Had the best possible experience at the hospital. From the Doctors' expertise to the surgery experience and treatment, everything has been smooth. The nursing staff is efficient and caring, always available on call. The housekeeping staff is again extremely caring, and responsive providing the best hygienic service. The food and hospitality deserves a special mention as it falls nothing short of excellent. The care and attention that the patient receives here is really uplifting. The hospital deserves all the credit for a good management system.

I was operated on, for a Pilonidal Sinus by Dr Sukhwinder Singh Saggu. The surgery went well. The staff was courteous, the room was clean and spacious, the food served was especially amazing. Time will tell if the surgery is successful, but regardless of that the hospital itself is nice, and Dr Saggu is highly skilled and courteous. I will update this review to reflect the status of the success of my surgery.

My father was admitted here under the supervision of Mr. Ashwani Maichand Sir and his wonderful Team. To be honest Maichand Sir is a gem of a person as his thoughts are so positive and encouraging. The way he speaks with his patients that is in a polite manner is heart winning. If I talk about his team they are performing a brilliant duty I met Mr. Sunny and Ms. Meenakshi at the hospital and personally loved their regarding nature. So a big thanks to them. CK Birla is a big property and I must say what a beautiful staff they have. I even met Hansika and Kamal over there they are not less than a happy sweethearts! So beautifully they explained us everything which eventually made our visit more blessed. Housekeeping department was just a call away and so was the canteen people. I’m lost for words to express my gratitude to the entire team of the C K BIRLA HOSPITAL in New Delhi. Coming from Nigeria where I have not heard of such a place other than the usual Apollo hospital etc., I was concerned about not getting the usual treatment but something extra and specific to the medical condition I had, I needed a much more modern technic with quick recovery. I went online and after so much searching, I found this wonderful man called Dr Ashwani Maichand who has a team called MINOMAX, it was quite difficult initially to locate him but with the help of the logo he had on his hospital outfit, I was able to capture the logo and then Google searched it which now popped out the name C K BIRLA HOSPITAL, this was now confirmed from one of the videos the doctor did on Diwali where he mentioned his location. Well after I was able to get to Dr Ashwani who now gave my number to the C K BIRLA hospital Admin personnel ( Anjum and Rakhi) who were extremely polite and professional in handling international patients. Rakhi was spot-on in sending me documentations to support me to the Indian High commission in Nigeria and also follow up my travel plans and transportation to the hospital. It was Amazing when I got to C K Birla hospital facility because the reception I got was not the usual as would be seen in a hospital rather like a guest of very high importance. My stay in the hospital was extremely comfortable and relaxing, in fact I wondered with the design of the hospital that the vision of the owner would be to establish an all-round safety facility with features seen in the construction, oil and gas industry globally (I witnessed a fire drill to sensitize everyone about what to do in case of an incident, this was most impressive for me), my treatment plan was straight to the point and I was in the picture of all stages of what would be done at all times. The calmness from Dr Ashwani and the entire personnel of C K Birla hospital brings out the confidence and professionalism in what they are doing and an understanding of the positive and successful outcome always. Lovely nurses and clean environment. However the charges are extortionate and unreasonable. They will overcharge for everything. The doctor will try to admitted you by default and then you will be charged everytime he sees you, even if for just 10 seconds. The charge sheet was a bad joke. All in all, I feel extorted and resentful.

My visit to the hospital was for my wife . The ambience and facilities at the hospital are extremely good. The surgery went extremely smoothly , on time. No extra waiting or problems of any kind. The doctor, anaesthesiologist and supporting staff were very competent and caring. Even the post operative care, nursing and other staff deserve special mention.
