    STAY AWAY AT ANY COST. I don't know how did they manage to get so many positive reviews, because my experience(and of some other guests) was beyond terrible. They are running shady practices and do not care about the guests or making their stay pleasant. We arrived at the hotel late evening, and the reception said that the room we booked is not available anymore, without any valid reason. Offered us another room, cheaper than what we booked but did not show any will to offer a reduced price which was for a better room that we booked. The room we got was without a window, a barely working shower and a loud air conditioner. To top it off, the manager asked us way more money than what we booked for via Booking citing some rubbish "taxes". And forced us to pay in cash even though they have UPI enabled QR codes right on the reception. When we called out their scam, the manager did not hesitate to shout at us and threatened to not accommodate us for the night. The most horrible experience. STAY AWAY AT ANY COST. I filed a complaint with Booking and got to know that they have received numerous other complaints against this property.

    It's a 3rd class hotel. I recommend no one should stay in this property. They charged 3500/- only for 1 room with no amenities. The service is pathetic and not even having split ac. They have window ac not working and no water also available. Every 5 mins you hv to call the reception either ac not working or there is no water. This hotel deserves negative rating. One more thing. I had to check out at around 430am since I had a early morning flight at 6am. The guys at reception were aramse sleeping with all lights switched off. They didn't bother to get up and switch on the light💡. When I myself tried to switch on they asked not to switch on as it will hamper their sleep. I was with my 75 yrs old mother and told them if my mother misses the stairs who will take the responsibility. Then they were quite I think the concern authorities should look into these matters. The receptionist as well as all staff members lack empathy.

    My first bad critique, but had no choice. We arrived at the hotel, at the reception they said that we could not get the room at the price we closed through Booking, without explanation, and they were not prepared to meet us in any way. The room we got was without a window, a broken toilet, completely different from what was in the pictures and what the hotel promised. Breakfast took a really long time and it was too close to checkout time (only room service available) and after 40 minutes we were calling to check and they said coffee is not available. Eventually we didn't get our breakfast and we were told that we needed to checkout even though the breakfast was included in the payment. The most embarrassing experience. Highly recommend staying away from this hotel, for your own good.

    There was nothing good about this hotel. I booked room in this hotel for 3 night stay online and hotel agent was forcing me to stay in hotel tej plaza which hotel the tark calls as tie up. Rooms were nasty. Sheets had stains and bathroom is better not spoken about. I recommend staying off this filthy hotel which doesn’t even look licensed. Note of advice: Don’t pay cash in advance. Check rooms first, get total cost for stay and then make the payment. I noticed that hotel agent was not accepting payment by card. Hotel was adding GST, service fee etc for hotel tark and other hotel around 50% of booking cost.

    Check in staff was very rude! I reached hotel at 6:30 pm and they made me wait one hour in the lobby denied checkin ,as my booking price through goibibo was little less than thier hotel price .. Infact the receptionist even told my booking got cancelled and I need to rebook offline with hotel price .. I got the room only after talking to Goibibo.. And they gave me a room without proper airconditioning.. The guy who self proclaimed to be Manager was Mr Anil.. And morning 4 AM , I checked Out and asked him for a cab booking . He demanded 400 rupees and i have given 500₹ He refused to return 100 back. So I just took back 500 ₹ n walked away.. I will never recomend this hotel to any female travllers who are alone or family .. Hotel staffs such rude character and money craving mentality makes situation hostile and scary 🫡

    DONT BOOK THIS CHOR HOTEL Don’t fall for fake reviews. Sare 5 star reviews fake hai They don’t respect your bookings. After we arrived, they said all rooms are booked. They made us go to another hotel Marina (also part of Tark hotel) which turned out to be another disaster. Very dirty bedsheets, broken taps, no soap or shower gel, no showers, no hot water. No towels given, had to ask 4 times and took 6 hours to get towlels. Worst part was we paid more money at Marina than what we were supposed to pay at Tark hotel. DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL

    This is a scam. The location is not right next to the airport as advertised. Because of the confusion with where the hotel actually is, our taxi driver called them on the phone. He was told that they were closed due to refurbishment. We had not been told and had booked a month in advance. We ended up having to find another hotel at short notice. In all honesty, we were relieved to stay somewhere else after reading these reviews.

