This is my wife's 3rd IVF at Gaudium as earlier 2 didn't succeed. This time, there has been improvement in staff attitude and attentiveness. However, there is lack of doctors at this centre. There is Dr. Parija who is too good. But due to shortage of doctors, patients have to wait for long hours before they could talk to doctor for a couple of minutes. Also, a dietician and a psychologist would also help. 24-Dec-21: 3rd IVF also failed. We took 2nd opinion from another IVF centre and got to know few things which we didn't think of earlier. : Relevant tests weren't done to know if the embryo would survive or the womb was ready to conceive. : Low Beta HCG and follow up ultrasound did indicate a possible mis-carriage. However, Gaudium didn't tell so. Also, it didn't advise for medication to increase chances of survival. : Gaudium didn't tell if some extra precautions were to be taken in body movement. : There was constant bleeding after pregnancy test came positive. Gaudium had my wife admitted into their own hospital but they couldn't control the bleeding. They then kept on ignoring it. : Wife had severe pain in lower abdomen but no doctor was available to suggest medicines. Receptionist who attended the call said that if it was urgent, we should come to hospital. It was not possible however for my wife to travel to hospital in such a condition and that too just for asking name of a pain killer. : No follow up from Gaudium during the entire treatment to know if patient was doing fine or to know the concerns. : Non availability of Ultrasound machine at Gaudium. We had to go to Gaudium recommended City X-Ray clinic, Tilaknagar.

Me and My family are very happy and satisfied with the service and treatment we got at Gaudium.prior to that we visited two other fertility clinics and had negative results and experience.By god grace at Gaudium I got conceived in the first attempt. One of the best IVF Centre in the Janakpuri Delhi. I have visited couple of other IVF centres but "Gaudium IVF is so far the best. Dr. Manika Khanna is very empathetic, she listened to our issue very patiently and explained everything in detail. Non cooperative specially dr. Apurva is very rude . I went only for consultation about ivf procedures and the cost of it.She denied that. So Dr khanna , instead of showing off your rewards, Pl train ur team of staffs to be well behaved because patients come to you or you are helping the patients only after taking a fees and not free at any case.

They have very unprofessional and rude staff. Went there for a simple test, was told report will be available in 2hrs. Kept on following ip with the receptionists and lab tech to get the report. It took them 48hrs so you are on hold for any diagnosis which should have been sorted the same day. Receptionists keep asking your info, cold transfers your call to other receptionist then she’ll ask all the same ques then will cold transfer you to lab assistant DIVYA who will ask the same ques Again and if you ask her to check records as they have your info she’ll hang up on you. Back to square 1 and you repeat everything. Receptionist again transfers your call to the one sitting beside her without informing you and then you explain things, she says oh let me check and get back to you and it’s third day’s evening but no one called back so we called them again. All This just to get one report and start with diagnosis. Now imagine your 9months journey with them. May God help you if you are planning to go with Gaudium.

Poor facilities. Not transparent. High cost . Find some other center. Blastocyst facilities not available. Head doctor not available easily, mostly junior treat the patient. When cycle fails the center is unable to give reasons for failure.

When my first cycle didn't work she completely adjusted everything and made sure I was 100% to continue to another cycle. She made me feel very comfortable in the whole process. When my first cycle failed, the doctor reassured me, and when I had a rough second cycle they pushed me through to have to have successful cycle.
