I
am
currently
taking
service
of
laser
at
Kaya
sector
18
Noida
these
are
the
problems
I
am
facing
with
them,
which
you
might
also
face.
1.
Some
staff
members
are
not
trained
at
all,
they
use
phone
in
one
hand
and
laser
hand
piece
in
another
hand.
2.
After
confirming
multiple
times
to
schedule
an
appointment
with
a
particular
person,
the
front
desk
people
are
clueless
about
even
your
appointment
when
you
reach
there,
and
after
rigorous
research
they’ll
find
out
ohh
ohh
yes
you
have
an
appointment
today,
then
they’ll
be
clueless
about
the
particular
person
I
asked
to
schedule
with,
then
they’ll
waste
some
more
time
to
confirm
it
from
the
particular
person
and
this
doesn’t
ends
here.
While
you
are
taking
the
session
they’ll
call
the
assigned
person
to
check
whether
I
can
take
service
from
some
other
person.
I
mean
why?
Don’t
you
get
that
I
like
service
of
a
particular
person
that’s
is
why
I
have
confirmed
to
schedule
with
her.
(
happened
with
me
on
17th
sept)
3.
The
machine
will
shut
down
multiple
times
while
taking
sessions
and
it’ll
increase
the
time
of
covering
a
body
from
15
mins
to
1
hour.
Then
at
last
you’ll
only
request
them
to
schedule
at
some
other
date
to
avoid
more
time
waste
in
this
machine
on
and
off
problem.
4.
When
you
reach
at
the
reception
to
get
it
rescheduled,
they’ll
assure
you
that
they’ll
call
back
to
confirm
date
and
time
with
you…
but
my
dear
friend
it
is
not
going
to
happen
except
if
you
are
extremely
lucky….
But
I
am
not
the
lucky
one
here.
(They
promised
to
schedule
it
on
19th
or
20th
,
and
the
date
they
were
suppose
to
confirm
on
18th
over
call)
5.
On
18th
I
waited
for
their
call
but
they
didn’t
call
me…
on
19th
I
called
to
check
whether
I
can
get
an
appointment
on
20th
which
they
promised
….
but
again
a
girl
spoke
from
the
other
end
again
with
reassurance
to
call
back
in
15
mins
to
confirm
but
guess
what
…
I
am
still
not
the
lucky
one
….
I
called
in
the
evening
to
confirm
whether
you
have
scheduled
for
tomorrow
but
guess
what
I
am
still
not
the
lucky
one…
this
time
nobody
picked
up
the
call.
6.
Here
I
am
writing
review
to
make
them
aware
that
some
people
are
not
happy
with
your
behaviour
and
services.
Really
not
having
a
lot
of
expectations
with
kaya.
but

try
karlete
hain

service

jay.
7.
I’ll
keep
commenting
on
my
further
sessions…
good
or
bad
…I’ll
try
to
be
genuine.
