Great customer service very friendly and good food I was just there for a Uber Eats pick up

This place has been my most favorite to go since I was a child and for as many years as I’ve gone, never had I gotten better service, never better quality, and certainly never fresher nor tastier than right here. I do have to highlight their staff for putting up such a great work ethic and taking their job seriously and I’ve learned that the outstanding manager behind this team of professional pizza producers goes by the name of KRISSY and if I have it wrong it could be KRISTY. Anywho….she’s been absolutely fantastic as a manager in leaving my girl and I and anyone of my friends and family that order here in nothing but awe and satisfaction. Stop ordering from these busted a$$ restaurants. Donatos has real pizza, real employees…who care, the same ingredients for several decades, they’re quick!, and last but most definitely not least…the store is clean and fresh when you walk in! Takes me straight back to my childhood. And yeah I may have a lot of good to say about pizza, although it’s not just pizza, this place has a lot to offer when it comes to serving good food and being good people about it. Thank you Donatos for existing!

From the time me and my family walked in, we were treated with professionalism! A little on the expensive side, but well worth it!!!!! We definitely will be coming back for more pizza and hot wings!

The owners went out of their way to make our experience memorable! I went in the following day to pick up a pizza to drive it 6 hours to my home in Georgia. Becky told me exactly how to make it as yummy as eating it fresh and hot and it worked. I love this specific chain and will be back!!!

Horrible manager about salad dressing. I will never order from donates. I will order from papa John's, little Cesar's, and marcos before this unprofessional staff at donatos.

Ordered a pepperoni, sausage and bacon (the breakfast kind) with cheese bread sticks. Well that’s not what I got! When I called to inquire about the order, I was told they don’t have breadsticks with cheese, so the person taking the order did not Know that? Now, regarding the pizza, I did not want shaved ham. I was told by the person who prepared my order that it did not have shaved ham on it. For $33.00 I’d just like it to be right. Next time I’ll check before I get it all the way home.

I grew up eating Donato’s pizza in Ohio. So it’s nice to have one here in Huntsville. Great service and super fresh, just how I remember it!!!

Ordered my pizza which was to arrive at 11:20. It's well past noon now and I cannot get a hold of anyone at the store. Called several times and I can literally hear the cashier pickup the phone and hang up. They had no issue charging my card right away though.

Amazing Food and Great customer service. Aaron was absolutely amazing and he made the whole experience 1000% better…. The food is Great but Aaron’s great customer service topped it off. I initially ordered to go but because of the welcoming atmosphere that Aaron gave we decided to eat in and I will definitely be back.

Usually a good pizza experience for a thin crust. My son that won't eat cheese had good luck here getting custom pizzas without cheese. The thin crust is normally nice and crispy and cut into squares. Our last visit was a bit off in that the pizza wasn't cut through only scored into squares and wasn't as crispy as normal. I think it was a training day from what I overheard from the kitchen.

Order their wings because they came recommended. I can't forward that recommendation. My family and I were quite disappointed in the texture and taste of the wings. BLUF their wings are not good at all.

Food is great, best pizza for sure! However, don’t order delivery just eat there or pickup. Every time we have ordered delivery they have missed the delivery time by over an hour!!

I ordered a sausage/pepperoni pizza. It was hot, but burned all around the crust on the bottom. Donatos, hire better employees because your lack of management skills at the Huntsville store is showing in YOUR poor choice of candidates.

Great pizza, acceptable service time and friendly staff. Their sales system does that annoying new thing where it asks you to tip for pick-up service, but I guess that's just the thing these days 🤷🏽 8.6/10 would recommend

Arrived after church on Sunday... was surprised there were so few customers, but we were given the best service and everything was delicious. They even made me a Fresh Apple Salad, which I love! It was fresh mixed greens packed with chicken, pecans, cranberries, cheese and their awesome Apple Vinergarette... Our personal pan pep/sausage pizzas were as awesome as always. So grateful the road construction and covid did not close this wonderful restaurant. Hang in there y'all... of course it felt pricey but that's true everywhere. BTW there were several pickup orders, a large party came in, as did others while we were there. Cool! It's all good!

The Assistant General Manager Kristin was super sweet . She made sure my fiance and I had a nice dinner ^_^ we came in around 9:40pm tonight 🍕

Service was excellent. Pizza was very good . The only complaint would be for a $24 pizza , the topping could be more all over the pizza . Most of the meat was more in the middle and I added mushrooms and there could have been more .

Ordered carry out through the pick up window, now two separate times, and both times it’s been AWFUL. Almost an hour for any food which is 3 times the amount of time they quote to come pick it up. Staff doesn’t help, the don’t even acknowledge you or answer anything and everyone is just standing around. I’ve had to pull out of the window twice and go inside bc nobody answers the window at all. I would understand if this happened once, but now it’s been both times I’ve been here. I ordered tonight at 7:08 and I’m still waiting as they said they don’t have half of my order, even tho I have a confirmation email.

I ordered at 10:45 and they said it will be ready by 11. When I arrived at 10:55 they said it was in the oven. They told me that at least two more times as I stood there waiting for 30 minutes, late for a meeting. I have never known a fast food pizza place to have the pizza in the oven for over 30 minutes... I had already paid or I would have just left.

The young lady added green peppers instead of green Olives to my wife's pizza even after being corrected. That said the cauliflower pizza and gluten free crust is amazing.

Franklin's customer service is TOP NOTCH!!! What an amazing and humble human being. Donatos should be proud of this Fantastic Ambassador of their name. My family and I will surely order from Donatos again. Thank you so much Franklin, Customer Service is a lost art, but not with you good Sir! Truly amazing!!! They're aren't enough great and wonderful words that could speak to this experience.

In town visiting my Mom at Magnolia Trace and staying at a nearby hotel. The pizza is amazing and the delivered! We are total pizza snobs and love Detroit pizza. (Primos) Ordered a pepperoni,mushrooms and banana peppers-well done. It was outstanding! Love that it was in small slices too! Thank you Donatos Pizza!

Always crave their Big Don Italian sandwich. This Donatos doesn't disappoint. They have great pizza and salads too!

Doesn’t deserve 1 STAR. Ordered over 2 hours ago they are 5 min away and was told they have no more deliveries and they can’t bring it. Also charging a cancellation fee when they waited over 2 hours to let me know they aren’t bringing the food. Here on a work trip so no transportation. I would’ve ordered elsewhere had I known from the beginning they weren’t bringing my dinner after flying all day.

Called ahead with a 20 min wait. Showed up after 20 minutes and paid for the pizzas and breadsticks. Sat there for 20 minutes and no pizza. Asked what was up and our pizza was sitting in the back cold. The worker never apologized. Just tossed the pizza on the table and left. We had to ask him to bring the breadsticks. This use to be our favorite pizza place in town. Going downhill fast.

Had a great experience today Lee you're an asset I normally would drive to Madison but thought I'd give Huntsville another shot Lee was a bright spot he was friendly made my pizza and sub quick. Lee thank you for giving me excellent customer service you should be a manager if you're not already. I'll see you again things were 110% better this trip.
