It is not 4-star hotel, should be considered as 2-star. Looks nice In the photos but in reality it is far from that. Bedding and pillows are very old and dirty, shower space is also too narrow, slippery floor.

Great service, rooms are clean and bathrooms have decent hot water. Location a bit busy all times, possibly due to Diwali celebrations

The bed is bad, not comfortable, and feels like bugs all over, the breakfast is poor and you need to go to a different place for it. Not sure about the location but lots of places to eat nearby and the market place

The stay was really poor with arrogant staff and no housekeeping… Even in my wildest dream I would never suggest anyone for this hotel…! They have zero response to the person staying in for 4 days straight because of some medical condition…!

Best hotel with best price and extremely friendly and good service. They even provided Halal food specifically for us as requested. Room is very clean and everything is just awesome! I'd give 10 stars if I can! Keep it up!

I was staying with my family. I had a great experience. Rooms are very clean and hygienic. They serve very delicious food. All staff was very friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.

They charge more when u show up late in night or look completely stranger to this place.. firstly plz confirm all their silly rules about visitors and friends to your room And why don't they allow friends to your room and also confirm charges of rooms. I gave 1800 for a room in jun 22, same day online it is showing 2000-2400 and my friend just 2days before asked and told price is 1400..

I was staying with family for two nights had great time and had great experience. Everything was good. Staff and rooms were lovely. Really loved this place.

Hotel is good but , staff is not so good, they don’t sense to talk with customer. My suggestion before booking clear all details with management. Our experience is good about rooms but bad about Staff behaviour…
