    Worst Home depot I have ever been too. Spent 45 minutes looking for an item (aisle 13, bay 15) plumbing that had 26 in stock. 5 people working couldnt help me cause it wasn't their department. Went to customer service to have someone paged, no one came. Multiple people all complaining and screaming that no helpers actually wanted to help. I understand if the item had 1 left in stock, maybe the computer was wrong, but for 26 in stock and no employees to help find the part, is pathetic. Come on home depot you can do better.

    How does this Home Depot get 4 stars? Completely run down and disorganized. Didn't have the item we needed even though the app said it was in stock at this store. Looked really run down, bathrooms didn't look or feel safe.

    Long lines, employees with attitude problems. Avoid at all cost. No knowledge, or willing to help. If you hate working here, quit and find another job. Doesn’t make sense to roll your eyes at someone for simply asking you a question. That’s your job. You chose the job, it’s in your best interest to treat people how you want to be treated. I’ve worked in retail for 7 years and I’ve never treated customers the way these employees do.

    I went to cut a key... I was waiting for 1 hour at the key booth. The associated were nowhere to be found. I asked on young lady with silver dreads for help. She said give her 5 minutes. An hour later.. ..Next thing I see is her dodging me while she put her coat on and scurrying away like a racoon. Tha key takes 2 minutes. I stopped two more people who I heard on the intercom paging someone. I finally asked the next person for the manager. Within two minutes sh cut my key. Try to spot a associate in the pics. And no they weren't in the ilse I checked.

    Literally the worst home depot ever. Made an online order and sent it to this location and somehow got lost. We are heading into week 4 And they still haven't been able to get me refund. Don't send anything to this store unless you want headaches.

    Your typical Home Depot, extremely large! Basically everything that you need for home improvements, renovations, gardening, appliances. This last visit we went to purchase a new refrigerator for my mom. Some great options to choose from, at reasonable sale prices in comparison to their competitors, friendly and helpful staff. Been going to this location for decades, since I was a kid, with my parents! Definitely recommended.

    Excellent place to shop home goods of all sorts. They have a beautiful array of gardening tools, pots, plants, flowers, etc. . I'm mesmerized each time I visit the garden center. I don't mind waiting on line taking it all in.

    Extremely poor customer service and annoyingly slow check out process. Went in for 3 pairs of keys made. Took me an hour and 15 minutes to get the job done. And the crew and the management were on purpose not helpful because I started recording them. A horrible place to to go to for your home needs. Simply PATHETIC.

    It is ALWAYS busy here. I do find what I want and usually everything I need is in stock. The staff are helpful. The drawback there is always a long line and crowded. The parking lot is the biggest concern.

    Horrible management the parking lot was flooded with water and instead of placing warning signs or shutting down the parking lot . No they left it open and 100”s of cars were lost.

    A simple question for an incompetent sales associate. Who hires these people who won't bother to even look up an idem that the associate has in stock. A waste of time driving there especially since the gas is so expensive. I'll go to Lowe's

    The guy in the tile section was so helpful he help me twice and the 3rd time he saw me he asked if I found everything and if I needed help with anything else. I wish I knew his name so I can tell his boss to give him a raise. I will look for him again! Best customer service experience... ever!

    Perched a tree from this Home Depot in Elmont NY I then ask a young man that works in the gardening department to help me to get this tree into my jeep by doing so he broke my over head speaker trying to forced it in with such a rush. I then reported it to the supervisor after filling out a incident report everything was fine until I got home thats when my phone rang it was the supervisor saying that she forgot to write down my License plate number after giving it to her she then put me on hold for couple seconds She then came back on the line trying to pass the bill saying to me why don’t you see if you can file it through your insurance company🤷🏼‍♀️ really ma’am to repair the damage that your employee did to my jeepI don’t think so . So I call up the main office to report them. Now lets see how this is going to turn out.

