Worst experience ever. After spending thousands of money on laser hair removal treatment for facial hairs, the hair growth is grown back in doubles of length than original. Very disappointed and regretting alot that why believed in the words of YouTubers and Kayas reputation. Staff is very dishonest with the service. They offer cheaper package to attract the customer. Once you're convinced and get trapped in their deal, they won't care about your treatment at all. Their beautiful Dermatologist, is very selfish and tries to sell kaya's expensive and worthless products without even listening to your actual concern. Please don't play with anyone's skin(specially face) for the sake of money.

Kaya centre in Noida is located in Sector 18. Hygiene is well maintained, cordial staff.

I have been taking laser hair removal sessions for face from the Kaya Clinic Noida, since December 2022. It's only been 2 months & 2 sessions and I can see a visible difference in the growth and hair density. Kajal took my both the sessions and she is extremely professional, cooperative and friendly. She's even available on the phone whenever I need some suggestions or have any query regarding the process. I was a little septic at first but she always made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. I would highly recommend Kajal and Kaya Skin clinic for Laser hair removal treatment.

I love getting facials at Kay’s Skin Clinic. I have the best experience with them. I love getting facials from Sri, as she is the best person available for the facials at the clinic. I am currently taking service of laser at Kaya sector 18 Noida these are the problems I am facing with them, which you might also face. 1. Some staff members are not trained at all, they use phone in one hand and laser hand piece in another hand. 2. After confirming multiple times to schedule an appointment with a particular person, the front desk people are clueless about even your appointment when you reach there, and after rigorous research they’ll find out ohh ohh yes you have an appointment today, then they’ll be clueless about the particular person I asked to schedule with, then they’ll waste some more time to confirm it from the particular person and this doesn’t ends here. While you are taking the session they’ll call the assigned person to check whether I can take service from some other person. I mean why? Don’t you get that I like service of a particular person that’s is why I have confirmed to schedule with her. ( happened with me on 17th sept) 3. The machine will shut down multiple times while taking sessions and it’ll increase the time of covering a body from 15 mins to 1 hour. Then at last you’ll only request them to schedule at some other date to avoid more time waste in this machine on and off problem. 4. When you reach at the reception to get it rescheduled, they’ll assure you that they’ll call back to confirm date and time with you… but my dear friend it is not going to happen except if you are extremely lucky…. But I am not the lucky one here. (They promised to schedule it on 19th or 20th , and the date they were suppose to confirm on 18th over call) 5. On 18th I waited for their call but they didn’t call me… on 19th I called to check whether I can get an appointment on 20th which they promised …. but again a girl spoke from the other end again with reassurance to call back in 15 mins to confirm but guess what … I am still not the lucky one …. I called in the evening to confirm whether you have scheduled for tomorrow but guess what I am still not the lucky one… this time nobody picked up the call. 6. Here I am writing review to make them aware that some people are not happy with your behaviour and services. Really not having a lot of expectations with kaya. but Chalo paise diye hain toh try karlete hain shyd service mil jay. 7. I’ll keep commenting on my further sessions… good or bad …I’ll try to be genuine.

Amazing services, polite and helpful therapists. I've been taking sessions since March and I've observed a significant reduction in my hair growth. They are flexible enough to reschedule appointments as per my availability. Definitely a good place and solution for people who are facing hair/ pigmentation issues.

Had a very bad experience with the staff at Sector 18 clinic, Noida. Have been trying to call for appointments for a 15 min session since past 3 weeks, but there seems to be no slot available ever. They say they will call back, but no one ever does. Half the time no one picks up the phone at the reception. A little surprising that the clinic is open 12hrs x 7 days but they can’t seem to find a slot even 3 weeks in advance.

Services with kajal were extremely good. She is a very good therapist and does session with utmost care. Will always recommend her. Five stars to Kaya too