    If you like being scammed this is the place for you. They checked us in late at night into the wrong room category, we tryed being polite but the front office staff was very rude and kept arguing with us. Finally after we showed him our booking online he relented and gave us our room, but it was filthy the bed was full of crumbs and stained horribly. In the middle of the night we had to get our sheets changed. When we were checking out we booked a taxi with the hotel and he tried to charge us double the price we had already agreed and again we had to show him the rates they advertise. Absolute con! Then they marked us a no show on booking.com so they get to keep the commissions and so we can't review

    This is a scam!! No garden view (they showed us a plastic plant??), no pool, no towels (1 dirty for 6), no running water out of the shower. The arranged taxi didnt come at the station. The promised breakfast didnt exist. The service was absolutely horrible. Can not be trusted. Other clients had the exactly the same. 500 roupies to go to airport (they said it was included). We booked 2 rooms (1 for 4 people en 1 for 2) but we got 2 rooms of 2 and they never brought a matras even tough we asked multiple times. Forced cash payment.

    CAREFUL, SCAM!! It made the image of India really horrible. Starting was with a Taxi driver. He was already saying that the location is not good and he doesnt want to drive further. We paid extra to make him drive till the door. Check-in was already the first red flag, when they asked us to pay cash upfront in a rather threatening way (at 1am in the creepiest location!) and when we entered the room I felt that sth was definetely very wrong. The staff, who even didnt help carrying our bags but only opened the door, asked tips, of course we said no (we didnt have small changes) but he didnt leave and made me super threatened .. we paid in the end 500 INR… the night was a nightmare. Bed covers were literally just taken out from a trash bin and room without windows smelled like mold and toillet was just a joke(no towel, toillet paper, sink&toillet cover was broken). We left after 1st day even though we booked 2 nights. It was the best decision.. this hotel is definitely a scam and please do not stress yourself by choosing it due to it’s low cost and fake reviews) 한국인들 보시면 이 호텔은 절대 가지마세요 정말 정말 더럽고 위치도 완전 별로도 특히 더 스태프 들은 강제적으로 팁 요구하고 부킹으로 사기치려고 합니다.

    Horrible staff. They changed our hotel last minute saying there were some issues in our rooms which we highly suspect. We were told that our rooms are upgraded to better ones but on searching the same this hotel was not even available online. We as a family had to land late at night, depart from the airport and with the trust placed on these people we agreed to this arrangement. Upon reaching the hotel to our horror it was a broken building with minimal to no occupancy. Rats were running around in the reception and we had no intention of staying, upon seeing this. They tried to convince us to move on to another hotel but that though fortunately it was available in google we noticed it had a horrible review and poor rating. Even though we paid an advance we left the place and in the middle of late night (around 2:00 - 3:00am) we had to walk with all our hefty luggage, hotel to hotel, stranded beside the highway and having to deal with notorious people in the street trying to take advantage of our troubled situation while trying to find an accommodation with a reasonable rate. We humbly recommend everyone to stay away from these folks at all costs.

    Rude and lying staff. Booked via Booking for 6 people with garden view and breakfast included. Only got 2 beds, no window view (there is no garden), 1 dirty towel for all of us (even after asking), no breakfast (even after asking), had to pay cash, no water for showering, far from airport (at least 500 roupies for taxi) and no pickup service (even though promised), not to mention the lack of effective wifi, hairdryer, and all other things included in the price… This a scam, all reviews are fake. In addition, they managed to put a positive review on booking through OUR account. We’re complaining via booking as well.

    Dont stay here. Its an awful hotel. Here is a list of reasons to stay away from this hotel. * dirty rooms * you cannot control the ac temp (locked at 16C) * awful service. Asked the owner to clean the room but no one came to clean the room and he started arguing that they gave me a clean room. * very slow water pressure. You cant even use the shower * very bad smell in the washroom and no towels

    Worst experience ever. I booked the rooms online. I called the hotel one day before my arrival to confirm it. The staff (Anil) said that due to some issue my room(booked) cannot be provided and there are no rooms available. I was confused at first. But then my friend call from a different number and asked if there is any room and the concerned person (Anil) said 'Yes' and quoted a quite higher price than what I had booked my room for. I then contacted their manager (hotel) and the aggregator through which I had booked. I informed about the issue and the aggregator and the manager agreed that I will definitely be getting a room. But the next day I reached late (my train was delayed for 6hours), the same guy (Anil) who had quoted the higher price was at the desk and didn't let me have my room. I was stranded at 1o'clock at night. He asked me to go to any other hotel as there ain't any rooms left. But how is that even possible if my room is pre-booked? On the top of that when I asked him to talk to the aggregator he addressed himself as the manager but he was just a receptionist! He (Anil) didn't even let me talk to the hotel manager and asked me to leave. He started shouting and said 'Do whatever you want, I don't care, just leave'. It took me another hour to find a suitable hotel and I paid double the price too. Simply horrible!! The staff deserves to be taught some manners.

