I tried “Dahi Ke Sholay” for the first time and I was pleasantly surprised by this dish😍. It is a deep-fried bread roll stuffed with a mixture of hung curd, paneer and spices🤤. The shape of the roll is unique and resembles a fireball. The outer layer is crispy and the inner filling is creamy and tangy. It is a perfect snack to enjoy with a friend and a cup of tea. I would recommend this dish to anyone who loves North Indian cuisine and wants to try something different. It is a delicious and satisfying treat!👏

Having heard a lot about this place on youtube. I finally decided to give it a try and I must say I wasn't dissatisfied. I ordered the generic version of Dahi Ke Sholay. Not those Italian or Paneer ones. The taste was just awesome. It was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft from the inside. The hunged curd stuffing was delicious and the chutneys were also 😋. At Rs 30 per plate. It's cheap too. Definitely a must try when in INA market.

Dahi ke Sholey, a delightful chat shop, serves up a variety of delicious dishes, with grilled sandwiches taking the spotlight. Having the privilege of witnessing their morning preparations on my way to the office assures of their commitment to quality ingredients. It's a definite recommendation for those seeking tasty treats to brighten their day.

If you're a food enthusiast in Delhi, then exploring the bustling streets of INA market is a must-do. Amidst the diverse array of culinary offerings, one delicacy that stands out and tantalizes taste buds is the famous "Dahi Ke Sholay." As a lover of street food, I recently had the pleasure of trying this iconic dish, and it left me impressed and craving for more. Dahi Ke Sholay is essentially a vegetarian delight, combining crispy bread rolls with a creamy and tangy filling. These golden-brown wonders are prepared by stuffing a mixture of spiced hung curd (yogurt) and finely chopped vegetables into bread slices. The rolls are then deep-fried until they acquire a perfectly crunchy exterior. The result is a symphony of textures and flavors that make Dahi Ke Sholay an irresistible treat. When I arrived at INA Delhi and approached the vendor known for his exceptional Dahi Ke Sholay, I was immediately greeted by the inviting aroma of fried goodness. The stall itself was simple but clean, with a crowd of enthusiastic food lovers patiently waiting for their turn. Upon sinking my teeth into the first bite, I was greeted with a delightful explosion of flavors. The crispy outer layer gave way to a luscious and creamy filling that was perfectly balanced in terms of spice and tanginess. The hung curd was refreshingly cool, contrasting with the warm and crispy exterior. The medley of finely chopped vegetables provided a pleasing crunch and added a burst of freshness to each bite. One aspect that truly sets the Dahi Ke Sholay at INA Delhi apart from others is the accompanying chutneys. The dish is traditionally served with a mint-coriander chutney and tangy tamarind chutney. The mint-coriander chutney adds a refreshing herbal note, while the tamarind chutney provides a sweet and tangy kick, elevating the overall experience. The portion size of the Dahi Ke Sholay was generous, and the price was reasonable, considering the quality and taste. Each bite was satisfying and left me craving for more. While it may not be the healthiest option, indulging in this street food delight once in a while is a guilty pleasure that is worth every calorie. In terms of ambiance, INA Delhi is a vibrant and energetic location, bustling with activity and a melting pot of diverse culinary experiences. The street food culture in this area is unparalleled, making it a perfect destination for food enthusiasts and explorers alike. Overall, my experience with Dahi Ke Sholay at INA Delhi was fantastic. It lived up to its reputation as a crowd favorite, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to indulge in a truly delectable street food experience. Just remember to bring your appetite and be prepared for a delightful explosion of flavors! Note: As a responsible food lover, it is essential to prioritize hygiene and choose vendors who maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.

Awesome! Totally love the dahi ke sholye here (although I have grown up calling these as bread rolls). You will have to wait in a queue to get this but it will be all worth it. Also tried the cheese bread rolls but i believe that’s not for me. Additions like cheese and panner bread rolls are a good addition for pulling in new crowd. Cash as well as UPI payments are accepted here. All in all, this is a great place for snacks which will bring an ear to ear smile on your face. Definitely do try this next time you are at INA Market.

