I recommend this hotel. I visited there a couple of times with my family and friends and my experience was pretty good. The staff was well behaved and cooperative. Also, You get an amazing view of Naini Lake from there.

It was worst experience ever in my life of this hotel. I never see dirty rooms like this hotel. In room very dirty smell comes all time. I can't sleep whole night due to very bad smell. There was no basic facilities in room. Bed sheets was very dirty. Spring Mattress was broken. In washroom tap water was not come properly. And there gyser was not working. So please request you all never ever stay in this hotel.

My first thought with this hotel was that it is little far from Mall road and I was completely taken aback by hotel room's view and facility and hotel crew. The hotel room was spacious with good view and food and services were timely and good. The best thing was hotel crew who helped us at all points. They booked cabs for us, helped us with our luggage and best of all, installed wifi router in our room which was required for our office work and I hardly think any hotel crew does that... All in all, it was good experience and will recommend this hotel for anyone who wants comfortable stay with reasonable price.😍😍

I will personally never recommend this hotel as staffs been extremely rude unprofessional not worth staying . Poor management they give a dam about your complaint specially staffs like Bhusan who takes care of kitchen and food avoid him and his services as he not not professional at all. Room are not clean and lots of things doesn't work there but again they give a dam. For small things like room service you have to call them 5-8 times again and again then only they may sent someone. It's not worth as hotel is in zoo road around 1.5-2 km far from main road no auto, no taxi if travelling after 6 pm you have to walk a lot it's like climbing hill. Hotel doesn't provide free pick and drop facilities but others hotel does that . Better you go for hotels near Mall road only.

Room is entirely different what they have shown on different sites. Very-very basic room with teared and dirty quilt cover which they hide nicely. When we asked to change, they said, "you had to check 11 or 12 O'clock at the day time only".Actually it was my mistake, I checked in at 8 O'clock night🫢🫢. Staffs are very rude.

The bathroom was dirty and smelled bad, with a broken toilet that took forever to flush. The staff was rude and unhelpful, providing no assistance when I needed it. The overall ambiance was gloomy and depressing, with dim lighting and old, worn-out furniture. The noise from the nearby construction made it impossible to get a decent night's sleep. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Even after claiming it self a Family Hotel, every single room of it was smelling, no one was able to lock the room door with an exhaust fan running, the washroom is stinky, with partial damaged items, there is a plant if the walls of bathroom growing inside, the doors are damaged with termite, locks r not functional, the complete hotel needs a renovation, even the staff do not have a decent place to cook or sleep, take a look the pic, the rooms walls r damaged, mats r used and unchanged since ages. worst experience

The location of the hotel is perfect, as it is away from the main crowd in Nainital, but yet close enough to be able to reach anywhere in the city within few minutes or hours by car. The view from the room was wonderful and magnificent….

Hotel Bharat is located in the city of Nainital. They offer good accommodation in all budget because they provide facilities like room heater, hot water and generator facility.