    - Linens were fairly worn out and not up to cleanliness standards. - WiFi was absolutely a pain to connect to and was very unreliable. - Took forever to get any food including breakfast in the morning. Also they apparently discourage ordering food from outside. I guess guess so you can be stuck waiting on food forever. Very sub par experience. Did not enjoy my stay at the hotel. Will not recommend. Guess you get what you pay for.

    Went to this hotel they said "Not available" and guided us to their another hotel "Tej Hotel" behind their lane. A hotel with no lift and a steep single stair in a narrow lane where you cannot get any vehicle. Secondly the lady in the reception was keen on taking our mobile in her hand and telling us to go and sit while she said she wants to show us their other hotel. This is a serious matter which we did not like as she was not giving us phone and insisting on letting her scroll to show us... I dont understand this behavior. So please take care of such issues when you visit this place

    We booked hotel The Tark from make my trip. It was advance paid rooms. We reached at hotel for check in and rooms was SOLD to someone else. They sold our booking to someone even after we paid in advance. Very unprofessional. Very rude behavior. Not recommend at all. DO NOT TRUST AT ALL. THEY CAN SELL YOUR RESERVATION AT ANYTIME. STRONGLY NOT RECOMMEND.

    I recently had a stay at this hotel, and while the accommodations were satisfactory, I had a very negative experience with the receptionist. Her name is Kajol, and her behavior was consistently unprofessional and rude. It seemed like she was not interested in helping me or addressing any of my concerns during my stay. Her lack of hospitality and customer service skills made my stay unpleasant and uncomfortable. Furthermore, I discovered that Kajol was taking extra charges from customers, claiming that it was an additional GST charge. I strongly advise future guests to be aware of this and to not pay any extra charges. The total amount shown while booking should be the only amount paid. It is unacceptable for hotel staff to take advantage of customers in this manner. If the hotel does not address these issues and fire Kajol, it may result in the loss of business. Guests should feel welcome and valued, and the attitude and behavior of the receptionist can greatly impact their overall experience. I urge the hotel management to take steps to ensure that their staff is properly trained in providing excellent customer service and that there is transparency in the billing process. Overall, while the hotel itself was fine, the negative experience with the receptionist left a bad taste in my mouth. I would suggest to the hotel to take necessary steps to address these issues before it impacts their reputation.

    The room was not clean, there was no towel in the bathroom and the flush was not working. We called room service multiple times and no response. Even if you opt for breakfast also they will provide one specific food and we don't have any choice and that food is also not good. There's a lot of noise outside the room the whole night, so we can't sleep peacefully.

    The check in lady didn't know how to use the credit card machine so she insisted on cash. I had two rooms reserved and she was very confused about it. Service was extremely slow even for India. We had one towel with holes in it and waited till next day before they gave us another. There was no waste can. Our friends asked at 12 noon for the room to be freshened because the sheets got dirty and when we got back at 8pm the room haven't been touched. The rooms aren't bad and are relatively clean but don't expect any service

    BIG SCAM !! I wish I could give a minus rating to this hotel. Worst experience and had horrible hotel staff. The hotel is a big scam. I booked this hotel on Dec 2022 through Priceline with my mom. I had difficulty finding the actual hotel location via Google maps. When I reached there the hotel looked horrible and filthy. The staff was half asleep and couldn’t answer my questions. He didn’t know about any booking and I asked him to call his manager and he stood like a dumb. After 10 minutes I decided not to spend further time on it and came out of that place. I had to find another hotel near Delhi Airport. It was a nightmare and I still remember how I managed to find another hotel with my aged parent on a foggy cold night.

    Good for solo men travellers for short economy stay. Rooms are small without windows and attached bathroom. Location of the hotel not suitable for families to stay. Food menu is good. Manager at the reception is very good and helpful.

