Zero stars would be better!!! From the beginning the experience was very bad. We really should have left. One of our party ordered an old fashioned, it was disgusting, they brought another one and it was horrible as well. The glasses tasted like dirty soap. All of the food was bad and it took forever. The waiter, Mel, was very hard to find, had to hunt him down to pay the bill. The steaks tasted like a dirty grill. The potatoes were not warm, the wings were tough and not good as were the ribs. All in all the absolute worst dining experience I have ever had and that sentiment is shared amongst the other 7 people in my party I will absolutely never go back!!!

Stopped here on the way home from a long drive. Oh! Yay! Football games! Beer was good. My Philly cheesesteak was terrific. And my wife’s crab legs and shrimp were way better than anticipated from a I-95 pit stop. The kid even liked her Mac n cheese. Well, the few ones that didn’t hit the floor.

Service was outstanding! Food was great. Ordered the Zinger with Mac and Cheese and it was outrageous. The waiter could not have been better. Full menu of burgers, pasta but also had a flavor of Philly and had crab on the menu! Right off exit 4 on I-95, it is very convenient to jump off the highway and then jump back on.

I used to LOVE Millers Ale House before Covid it was actually nice and affordable everything looked good and was delicious. Now fast forward it’s so expensive the Zingers are now $13.99 and they aren’t the same as they once were like the sauce was over-flowing it actually tasted good with a little extra sauce. My son got Mini Mex Chicken Tacos and everything looks so good on the menu and the pictures but now when you actually get the food it’s different. “False advertisement” My son’s chicken nachos all the stuff was on the top like not all around the chips like nachos are supposed to be like, the queso dip was different and warm nothing was hot on our plates. A side of jalapeños, gauc & sour cream was $2.49. Aren’t these the fixings that usually come on top of nachos? My zingers were warm not hot. I was to hungry to care or complain because our waiter was MIA for awhile and didn’t ask us for any refills or anything. Was busy after we left. Anyways try there Sweet Thai Chili Zingers they are really good with a side of ranch. Thank me later 😊

My husband and I live in North Jersey. We had an appointment to see our primary doctor today, and we're looking for a place to eat. We have wanted to go to Miller's Ale House by us, but it's always crowded. We stopped by at a Marlton, NJ, and it was not busy. We both enjoyed our food and drinks as well. Our server Kiersten was very nice. Would definitely go back to try another plate.

Service was poor. The server came over within minutes of us sitting down. We ordered drinks, soup, and an appetizer we said that when he came back with the drinks we would order more food he dumped the drinks down and we did not see him for 20 minutes later. Somebody brought my soup we had no silverware or napkins. Then and the appetizer came we asked for ranch dressing to go with the appetizer 5 + minutes later she came over and said oh I'm sorry I forgot your ranch dressing. And then we waited and waited and waited probably a total of 30 minutes after receiving drinks to order our food. The place was not very busy and our server just kept going rogue and disappearing. He never even came over and asked how our food was. We are done with our meal and we are just sitting here waiting and waiting and waiting for him to come to our table. The server came over to ask if we had room for dessert he clearly saw that our plates were stacked at the corner of the table he never asked how her food was, I simply said no we are ready for the bill. He came back with the bill dropped at the table and walked away and never said a word. I ordered I think it was called the chicken zingers which was very few pieces of boneless chicken over top of french fries that were completely drenched in Buffalo sauce gross... I wish I would have taken a photo of my plate before I picked out the few puny pieces of chicken and ate them.

Creole mahi and shrimp was delicious and had a great sauce. Zingers are nice and crispy, but I wouldn’t get them with the honey barbecue sauce. Grilled chicken BLT was flavorful and bun was good with poppy seeds. Beer pretzels for appetizers were good as well!

Ordered Steak medium and cooked as ordered. Was very flavorful. It wasn’t a omg melt in your mouth but wasn’t rubbery where you took forever to chew. Would recommend for a quick get something to eat definitely worth it. The salad was a little old browning of the leaves for sure but was good and crunchy wasn’t soggy and the dressing was good crouton was fresh

