What do you expect when you visit a hospital? In my opinion an immediate action and treatment but usually this doesn't happen at LYF hospital Gaur City. They are more worried about OPD papers and money. I have happened to visit emergency thrice and everytime the situation hasn't changed a bit. They don't have injections available and they ask the patient to go to the pharmacy and bring medicine and injections instead of treating in the first place. The moment they inject you the next statement is "Aap injections ke payment cash me karenge ya paytm" and this is being asked right after a minute of treatment. I don't know what sort of doctors are here but it's surely not recommended. This is not a hospital but bunch of idiots wearing doctors' coat and asking for money.

My overall experience is very awesome, all staff behaviour is very good, room is also very neat and clean with all facilities. My big brother admitted here and the treatment of boils is very perfect & with expertise doctor's. Thank you

My wife Mrs. Debishree has been admitted at Lyf Hospital due to Typhoid. What a splendid experience gathered by us. Compassionate and efficient doctors. Specially Dr. Anil Gupta. His way of treatment is very good. I am very grateful to all the support staff of nurses. During this hospitalisation period they have tried there best to recovery. Thank you all. 💐

It was a good experience for me while having baby delivery in lyf hospital. I just want to share afew words for all staff and doctors as all are very caring and they never feel patients like patients. It was our visit to LYF Hospital after our daughter was diagnosed with Typhoid and had to get admitted. Going to hospital is not a great thing - but thanks to Dr. Alok and Dr. Mohit and their entire team who made sure that our daughter gets the best care. Their compassionate care and attention is unmatched The nursing staff was extremely friendly, compassionate and dedicated. The personal touch and willingness to spend time with every patient is a rare quality seen today in doctors - which is a common sight at LYF Hospital.

This is the first time I visited hospital for my high BP treatment all team members were very efficient and prompt and attented me in utter most attention. Who team of doctors specially Dr. Anil Gupta, Dr. Nilesh and Dr. Sarita handled my case very splendidly and get my health restored. Also here nursing staff Vinod and Neelam are one of the best members. it was the very good experience for me as all facilty including premise, rooms, ER are very clean and tidy. Had a great experience at Lyf Hospital. Really concerned and alert staff made my recovery quicker and steady. However,there is always a scope for improvement. A bit more efforts towards cleanliness of toilets would be advised.

Doctor Ritu Arya mam is very friendly and experienced professional. Nurses are very helping and supportive. Room was clean and maintained hygiene.

When I had came here for treatment I was suffering from high fever (104) but doctors and nursing staff had controlled the fever very quickly. Later on when they have done all blood tests etc it was a severe infection . But after 2 days of treatment now I am perfectly all right. All staff,doctors are very polite and humble. A special thanks to cleaning staff. Highly recommended in gr noida west.

It was wonderful experience at LFY hospital. All staff are very professional and polite in nature. They supported in all aspects. Any one can feel very relaxed n safe after admitting the patient. All doctors are very recommendable and have a expertise. But i got disappointed as my apple charger is stolen from room. I was not expecting this kind of stuff form here itself. So my suggestion is to every one please take care of the your belongings. I ‘m just giving one star less only for this disappointment.

This was great experience to get treatment for my daughter here in LYF Hospital Gaur City-1. I found that staff was polite and all things were managed. Cleanliness, Doctors treatment/advice specially Dr Mohit Agarwal very experienced diagnosed and understand the symptoms and treat very well. I was very sick and scared when I came to the emergency room of the hospital. The doctors here are very experienced, they explained the situation to me, calmed me down and treated me with the utmost care possible. I'm doing better now. I would specially like to thank Dr Anil, Dr Ravi, Dr Nilesh, Dr Sarita and Dr Asim. These doctors checked up on me night and day to ensure I was not in any pain. I highly recommend Lyf Hospital. :)