    This was a terrible hotel, they ended up making me walk a block away to a different place and never explained. The taxi found it hard to find and the people working there were not very helpful. The room was dirty with hair on the pillows and a tap that dropped constantly. I did not feel safe and wish I had just slept at the airport. I’m suspicious of all the positive reviews - something doesn’t add up here. Stay at your own risk.

    Zero stars for zero service! Smelly rooms, unclean beddings. The staff will answer in the rudest tone. Charged me twice the amount for the same room we booked online for a 5 hour checkout. In return said they can simply deny allowing checking in for the room if we do not pay them what they asked. Just wouldn’t recommend if you want a nice place to be.

    I have booked this hotel for a night stay with my family(wife and 3months old baby). As we will reach in evening I have called the hotel 2 days before and informed them about our arrival time to avoid any hassle in check-in process. When we reached the hotel around 8pm they said rooms are not available and we will be taken to a different hotel which is also their own hotel, I trusted them blindly and said OK. when we reached the hotel which is "Hotel Le mount / Hotel Caves" it has 2 names i think :| , this hotel is absolutely rubbish. AC is not proper if you switch it on it will be in 16deg you cannot reduce it, there is no remote to operate also. Bathroom is ok. Bed is the worst thing, its full of bed bugs, I literally spent whole night without sleep to protect my 3month old from being bitten.

    Worst service ever There was no water in the bathroom for many hours, for 2 days, and arrogant behavior from receptionist after complaining Services like asking for drinking water, fresh towel etc takes 1-2 hour to fulfill. you need to call them 5 times by phone. Some times the phone is also not working, you need to go to reception and ask them multiple times also the food is worst, you need to order food from outside. No bucket and mug provided by the hotel, need to call them 5 -6 times for it.

    Clean basic room. Friendly service. Helped me to find a charger adaptor for my phone. Good location for the airport. Shower cold. Complementary (sealed) water provided. Basic breakfast provided of tea and chappatis

    This Hotel is a big Scam. It is not hotel it is more like hostle in bad conditions. Note that many of the positive reviews are fake. The room was dirty , walls filthy , bathroom stinky . The toilet seat didn't work and we needed to take it totally out . shower dush didn't work, and the kitchen looks like a place for homeless people. Also note, it is in neighborhood of classic Delhi style (dirty, ppl and cars on the same road). Not what you would except from an hotel.

    All people here are nice and good caring we stayed here for 20 days and everyone looked good care of us. We were doing internship at Supreme Court and we always had a fresh start during our stays. We will miss you tark officials whenever we dail room service they will be always there for us in a few seconds Will miss you guys

    BIG SCAM. Check in staff was very rude and not ready to give room which we have booked through booking site with an offer.Very bad behaviour and absolutely embarrassing experience .They are not even ready to communicate either booking partner.Stay away at any cost.Bad lying staff and its better to get away.

    The hotel charged me 1150 for 12 hours of stay on the promise of giving complimentary breakfast early morning during my checkout when all other hotels were charging 800-900 average and the receptionist blatantly disregarded with no discount for the mishap as I had a flight to catch. There are 100 hotels in this area, please choose them. Do NOT choose this. The location is terrible too. It takes 100 small gullies to reach here. Go anywhere but here.

    Extremely unprofessional staff. I had booked a deluxe room, but was given a small room with a leaking bathroom. The staff refused to take card. They did not give any bill, neither did they acknowledged my booking on agoda. My friend who had booked the same hotel through agoda was forced to stay on a nearby hotel, as this hotel was overbooked. AC was not available as it was told in the agoda app

    Pros: The hotel was good. The room facilities were satisfactory. The staff were also very helpful. The hotel is located close to the IGI airport. Cons: It was hard to find the hotel. A laud noise of hotel staff talking and playing music was heard inside the room.

    I made a booking for 3 people with 1 extra-large double bed and 1 single bed as senior citizen is travelling with us. But they provided 1 large bed and 1 mattress that too with so much extra price. while I booked the room it showed 2744/- and 659/- as taxes. But they charged around 3800/-. After seeing reviews I came to know that the receptionist is collecting extra charges from most of the people. I hope management takes care of that. Behaviour of the staff is good. Rooms are clean and complementary breakfast is also good.

    Went there at the last minute after seeing the good review of the hotel. But I should have avoided it. The room was given against the kitchen. The flow of water was too slow, complained about it but of no use. The room was not worth the price. The complementary breakfast given was ok. If you roam around this area , you can find many good hotels.

