Worst service I found in this hotel, no timely room service, no complimentary water bottle, no soap or hand sanitizer even. The room and almirah is not cleaned corectly having spider webs in almirah. The bed sheet and pilo are not cleaned properly. Services are very bed round the clock

Rooms are dirty . Television was not working . No exhaust fan in bathroom resulting in foul smell in room . Room key locks are too stiff to be opened and closed . Situated in prime location , has ample amount of parking space but could be maintained well .

I just give 2 star to this hotel. Booked 2 rooms offline due to location as i have wedding nearby place. If talk about rooms then No Locks working on 3rd floor. No Proper Cleaning in rooms. I booked 1800 rupees per room so as per the price no service. No complimentry water bottle. Only Pros they have parking space inside hotel and good location at main road. Else apart from that nothing good about this hotel.

Cannot suggest visiting this hotel to anybody. Uneducated and rude staff are here to use abusive language with customers. Zero facility. Zero service. Illiterate staff. My friend faced this issue so spreading awareness.

The Hotel Room are too small and there is no space , bathroom are like dustbins , firstly water didn't come in bathroom, after calling the reception for many times they on the valves , very bad room service because if you order anything they provide it after 4-5 hour , We stay as family at the hotel , I can say totally bad service and high charges , Food quality is too bad and prices are too much high , search for other hotel nearby but don't book this hotel , Staff behaviour is also very rude and not co operative .

Rooms and services are quite good but a little bit overpriced. The beds have big springs which sometimes become a little bit uncomfortable. Overall a good stay.

They cancelled my booking from Agoda… I had to pay them extra… And yes the bathroom is smelly and smells like a dead mouse… and the shower also not working properly…

Really bad experience. The staff says hotel has a policy that only 3 ppl can stay. Our friend has booked a room(not for stay). We wanted to go and change clothes. But they didnt allow . What kind of rule is this? Taking benefit of the emergency.! P.S. In the policy it is written that you can share the room in case of emergency.

"Third Class" hotel with smelly rooms and very rude staff, they don't have manners how to talk to a customer, I just asked why your rooms are so smelly and I shocked with their answer, I go there after checking reviews but now I am feeling these reviews are not genuine, please avoid this kind of Hotels, they don't even deserve a single star.

Very bad experience...dirty rooms and washroom...looks good from outside but once u go in , it is difficult to stay in stinking rooms with blocked washrooms..linen was not washed. And female staff at main reception is very rude...

Worst service people are so lazy that they don't come for any complaints 1-Ac was not working for room and I called 17 times they didn't come then I requested by going downstairs and they were like no rooms available 2-there were so many items on the menu but whatever I asked for it's not available.. 3- I ordered Ice at the time of check- in and asked over the phone 5 times with no response on it finally I needed to ask the room service guy when he was clearing the floor to get it he took money went and called in 5 minutes from reception that it's far and I can't get it. The shop was there just on the opposite side of the road.. 4-overall super worst experience they even need to send some one to buy toilet roll 5 -check in was done at 1:30 and received a towel at 3:30 6- there was nothing shown in the picture of the hotel 7- I ordered ice and snacks and food from outside and they were neither ready to send the delivery guy upstairs nor there service guys was ready to come and deliver the room Think before you book here

Nice hotel, food was good and staff very politely behav with the guest specially front office. there is girl priyanka gautam doing really good work, very politely and smartly manage everything. I'm totally satisfied . Thank for treating me as a special guest.

We reached there at 8:00 p.m. they told us that lift is not working and from their side the best room was on 4th floor. The room was too small for even two persons, full of mosquitoes. Intercom was also not working but as it was too late we decided to stay there and ask the guard to take Aadhar card and bring the register to sign with our luggage or wait for 10 to 15 minutes but he started shouting on us as we sat on the bed before signing the register. when we complaint the manager he also shouted on us as we were two ladies only. Very uncooperative staff. They even don't respect ladies. I won't suggest anyone to stay there.

We have stayed at Hotel Silver saffron, the hotel is clean and provides us great hospitality. The hotel GM Mr. Arun is very helpful and guided me very nicely. This hotel provides almost every facility. Overall experience was awesome. I'll recommend this hotel to every couple and families. You won't regret!

Worst hotel ever. Not worth the price. I was charged 1.7k for a room which was very dirty, had spit marks on the walls and someone had taken a dump and not bothered to flush. Just a cheap motel. Can still manage if you are a bachelor due to the location near all the wedding venues but not recommended for families.

Worst experience ever rude staff , made my booking on makemytrip for three i.e two females and one male the property is under the name of townhouse 819 on google maps 1. Acc. to google maps there is no hotel on the location when we reached there are random houses. 2. After 1 hour when we found the hotel its under the name of Hotel Silver Saffron 3. When we are try to check in then the receptionist is telling us in the middle of night that he can’t check us in as males and females are not allowed in one room whereas when we have booked this hotel we have mentioned properly with names that we are 2 females and 1 male Then the staff is behaving so rudely despite of us having a late check in which 3Am in the night . I would rate it in less than these stars
