They hire girls ro match on Bumble, get u to come to this place, bouncers force u to pay up bills of 65k and beat u up if u don't. Don't get scammed.

The experience was below average for the yesterday event i.e. 11th July, 2023: It was a very casual approach serving the food. Although it was properly informed about the timings and again informed around half an hour back but it took more than 30 mins for the "The Heaven Box" (THB) team to serve the food. 1. No water was served on our team arrival at the venue. 2. THB team had no clue or interest in serving the snacks/mocktails/water for 30 mins approx after we had reached. 3. Snacks served in very less quantities. For a 35 members team snacks came in 3-3 plates. 4. Snacks serving time gap was huge. After every 3-4 small plates it took 10-15 mins for the THB team to serve. 5. Two ACs were not working out of 4-5 installed in the THB location. For a team size of 35 the cooling from the ACs were not effective. Everyone started feeling the heat. 6. Outsiders occupied the place which was designated for us separately. Also it was like the THB team called for some outside girls on paid basis to be at the venue and show like the venue has gatherings of other people also. 7. Nothing was in an automated way. We had to ask for everything from our side. E.g. Spoon, tissue paper, cold drinks, water, drinks, snacks, music etc. 8. In the main course the small plate (in which we eat snacks) was given for food. Even after asking twice no one was bothered to give big plates. 9. Ice cream cups of Rs. 10 each were given. I have never experienced anything like this before. 10. In the main course only tandoori roti was given whereas initially Butter Naan and Lacha Prantha were also agreed. 11. The washroom was full of dirt and was not in condition to use. 12. No First Aid kit kept at the pub/venue. The entire scenario was like we had to run for everything. Your team should learn the art of serving rather than these bad tactics of getting the booking and not taking care of the basic things. This was not expected that we will have to run for the snacks serving for the entire time of our program.

Food was yummy...u can try anything.. ambience was good. Had a really lovely time while there.owner and staff were very attentive and helped with any request promptly I Highly recommended for good and excellent service,,,❣️❣️♥️

The ambience is amazing. They play good mashup songs and have a dance floor. The place is well decorated and is amazing for photographs. The food is above average but pricy and the quantity is very less. They also serve alcohol and hukka (both charged separately). The staff was cooperative and understanding as well.

Thanks to Manish bhai and team for making my bdayy memorable.thanks for all the arrangements food was good .crowd was good everything was good .But today there were 4-5 parties around 30 persons in every party the service was slow as there was crowd so no problem everthing was managed .I visited around all the hauz khas clubs, the reasonable price I got from manish bhai was best . It doesnt means that rates are reasonable so service will be low or anything everything was good .If you are coming for party in hauz khas first consider the heaven box you will definitely come back

To cool out from the rusty Atmosphere of Delhi you nee to be here. Ambience is really nice and staff is Super cool. Weekend is really amazing here. Food quality is good and drink as well. Separate smoke area is provided for needy one. Overall its worth to go once atleast.

Worst worst place. And alcohol is also fake.... I took a combo and i was drunk almost 7 whiskey glass. After drinking that much I didn't even feel drunk.
