A team looking for win-win solution in case of irate customers ... I took a botox service on nov 21, 2021. I had ~32 ml left in the vial which should be used in 30 days as the product expires! The Dr who did this treatment left Kaya. I visited Kaya thrice after that but no one reminded or educated me on this. I raised this concern about 6 weeks ago with one of the Kaya associates at Gk2 branch. And i am very happy to share that the whole team made a conscious effort to mitigate and satisfy my issues! I will especially call out Radhika's name here who worked towards ensuring minimising customer complaints and frustration and find a win win solution. I am updating my comments as per my experience today, on May 06, 2022, and i have definitely come back after visiting kaya much happier!

Poor management, after booking appointment for 2 pm they asked to wait for 30 min after wasting 3-4 hours they want to reschdule for next day. Doctor is busy. The behaviour of the employees is very rude. Totally bad experience.

I have been coming to Kaya since 5 years. It has been great experience. I have pcod hence, my requirements have been massive. My therapist is Radhika. She is so sweet and amiable. She takes good care of me, my skin is extremely sensitive and she is very particular while providing the treatment. Kaya gk is very hygienic clinic and all the other staff is also very amiable and kind. Overall my experience has been amazing.

Hi my daughter and myself were welcomed so warmly by Yogita and guided for my daughter’s session. While we waited, we were served with an excellent Kaya special welcome drink. Yogita gave us a time slot even though the clinic was bustling with clients. Thanks for that dear Yogita! Jamna, an expert in her work guided us through the laser treatment before and post care too. Dr Neha is one of the best dermatologist in and around Delhi, very knowledgeable and warm at the same time. I owe her planning my pre bridal in the shortest notice and time possible. Hoping to see her soon.

It's the worst skin clinic one can opt for ,I went for the advice only to improve my skin tone only ,they did so many treatments for money and they destroyed the symmetry of my face ,when I complained they didn't even respond fir the correction ,doctor over there is very bad ,she was not concerned about the customer's satisfaction, other people at the reception are behind money on lu ,dont trust their 5 star reviews

Kaya is a brand for a reason,my experience in kaya was just amazing.the staff is very friendly and very attentive,the vibe of this place is very positive and the premise is very clean !! I want to thank one girl specially Prerna chandna who was awesome in what she did she’s very professional,quick,soft spoken,maintain’s perfect hygiene and knowledgeable so would highly recommend her

They are fraudsters please do not trust them. Despite of being at great space they provide worst customer service. I took the package with them and on my 1st session while therapist was providing facial services other managers or staff started coming after few minutes asking my therapist again and again when she would get free. Then after that they started messing up with the appointment even the owner was there and seeing the miss management she offered complimentary service to me. Even after telling her the problem all she was focused towards complimenting stuff as there was other customers who was angry with their management skill. They do not provide full fledged information to client and top of that services are different from one outlet to other and they are not bother to let customer know in advance that service are not same in their outlet. Please do not invest your self in this outlet.

Troubled by dermal issues, Kaya is your place to go. From my personal experience I’m absolutely glad to have been able to be their client. Really happy with my results. The therapists are like long lost friends, my personal favorite is Nisha Ma’am, not to be boastful but she’s really the best!

I have been to the clinic couple of days back for my laser treatment, felt attendant rushed for the service 45mins 4 areas were treated, within couple of days my hair started growing back, which wasn’t the case in 1st sitting which I took in Bangalore. No doctor was assigned to see and tell how much radiation to be given. Waste of a session. Disappointed.

Overpriced for the services offered. Subpar doctors who are really just looking to sell services rather than actually caring abut the patient's skin/ hair. Ive been a Kaya customer since 2019. Likely not coming back.

I had a chemical peel session under the guidance of Dr. Neha along with the therapist Nancy and they made sure to make me feel comfortable. The Dr. seemed quite an expert whereas Nancy was really nice and followed everything that the Dr. said during the treatment.

I visited Kaya clinic Gk2 for acne marks 2 months ago. Dr Neha and Nisha assisted me and helped me through the process. They are really good at their job and do take care of you really well. My marks have visibly reduced. Highly suggest.

Most horrible experiences of all times, I went there for my pigmentation problem which was just on the forehead and little on the chin due to heavy typhoid medicines, Doctor Oshin Agarwal suggested high chemical peels and laser treatments without even diagnosing my skin. She started the treatments with very strong peels and lasers and then post mid treatment she went on maternity leaves. Later the treatment was took over by Dr Priyanka, she also continued the harsh peels and lasers which were only damaging my skin and overall face. After 6 peels and 6 lasers my face got burnt in such a way that now My both the cheeks and forehead got way darker than ever. I feel highly disappointed and demotivated due to this whenever I looked into the mirror, everyday it’s really harassing for me. I have filed a case also for the same against Kaya Clinic but they not in the given time, they replied to me after one month time that I’m doing all this to earn money…which is highly inhuman on their part. I’m waiting for the justice and please don’t go to Kaya as they won’t take any responsibility for damaging ur skin hair, money and time too the way I have invested in the hopes that I will get better. Kaya skin clinic is the worst clinic, and they just want to eat u up with earning huge money and in return trauma for life.