    Absolute scam. Booked a different hotel name through we’ll known travel site but when we called we’re told to come here - nowhere near where we were told it was. No recognition of booking on arrival. We left and paid high price for a last minute room somewhere else. Disgrace of a hotel and fraud all day.

    Hotel staffs very polite and friendly. Alongside the rooms are as per your booking promises. Free breakfast was another delightful experience. I believe hotel is in newly built so the experience was much better.

    "Fake rating" not even 2- star rating as per my personal experience Worst Hotel "Sorry Lodge" Shameless reception staff. they don't clean the rooms even i requested several times. they can't provide even water bottles. they said they will refill if you provide old water bottle, "which water we don't know" Please don't book and stay in this Lodge.

    I stayed in the hotel on 11th June, 2023. It's a horrible hotel. The service is pathetic. A couple of information below for all people to take informed decisions. 1) They only provide RO water in the room (The staff says it is RO), but it is tasting like tap water. 2) They only provide 1 towel per room, If two people then 1 towel. The person on the reception says, they provide 2 towels only of there are three people in the room 3) The 2 boys at the reception, whose duty started at 9 pm on 11th June are completed no co operative and do not know how to speak to guests at all. 4) The wi fi stopped working in 2 hours of stay and wasn't connecting again at all 5) I was trying to politely talk to one of them and was telling to learn in life as you are a young person. He tells me I have learnt a lot in my life and I always do right thing. So basically the people aren't ready to learn things too. They don't want to improve. Not bothered about feedbacks either. Please take informed decision before booking your room here. There are many hotels in the vicinity. Please do your research well.

    Very very bad unclean hotel. Bathroom is very unclean. Room service very bad. Bedsheets, pillows all are unclean. We got breakfast very late. Also We didn't get breakfast tea. The room we got was without a window, a barely working shower and a loud air conditioner. There are more insects in the cupboard.

    Seien Sie vorsichtig, Abzocke und Verarsche! Die Rezensionen hier sind auch fake. Das Hotel hatte sich ursprünglich über meinen Booking-Account eine eigene Bewertung von 9 geschrieben - wie auch immer die das gemacht haben. Habe es direkt der Sicherheitsabteilung von Booking mitgeteilt. Das Hotel ist eine absolute Katastrophe. Das Wasser auf dem Zimmer funktionierte nicht, die Dusche und die Klimaanlage waren kaputt, die Klos beschädigt, das Personal war unfreundlich und konnte nahezu kein Englisch, und die Preise für den Service, wie zB Taxi, sind viel zu hoch. Man wurde direkt beim einchecken dazu gedrängt zu zahlen, was aber nur Bar möglich war, weil das Kartenlesegerät "kaputt" war. Außerdem wurde dann keine richtige Rechnung ausgestellt. Zusätzlich wurde das Hotel auch gleichzeitig renoviert, weshalb es überall nach Chemie gerochen hat. Wäre ich mit meiner Familie da gewesen, hätte ich richtig Angst gehabt.     WORST. I wish we could give 0 star. It was one of the worst experience. The lady who sits at the reception behaves as if she owns the place. She is very unprofessional. About the rooms and services, THEY ARE THE WORST! The lady didn’t allow for early check in when the room was empty and available. There is no lift in the building. The geyser doesn’t work at all. If you turn on the sink tap then the shower tap turns off. There are no toiletries/towels in the room. As a frustrated customer, you can’t even escalate the issue as, firstly, the lady calls herself a “Manager” which clearly she is not and secondly, not sure where the owner is and if he/she is even aware of the issues. Feels like they are aware and don’t bother to do anything about it. Do yourself a favour and NEVER BOOK YOUR STAY AT THE TARK HOTEL.

    The hotel was really good. The rooms were really clean and well decorated. And bathroom/washroom were too. Will definitely prefer this hotel again in future.

    The Tark is a good hotel in Mahipalpur, Delhi. Airport Terminal 1,2 &3 are just few minutes drive from hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean. Beds are comfortable. Rooms has attached washroom, hot and cold water facility, smart tv, free wi-fi and many more. I was not sure about parking so first checked parking and I booked this direct at 1500 rupees per night with breakfast. Hotel has inhouse underground safe parking. It has a kitchen that serves food round the clock. Overall my stay was good.

    The task is a good family hotel. Hotel is clean rooms and beads are comfortable. Staffs are welcoming. KP Singh is a good manager at reception.