    I frequent this location often for major purchases. I ordered curbside for a small order to avoid lines and was pressed for time. I waited 25 mins and decided to go inside to pick up since no one picked up the phone at the location. Cashier at customer service exclaimed I didn’t indicate I arrived when I clearly showed I marked the parking spot where I was located. I didn’t appreciate that I was brushed off like my purchase at the time was not important enough to be addressed properly. Poor customer service at customer service. If the location does not have enough staff to offer curbside services, management needs to do better in assessing staffing needs for their daily operations. This would produce better customer service in the long run. The staff is overworked and low morale is clearly displayed.

    When you come here you should know you are basically on your own. If you ask for help at this location it seems as if you are bothering the sales associate. Once in a while you will find someone who is friendly. When trying to find hardware, electrical, plumbing items it can be tough (much of these items are so very disorganized) This is the closest location to me. I find myself going out of necessity. If things improve so would my review.

    Excellent Store! Staff are friendly n extremely helpful. One of the employees Bobby went the mile to help me. It's rare you find employees that are dedicated. I've been coming to this store for years just for that reason!

    worst home depot for online order . after 2 days still on process ,called and put on hold for 30 min never answer back. went in to store ,the pick up person says its not enough quantity , online quantity never accurate and it's my problem for not to call in to check

    Firsr I asked an associate where I can find an item, he told he did not work there while wearing a hime depot apron and was working the register at order pickup and returns. I looked online whixh said the item was in aisle 61 bay 24, which I found out does not exist after asking the 4th associate. I was going in circles in this place wasting my time. My husband and I had stop shopping here about 2 years ago becauee of the same nonsense. Associates huddle and talking in a section we need help in and saying they did not work in the section. Normally I patronize the Springfield Gardens location, but I happened to be in the area if Elmont. This home depot has fallen off so bad. The store looks like it's in shambles, no integrity to tge floor whatsoever. Some of the people that work here are not helpful or claim to not work here. I did pick up a few of the items on my list, but I am ready to return them tomorrow because of how disappointed and disgusted I am with this location. This location does not deserve even one star. Sad thing, is no one could direct me to the item I needed which was a simple S hook

    The store employees are very kind, helpful and patient. I have shop at this location countless times and always had pleasant interactions with everyone including recently with Hector that went out of his way to help me out so much I wish I could give him a raise. Just wanted to give the positive feedback all the workers deserve. Thanks again.

    Needed some items to remodel a bathroom. I was able to easily get everything I needed for the renovation. Didn't have to wait long to get some expert assistance each time I needed some. Shelves are well organized and replenished.

    I went to this Elmont branch this morning and had to look for help to find what I'm looking for. I saw Dominic...hope I spell name correctly. He was such a kind soul with a friendly smile. His customer service ethics was on point. You had to be natural to be like that because normally home depot staff are sometimes rude and don't want to be bothered. Thanks Dominic for showing kindness and maturity. You rock.

    I had the pleasure of working with Michele Toto. She was an absolute sweetheart to work with. Was very knowledgable about the cabinets and was so informative. She knew everything and it was an absolute delight to work with her. Excellent Service. I will be back. Great Asset to Home Depot!

    Bought a stove from here. Sales rep said all we had to do was create a clear path for the delivery and install people. Delivery guys came, upon seeing the old stove they said it had to be cleaned before they could remove that and install the new one. Delivery guy said he’d be back within the day. I had the stove cleaned and ready within 20min, called and next availability is a week from today? Not only that but upon inspection the stove is scratched. Called customer service and they said there’s nothing they can do? I’ve been calling Glenda for the last 2 hours with no one answering my calls. Avoid this place and take your money elsewhere.

    Great customer service! I went there to purchase a Ring doorbell that was on sale. The store was pretty crowded midday when we got there. There was one female associate who was facilitating the line of customers, and she was fantastic! I wish I got her name, but she was friendly and efficient and moved the line along quickly. They were down to one doorbell, but she went into the back area and found another one for us and then helped get us checked out as quickly as possible (since we had to wait a bit while she went to get the product from the back room.) It was really a great customer service experience and she went out of her way to help us from the moment we stepped into the store. Thanks!
