    I have been training with Vijay for about a month now and it’s been such a great experience. Having gone through a ligament surgery and back problem it was difficult for me get back to my earlier fitness. He makes sure that everyday is interesting to keep me engaged and excited for the workouts whilst keeping in mind my injuries. His emphasis on the correctness of posture has made me understand my body better. He has good understanding of my ability and capacity and he encourages me to push myself. Having worked with a couple of trainers in the past I would say he is one of the best that I worked with.

    Diana has been my trainer for 3 years now. She has an excellent understanding of the Human body and what workout would be suitable. She’s punctual, highly professional and most importantly very caring! She conducted classes even during her pregnancy. She’s truly amazing and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trainer. Thank you

    Diana has been my trainer for about two years now. She is extremely skilled, thoughtful and a thorough professional. She learned quickly about my routine, challenges and habits early on in the process and implemented a workout routine that was not just effective but adaptable and sustainable in equal measure. She has been a big support in my personal and physical evolution and continues to guide me with compassion, strategy and highest form of professionalism. Anyone who has Diana on their team is very lucky to have her.

    Vishnupriya mam has been my trainer for the past 7 months. She really motivates me in doing the workouts. She is very professional and dedicated in the way she trains. Her knowledge about mainting good health and communication has helped me a lot to stay fit. Moreover she is a very friendly and caring person. She always encourage me to push myself for the workout routines and i feel much better that i found a trainer like her. Thank You.

    Richa Sharma, my trainer , is a cordial, intelligent and disciplined coach with a proper insight into the art of toning up and grooming even my kind of body which is slightly tough to handle because of age and other factors. The best thing about her is that during the workouts she goes on explaining and motivating in a compassionate and philosophically profound manner. Never for a moment does she relax till her target for the day is achieved and she is always on time

    Mr. Dinar VN has been my trainer since January 2022. We’ve been systematically working towards building stamina and pushing beyond one’s self-imposed limitations. He regularly introduces modifications to keep routine interesting. His dedication and discipline towards his profession is admirable. He is a credit to RFG through his conduct and professionalism. Overall, an outstanding physical trainer.

    Yoga, Aerobics, High Intensity Strength Training... Albin Peter is an outstanding personal fitness trainer for all of the above mentioned areas. Most polite, yet forceful trainer...He has offered other trainers while he is on vacation as a replacement and we have always declined. It is a restatement to his worth in our eyes. Please work with him to achieve your fitness goals!

    Albin Peter is an outstanding personal fitness trainer. He has been training my wife and myself for the past 6 months. He takes into consideration all of our needs, timings, and fitness levels. Incidentally, we signed up with him as we had seen him deliver results to other residents in our community. So he does have a very good track record! We are in the process of achieving our goals thanks to him. He is instrumental in motivating us to take a class at 5:30 AM, even in December. I would never hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

    I have been working out with Geethu for over 6 months now . She is capable and cautious making sure that no injury is caused while working out . She is motivating , polite and always on time . I look forward to my work outs with her and feel she has helped me tremendously with agility , balance and endurance. She is an asset to RFG 💪 Am not going to give any stars to the teacher who should be the one rating the students !!!

    I have been training with Mahir for past one and half year. He is an excellent trainer, he knows what are my problem areas and how to help me with them . He is very through with the workouts and always cheerful and encouraging during our sessions: Unlike my previous experiences i like Mahir’s approach, he is always designed my sessions keeping in mind my past injuries. From very beginning, he slowly helped me to build up my muscle strength and overall fitness without putting too much of strain on my body . Mahir always encourages me and constantly checks with me about my food habits which in turn have helped me in losing weight and been vigilant about what i am eating. His constant reminder and attention to detail about the workout and keep adding new exercises to the sessions helps keep the session very exciting. I am very thankful i found such a good trainer.     I was never interested in getting a personal trainer. But on the suggestion of a dear friend, I decided to try Rejuvenation Fitness. I was pleasantly surprised to get Akhilesh Appu, a former Mr Kerala as my trainer. He has in depth knowledge of the human body (he could be a doctor actually) and is also mindful of tailoring the fitness regimen according to my needs and requirements . This includes making sure there is the right combination of weight training, stretching and cardio among other things. I can see that he is genuinely invested in improving my physical health and the best part is that while he paces the regimen according to my limited abilities, he also pushes me to just the right degree to make sure I am making progress. He is punctual and courteous and explains in considerable detail when I ask about how and why my body is feeling a certain way before ans after exercise. When he had to Leave town because of his own ill health, he got his colleague Akhil to fill in for him, who also proved to be an excellent trainer and very friendly. I am delighted to have joined Rejuvenation Fitness and would very strongly recommend them To anyone looking to improve their fitness. Cheers guys!!!

    I have been working out with Akhilesh for close to 2 months. He’s very knowledgable and has given me so much insight about how the anatomy works. He incorporates different workouts in our sessions, including yoga poses which which has helped my flexibility a lot. I had covid in the middle, and he made sure to make a regime that was good for my recovery. As a person, he’s very friendly and understanding, but also very motivating. Does not let you give up! Has a great future ahead of him, and I would highly recommend him !

