It was a nice experience to visit Decathlon vasant kunj. This decathlon is situated inside the dlf promenade mall on the 2nd floor. This decathlon has a large area now they also have a workshop where you can print anything on tshirts, jackets etc. I met one decathlon staff shivam who is a very helpful and kind person. He helps me a lot in finding the products. So I am very thankful to him. And this store has all the products all the time.

Really good to see DC in delhi. Almost same item and system like in Europe. Price is fair for Indian market or for upper class in India.

Barring one odd incident last year, I have had a wonderful experience of this store. The service is high quality, the store is stocked up with widest range possible of items, the floor area is MASSIVE, the items are extremely well organized and the billing and checkout process is fast and smooth. To repeat, the staff is just wonderful. They are knowledgeable, they give correct advice and their professionalism gives us that assurance especially when you buy new products or high value items of which you have little knowledge. Their after sales service is also good - return policies are clear, well laid and are honoured. This is a favourite place for shopping for me and my family and we end up picking something or the other from this Decathlon every time we visit the Ambience mall!!

So this store is in vasantkunj ambeince mall, Delhi. For those who don't know yet Decathlon is a self brand so in case u r looking items of any other brand then it's not a place for u. Tho it has literally everything if sports is in Ur mind. Its not a cheap store for most but depending on sports item n Ur need one can shop some affordable item. Btw sports isn't cheap today. I m not sure abt t quality as well, it looks great but without trying it it's hard to comment. Everything looks cool in t store. Best thing is the staff is polite n doesn't interfere even when u try item inside t store.

Great place to enjoy with your friends or kids even if you are not planning to shop. They have so many things that one can easily find something to entertain themselves. I mostly ride the bicycle there and even ended up buying one! Best for shoppers too because the products are really of good quality and not too expensive.

Staff was very rude. I was just checking out the table tennis table and the staff boy just came and just snatched away the ball out of my hands. Did not guide me about the payment for the game , felt very insulted. He could have used a polite tone but that's okay.

I had a huge disappointment with the staff. I got all the items as per the rules and regulations of the store. However, I was very disappointed with the security. They are not willing to listen or help out to what we are trying to say. They stopped us for 30mins after all the shopping. If your machine makes a mistake- keep more manpower, this kind of dissatisfaction isn’t my first time in this store. The staff near the cashier is so rude and not professional at all.

Name a sport and you get the Equipments and accessories here, that too in variety. The quality of product is also good. Apart from sports, clothing and other fitness equipments are also available. The shop is large and spacious with adequate number of helpers all around.

I've been using these decathlon's P500 knee support since last few months and they've been really amazing, the comfort and support it provides are exceptional. Though all of the decathlon stores I have visited till date, I must say I have seen much more variety and trending items in other stores of decathlon as well. Ambience mall is a really good mall and everyone visiting here have high expectations. I don't want to criticize the outlet but some of the items I found unavailable but most of items were there. Though some of the staff in the outlet was not polite and were found to judge customers and snooping around during their selection of items. Which was annoying. I just found this during my visit so I am just sharing it with the store management as well as visitors. Although variety was good... availability was good...and billing was fast too.

The entire store is great, for sure! But the highlight for me is this product which is very useful product for post workout recovery, the build quality is awesome and gives a good overall experience while using it, I'll recommend it to runners and joggers also for fitness enthusiasts

Great variety at great price. For every sport you can find every possible things. They also provide classes related to the sport you choose. The salespersons are generally people who are associated with the sport, so they give authentic opinions and guide the customers well. There is a self- billing counter which is great if the store is full.

It is a good store. You may get some great discounts.However, their Gym dresses like gym hoodies t shirt etc. can have more variety. But the best part is the staff which is really helpful.

I am very much satisfied with this store in Ambience Mall. The staff was very polite and helpful. They helped me quite a lot in selecting a jacket for the winters and the staff was very much knowledgeable and well trained. There are soo many options to choose from in jackets. I very much liked the fleece jackets which I got for very good price. I strongly suggest going to decathlon for buying winter apparel.

Decathlon doesn’t disappoint and same went for their new store in Vasant Kunj. It’s in the Ambience Mall on the first floor. It had a wide variety of sports equipments and apparel with a friendly and supportive staff. Self checkout works flawlessly, amazing purchase experience. I wanted to buy some yoga apparel and a yoga mat. Staff was patient enough and explained all the options and types of mats they had. Vasant Kunj decathlon store is probably the best in delivering DISSATISFACTION and DEFFECTIVE products to customers. I had a very bad experience, the store has a policy of accepting returns within 90 days of purchase in case of manufacturing defects but they have been making vague excuses on grounds that are nowhere mentioned in the terms. Avoid buying expensive products, as they tend to make excuses and deny returns.

A wonderful sports equipment destination for all age group and all interests.. Kids and adults all love the place. Has good collection of all sports equipments (except Taekwondo).. good quality material, well priced...

Visited the store often with my bike with some issue or the other, And never came back with a permanent solution or satisfied. Yesterday I was assisted by Mr. Kanhaiya, the technician at the workshop, very polite, excellent in his work and Professional.I got the value for my money.