I didn't knew what sholey is, my friend took me to this place. I tell you the menu offered is superb and far better genuine then all the bloggers you must have seen for Delhi Street food. This is a must try and top of it very very hygienic and at a very attractive prices. You will be happy to have the items offered and I can say you will keep visiting it. Only thing is there is a bit croud so just mind you need to be little patient to get your order. (That's very much justified with the taste you get) Go and get it. Sharma ji k sholey 5 🌟

A must try for everyone. It's just amazing. This is the best Trust me on this. Must try are Dahi k sholey and cheese k sholey. These people are at God level. Right amount of everything except the green chutney they give is too spicy rest everything is inch perfect. The sad part is that they discontinued making spider roll. Timings : 10 am to 9 pm and Sundays are closed.

We tried this famous food joint in Delhi and the noment you enter this snall outlet, the aroma of these pakwaans will get you drooling in just no time. It is run by Pandit Ram Sharan Sharma and is located in the INA Market. It is a must try if you're in Delhi NCR. Its more like bread roll with curd as one of the ingredients. It is deep fried so its high on calories too. Get down with your gang as this is something to try and try again.

Delhi Dahi Ke Sholey is a hidden gem for foodies in the heart of the city. These fried yogurt bites are a delectable blend of crispy and creamy, creating an explosion of flavors in your mouth. The perfect snack or appetizer, they're a local favorite. The vendor's commitment to hygiene is commendable. While it's a small stall, the taste is enormous. Make sure to try the mint chutney that comes with it; it adds an extra kick. A must-visit for those seeking authentic Delhi street food!

A very very famous eatery in Delhi. Bread rolls stuffed with different fillings and deep fried with 2 types of chatni. Lip smacking.

Dahi ke sholay is not a common street food. Despite this fact this place delivers an excellent taste and myriad of options to its customers. I tried cheese sholay, dahi sholay and smoke house burger. The classic dahi sholay were definitely better than the cheese ones. The burger does have a smoky steak feel to it and tastes delicious. Prices starts from Rs.20 and goes upto Rs.100 for a dish. Highly recommend! Highly recommend

Road side eatery.. over crowded with people going there due to good reviews to find nothing worthwhile.. serves bread rolls filled with curd batter/ cheese/ paneer etc. Named in style as Dahi ke Sholay... not worth the trip or wait over there... maybe alright for local fried snacks fan to diversify once in a while from Samosas / Kachoris.. worst part.. it is served with green chutney which is too salty n spicy and tomato sauce (no not imli chutney)... enjoy

I have eaten Dahi ke Sholay for the first time ever. It has an interesting taste. There are a variety of fillings for that. I had the simplest of it. Basic Dahi Ke Sholay. It is actually a bread roll with interesting fillings. I liked it. Best to eat as it is without any chutney & sauce. To get here, get down at INA metro station on yellow line. Exit towards INA market. Then there is long queue of small temporary shops . This shop is at the end of that. Best time to come around at the time of opening in the morning. (10:00 AM,) then there will be very few people.

Best Sholay in Delhi (INA Market) There are various types of Sholay in the menu of this shop. One of the best is Italian cheese Sholay. This shop also offers one of the best veg sandwiches and burgers The Sholay offered by this shop is also budget friendly.

I liked their price which was the first thing that got my attention. You can have you belly full in hundred or fifty even. The taste of the food is not that unique but is edible and good. You can still stop here for quick bites and enjoy the sholeys of different varieties. Price start from 20 to 100 at Max. Quantity of the food is nice and the quality is too. There were two elderly people selling these so do try and support them and if you like revisit.

I loved the taste of dahi ke shollay. Best part was the green chutney which levelled up the flavors. Price is also decent..30rs for one piece of dahi ke shollay. I also tried cheese one..it was good but too heavy

Having this for the first time. Felt different and good, seems like sholay is not that discussed along with other delhi delights. Need to try Italian, cheese, and other varieties they're offering.
