I
recently
had
a
stay
at
this
hotel,
and
while
the
accommodations
were
satisfactory,
I
had
a
very
negative
experience
with
the
receptionist.
Her
name
is
Kajol,
and
her
behavior
was
consistently
unprofessional
and
rude.
It
seemed
like
she
was
not
interested
in
helping
me
or
addressing
any
of
my
concerns
during
my
stay.
Her
lack
of
hospitality
and
customer
service
skills
made
my
stay
unpleasant
and
uncomfortable.
Furthermore,
I
discovered
that
Kajol
was
taking
extra
charges
from
customers,
claiming
that
it
was
an
additional
GST
charge.
I
strongly
advise
future
guests
to
be
aware
of
this
and
to
not
pay
any
extra
charges.
The
total
amount
shown
while
booking
should
be
the
only
amount
paid.
It
is
unacceptable
for
hotel
staff
to
take
advantage
of
customers
in
this
manner.
If
the
hotel
does
not
address
these
issues
and
fire
Kajol,
it
may
result
in
the
loss
of
business.
Guests
should
feel
welcome
and
valued,
and
the
attitude
and
behavior
of
the
receptionist
can
greatly
impact
their
overall
experience.
I
urge
the
hotel
management
to
take
steps
to
ensure
that
their
staff
is
properly
trained
in
providing
excellent
customer
service
and
that
there
is
transparency
in
the
billing
process.
Overall,
while
the
hotel
itself
was
fine,
the
negative
experience
with
the
receptionist
left
a
bad
taste
in
my
mouth.
I
would
suggest
to
the
hotel
to
take
necessary
steps
to
address
these
issues
before
it
impacts
their
reputation.
