This was an interesting last minute decision for me in selecting this Hotel... I selected this solely because it was walking distance from my training facility. I was pleasantly surprised by the place. The room matches the pictures on online booking platforms. It was very clean and well maintained. But the most important thing i really liked about this Hotel are the Staff and their services. I'd like to thank Mr. Priyanshu, Mr. Manish, Mr. Naveen, Mr. Prince, Mr. Praveen, Mr. Rakesh and Mr. Pappu for making my stay as comfortable as possible. Even though I didn't spend much time at the Hotel due to a busy schedule they really made efforts to check on me and that my meals were delivered to me at whatever time I got back... I really appreciate your efforts and would like to thank u all for everything. I would definitely like to visit again with more time on hand... Definitely recommend this Hotel to all who are looking for a good place with good food and especially excellent service from the Staff ...

Rooms were comfortable and cozy but had a major flaw. There is no charging socket near the bed or table. There was only 1 charging socket in the entire room, which caused great inconvenience. The restaurant was small but service was good.

Good place for a few nights stay if you want to go around the city because of the central location. Decently priced, but at the end of it you get what you pay for nothing over the top but not bad either. It’s very close by to all the major places around Delhi and a few minutes walk away from the metro stations.

A great place to look for. Staff is very professional and same time courteous as well. Food is also great and credit goes to chef Mr Girdhari and his team. They provides you utmost attention and put all efforts to make your stay memories and comfortable one. Kudos to team once again. Keep it up.

Room are good. Complementary Breakfast fast is not good. Especially Idly and poha. Only good thing is Onion Dosa. Pricing also a little high.

The ambiance and location is superb We were upgraded to a suite with a jacuzzi without extra charge and without our request. That was a nice gesture, Breakfast was sumptuous

The sarovar is wonderful however the facilities can be better to have a rather better customer experience. The service is good, food can improve a little, and the service could extend longer into the night that would be great. Having said that the rooms are good so if you need to stay this is a ho enough place and is budget friendly too.

Was a work trip to Delhi for 3 days. Very comfortable stay at the hotel during that period. The service was impeccable! Both the housekeeping and at the Restaurant of the hotel. Staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Rooms are clean and roomy enough.

Though a neat hotel, but it lacks some basic infrastructure. It does not have enough parking for cars, barely 8 to 10. The conference hall is in the basement to accommodate 50-60 persons, but the washroom facilities are way too short. It has one facility each in the basement and the GF and both can accommodate only one person at a time. The food is good and the service prompt.

Wonderful hotel and awesome honest staff the front desk attendant was so sweet and helpful as me my Family arrived at 12pm after a long drive. It is a nice hotel everything is clean and perfect. The room were awesome and for breakfast 10 out of 10, Overall Experience Was Excellent With There Best services .. special thanks to Mr. Manish... Thank you muse Sarovar staff.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed. They mistreated my family, friends and me. Kept crying and bugging for 20-30 rupees. Mistreated the group while we had almost the full hotel booked out months in advance. The manager Nadeem is the worst at communicating and being clear. The rooms are fine as long as you are ready for arguments. Absolutely avoid🚨

We went thinking that we would have coffee. The moment we entered, we parked our car. The guard came and made us move our car. Not that it was in the way. We parked it in a nice way. He said park it facing the other way and also in the corner. It was almost 7 pm and no one was coming. So much in corner that the person sitting in the front seat stepped out in middle of the shrubs. The guard all this while had a cunning smile on his face. Then we went to the cafe. Sat there for 10 Mins and no one came to ask for the order. The person was sitting at the counter just in front but didn’t move. We walked off. This was a hotel. Absolutely disgusting.

Nice rooms & good comforting food. But the location is tricky & no Bar inside the hotel and none can be found nearby as well.

We stayed at Sarover Hotel Nehru Place, stay was superb,would like to think all the staff for their commendable service, it was my daughter’s birthday and they made it superb special, heart felt thanks for all team members, suddenly I have seen the chef was checking buffet at morning at coffee shop .i was surprised that chef asking mostly each guest in coffee shop that how is the food and any thing you need in breakfast I will prepare for you according your choice , never seen in any five star hotels that chef like this care their guest , I really appreciate chef Girdhari who is very professional . Thanks for chef who prepare the food my 1 year old daughter , thanks for making our stay memorable,looking for another vacation dates already. We stayed in Delhi in this hotel. It took only 45 mins from Airport. We had good stay. Total veg and non alcoholic. Altogether one night experience is good.

Property is fairly old and not well maintained.There was cement fallen off beside entrance to my room.Slab around Wash basin was old and dirty. Though breakfast and lunch were good and staff are pleasant food ordered for night room service was poor and too expensive. Tariff charged is NOT value for money

I had the opportunity to stay in this hotel last year and had great expectations, looking at the brand name. Unless you ask someone, you have to struggle to locate this hotel, though it's on the main road, due to the adjoining flyover. I had to "request" for basic facilities like shaving kit and a toothbrush/toothpaste. No cooled drinking water was provided since a small refrigerator was provided. Even sealed drinking water was limitedly provided. The sockets in the rooms were not only inadequate but also lousy. Some of them were not even working. The TV in the room also is not guaranteed to be working. Some of the food items were good.

Very good service. Your staff Praveen & Prashant was very prompt with ensuring our breakfast and service was spectacular. We enjoyed the location as it was very close to a venue for our family function. The rooms are comfortable. The restaurant sports a plethora of food options. We wish your staff the very best.