    I’ve been training with Ansif for almost 3 years, and Its safe to say that he has changed the way I look at workout now. He has been great at motivating me and pushing me to do my best always. He also has a complete knowledge of what kind of exercises will work for different kind of body types. He is professional, punctual and at the same time very flexible when it comes to timings. Apart from this, its always a fun session and I look forward to it everyday. I feel great about my body and have never been more confident than I am now, All thanks to Ansif. Would highly recommend him to anyone who’s looking for a personal trainer.

    It’s been a month since I started training with Samhit. He has an excellent understanding of the Human Anatomy and what workout is suitable for a particular body type. I like his holistic approach towards building flexibility, stamina and strength. Extremely punctual, highly professional and most importantly very caring. Both my sons have started to train with Samhit too. He is amazing and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trainer. Thank you

    Akash CK has been guiding me through my prenatal workouts and his support has been incredible. He works on all aspects including strength, endurance and flexibility. The workouts are designed according to my needs and goals and the workout sessions are fun, it doesn’t feel like work at all. Thank you Akash and I would highly recommend him as your personal trainer.

    I have been doing personal training with Abhishek from Rejuvenation Group for almost 3 months. It’s been a great experience. I find myself getting stronger and more toned every week. They change the work out regularly challenging the body to be pushed further. They curate workouts to your specific needs. I would recommend for anyone who wants to get fitter and doesn’t have time or motivation for a traditional gym

    I have been training with Richa Sharma for over an year now.I had the best experience with her! She made working out super easy to understand and tailored the workouts just for me.     It’s been almost 4 months with Mr. Vishnu Vijayan and I must say it’s been a delight. His method of training holds the capacity to make working out, a gruesome and tiring process enjoyable. His variations to the normal workout routine has made it more fun to do while having a relatively deeper impact on the body. His knowledge set on the techniques and positioning of the body really takes the workout to the next level. He makes sure that each repetition counts and also changes the pace of the workout as per my condition at that point in time. What really makes him standout is his understanding of my fitness goals. Based on which he customises the workout plan to best suit my needs Vishnu Vijayan also takes into account the stretching associated with working out. He makes it a point to start and end the workout with stretching that don’t let my body get rigid after a heavy workout session. Vishnu Vijayan meticulously takes into account all aspects of my fitness journey, considering my strengths, weaknesses, and any health concerns I may have. His workout plans not only prove effective but also prioritize safety and long-term sustainability. I recommend Vishnu Vijayan to anyone seeking fitness guidance because of his dedication, knowledge, and personalized approach.

    Hello, I have enjoyed my workout sessions with Thajuddin tremendously. Earlier I use to shy away from any kind of physical exertion but since I have started my workouts with him I just love my workout sessions. As Thajuddin just knows what is right for my body and does force me to do anything I am not comfortable with. His knowledge of body anatomy and experience is just right combination. I would grade him five stars.

    I’ve been training with Ebi for a long time now and it’s the best personal training experience I’ve ever had. He moulds the workouts according to your need and strength but also makes you go an extra mile always.     Absolutely love my training sessions with my trainer Mr. Preji Prabhakaran!! He is an excellent trainer and makes my sessions so interesting, that I eagerly look forward to them! Having always been averse to exercising and constantly needing to push myself, this is the first time after a while that I have thoroughly enjoyed my sessions and benefitted tremendously in my health and fitness journey! Preji has been very kind in adjusting my sessions due to tricky work schedules and this flexibility really allows me not to give up on my workout regime as I have often had trouble with time in the past!     I have been training with Rani for almost 6 months now and it’s been such a great experience. I started when I had a nerve injury in my shoulder and she would plan workouts according to that while helping me meet my fitness goals. She makes sure that everyday is interesting to keep me engaged and excited for the workouts. While we are doing the exercises virtually, she still puts a lot of emphasis on the correctness of posture and also helps me understand how the exercises impact my body. I have definitely seen a significant improvement in my stamina and overall fitness while working with her. Thank you!

    It’s been a great journey so far. I have been training with Jithon Milton from RGF. He has worked intensely on my rehab as I suffered a C5-C6 disc issues. With the rehab, he worked on my mobility and strength and I can see my improved range of motion and my pain is gone. Training with him has been a learning experience and I recommend him for all the working people as he is quite flexible with timings and catering client needs. 😊

    Abin has been training me and he is totally devoted to making sure my fitness is at top level. He modifies the training factoring in my age - 67 yrs. He motivates me for continuously working towards my goal of increased mobility and strength. And I can see a marked improvement in all my parameters. He keeps track of my body measurements and also the resistance levels. He also brings in the youthful energy while focusing on correct form. An excellent trainer.     Saneesh is very competent and I've had great experience with my training. I can see definite and very real benefits from my training with him. He makes the sessions as intense or light as per my requirement. He's very adaptable. His knowledge on the suspect is great and he's able to help with any issues that i sometimes face.     I have been training under Vishnu Priya for the past 2 months and I am completely satisfied. The trainer is well qualified, punctual, sweet and soft spoken.I was skeptical about online training initially but now I look forward to my sessions because the one hour spent training is fun and time flies😊. This is the best decision ever for me because, for the first time I am consistent in my workout since i got the perfect trainer in the comfort of my home.
