We had a very good experience at Sparsh Superspeciality hospital. It was our first visit to this hospital. Dr. Bhvya Gupta is very polite, knowledgeable and has a very calm demeanor. We found her to be very dedicated to her patients. The staff is also courteous and helpful. The hygiene maintenance was also very good. The NICU facilities are state of the art and one of their kind in Ambala. Our newborn was admitted for 2 days in the NICU and got discharged today. My baby (Zeynep) developed jaundice immediately after few days of her birth. I met with Dr. Bhvya Gupta regarding the same. She is a real gem. The way she handle infants is really appreciable. We went for apply prescribed injection .. Firstly doctor charged opd fee for nothing because we dint go for chkup .. Then further doctor and her irresponsible staff use injection pump for injecting which they dont know how to operate Even doctor was not able to setup the injection..for half an hour process - we sit approximately 4 hours.. Uneducated staff ..inexperienced ..and greeedy people Baby was required 4 injection in a day.each time new injection powder should be used.but they made us buy 1000 mg injection cost around 1500 at one time ..and total bill she made around 4k for 1 inje ction. Which i later know if i used open injection it may cause harm... This much greedy irresponsible this hospital is...will never recommend to any 1..
