there are good facilities for their attendants as well. Attendants can order food to the room (24/7) at reasonable price. I was admitted there for 5-6 days and I got discharged after proper treatment.

Thorogh and professional care was provided for my father for his 20 day stay in the ICU. A big thanks to Dr Umesh Gupta and his team for the treatment and the amazing support provided by Mr Pritam and Ms Vandana from the admin and the radiology team. Very good staff and medical faculty. Facilities are also of high standards. Valet parking is available for our vehicles. They took good care of my mother when she was admitted there. The food provided for the patients is also of very good quality, proportions and is conveniently packaged too to avoid spillage. The medical staff is well knowledgeable and the interactions with them were pleasant and comfortable. If only the rates for general public without insurances / med benefits could be brought down a bit, it would be the perfect choice in times of need.

More than happy with how they handled my case during Covid . Dr Prabhat Ranjan is the best doctor I have come across . His diagnosis is very good, less medicines and more emphasis on improving health in the natural way. I got both my doses of vaccination done from here as well . Completely happy with the hospital staff and the management.

I really hope not to visit that place, but I would like to tell I like this hospital, too near to my place n it's hospitality n cleanliness is something to praise. My brother went for stone surgery last week. It was done carefully. Stay there or nurse attained us very cooperative. The only issue was with food exact after surgery they aligned normal diet.

Prettyuch my go-to hospital. It's the best in the area. Unlike my experience with other hospitals in Delhi, the staff here are very professional and want to help. The doctors are honest and brilliant and give great advice.

The services were very homely. I went in the midnight and this was my first experience with emergency services and i was very worried. But the staff and specially doctors were very nice friendly. My two days were beyond satisfactory just spent on making me comfortable and relaxed. Thank you Akash for making my life a little more better.

What’s the point of giving an appointment time when a patient has to wait 1-2 hours before seeing a doctor!? I would really appreciate if we get an appointment and the doctor is also available at the same time.

Their services are good I like Dr. Meena J Pediatrician. She is very nice person and a good doctor. Gynecology department is also but now it seems that they are reluctant to take panel patients for panel patients they don't have appointments or you will get after one month

I had my surgery yesterday, before and after process were also smooth and the surgery went well without any complications. Also the staff is very humble and cooperative. Today also the discharge process went well.

Good doctors... Few changes are required especially with the executive check up program... It's very mundane... Even if the client has long chronic prevailing history of the illness... Doctor here are knowledgeable and have good experience level when it comes to taking care of patients and diagnosis. The staff member are also nice and gentle while taking and understand your difficulty. Everything expect parking which is worst and they tell you to park outside as they have no parking space available and outside its tow away zone. So this caused a great issue for me. So please be aware of this and do not park outside even they ask you to.

Everything from pin to plane was well managed and organised.. I can never assume being admitted to hospital without attendant.. but here all were so cooperative that even without attendant I didn't get any problem. Special thanks to all ... I came here for my wife's delivery. Services was amazing. Everything was soo smooth. We received a gift and cake cutting was also done for my baby. I really appreciated all the services. Management is very good they are always ready to help.

Went for Tonsillitis surgery for my nephew. Dr. Abhinit and Helpdesk Ms. Neha Jaiswal were fabulous and professionally oriented. The hospital though lack hospitality as some places like billing counters, security. Sanitation too requires an upgradation. Highly Satisfied by the Dr. and all nursing staff but disappointed by the rest.

Great customer service from Anjali Kalra at Radiology reception. She is very supportive and polite in terms of dealing with patient or attendent. She did not take much time in explaining the test procedure and helped us giving our reports on time.

The staff is very caring and gentle in guiding, helping and dealing. Doctors seem to be good and I feel they avoid unnecessary testing as prevalent in other hospitals. I would congratulate the management for such a wonderful philosophy.

This is worst hospital,focus on only profit, carelessness with patients. This hospital staff is also very rude behaviour. I admitted my mother in stomach pain.and doctor said, she has only stomach infection and we can admit her only for 3 days. But , they worsen the condition of my mother,and do the around 50 test without our permission,like ECHO etc.they do those test also which are not related to their disease.They shifted her into ventilator .Dr said daily , her condition is improving and remove her from ventilator today. But they didn't remove her ventilator . They did dialysis of my mother . My mother is always opened the eyes and reply with us. But ,when we want to discharge her. They worsen the condition badly and my mother was not react with us ,not opened the eyes.They take a discharge in 8 hrs deliberately. And so that my mother is passed away. . I want to give dislike . Don't want to give 1 star too. My mother is died because of this hospital money earning motive.😭