UPDATE: The GM reached out and we had a great conversation. I feel confident in saying that they do not want customers to have this kind of experience. I felt heard and reaffirmed in my experience and they have rectified the situation thanks to the leadership of the restaurant- not the woman I originally spoke to. Thank you Gabe for the much needed call and thank you Casey for being kind and resolving the food order issue later that night when we had to call back. What happened: I had such a negative experience with Miller's Ale House. I have ordered from here numerous times and have never had an issue like tonight. First: THE FOOD. My friend ordered a chicken caesar salad that came with no chicken. Huh? Then they put my ribs and mash potatoes together so it's all smush together. Wasn't the end of the world but when I followed up with the restaurant I was highly disappointed. THE CALL: So we reach out to notify the restaurant of the mistake so it can be rectified but the woman I spoke to was rude and had a condescending tone. Even though we didn't order through DoorDash (we ordered through the restaurant's website which by the way never redirected me to DD), she states that it's on DoorDash who picked it up. Okay? That didn't make sense to me because I was never redirected to DD's site so I restated that we ordered through the restaurant site. Instead of politely explaining how the restaurant uses DD without a customer placing the order through DD, she reiterated what she said in the most condescending, unhelpful way. Customers do not deserve to feel like they can not ask questions for clarity especially when the restaurant got the order wrong.

I went in and had a phenomenal experience. I had no problem with the wait time. I also had one of the best experiences ever with my waitress Jackie. She was loving and supportive with food choices. She was very attentive to my family’s needs and ai couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Jackie. If I ever go back I would love for her to be able to be my waitress again!!! You ROCK!!!

This is now my second rough experience at a Millers Ale House where I associate the name with subpar service and low quality food. We were seated right away which was great. What wasn’t great is that our food and drinks took an extremely long time to come to us and our server rarely checked in. We came with friends we haven’t seen in the longest time, so at least we were distracted from how long it took everything to come out. Dinner took around 2 hours and it was not by choice. Things seemed disorganized. We had to ask for the draft menu and the specials. Appetizers were okay, the pretzel tasted processed and nachos were decent. The entrees looked and tasted like frozen food. The Mac and cheese lacked cheese and reminded me of stinky feet in a bad way. The pot stickers my fiancé had looked straight out of the freezer aisle. I would not return.

For those of us who need to be gluten-free, there is NO gluten-free menu or markings (GF, GS) on the menu at all, signifying Gluten-Free or Gluten-Sensitive. You then must navigate carefully! So, I settled on the Grilled Salmon, mashed potatoes, NO gravy (contains wheat thickener), and mixed vegetables. Which was good, could have used a bit more seasoning. Meanwhile, Sue really enjoyed her baby back rib platter. Drink wise, I always enjoy a MacKenzie Black Cherry Cider here. While Sue kicked back a Surfside Iced Tea w/vodka.

Our meals were so underseasoned, but the drinks were good. Very affordable, very sweet, and easy to drink. Long island iced teas were good, mai tai was even better. Very friendly waiter. Would come again

The food was great, drinks were sooo good; prices were awesome! We typically spend about $200+ on dinner outings but we didn’t even break $100 today, but my highlight was mama Lynn , bless her heart. Such a sweet woman with bubbly personality. She made sure my toddler was happy and even helped calm her down! You can tell she enjoys her job. Highly recommend.

Staff was a little overwhelmed by two big crowds that can in after us but they held it together and we didn't feel neglected at all. My Husband had the Big red and wings tasted so fresh. I had the Osso Buco and pot stickers awesome. Both were delicious. Cocktails were on point. We will be back soon.

My first time here and won't be my last. The service was great! Robin was awesome! The food was so tasty. It was hard to decide what to get. Everything on the menu looked so good.

I legit think we had the best server ever. Momma Lynn was absolutely tremendous. She was passionate about letting us know everything that was on special. Our food come a bit lukewarm and she made sure it was correct. So much I more I can say. We were thinking about return on Saturday night but she was going to be there so we’re thinking of trying a new place since we are visiting.

I had the wonderful waitress Nicole. She did an amazing job, and hustled all night. I had the Sirloin and Shrimp with fries and Mac and cheese was wonderful. The brownie was delicious.. High recommend, and ask for Nicole.

I've actually been wanting to try Miller's Ale house for about a year. This one is located about an hour and a half south of my nearest one. Since this one is in Southern New Jersey, the decor is Philadelphia 76ers, and Phillies. Not my favorite teams, but my favorite Philly players Mike Schmidt and Dr. J. Anyway I enjoyed my meal and the service. Nothing special. Flavored rice was a part of this order, but it was not hot enough, and I thought it could use more flavoring. I'll try them again, but something without their rice, I do recommend them. The place was very clean and our service was very good.

What a very big disappointment this was for me. I went in with so much excitement and left ☹️ however my star 🌟 review goes to my amazing waitress, Mudd. Despite what went wrong, she was calm and threw in a joke🤣 the other reason is for the Calamari I can't fault a good dish😉 enjoyed my Appetizer but my main course was 👎 My advice is to get a good chef; you have a good establishment just poorly managed.

Went to Millers Ale house for my birthday with my Fiancé and 5yr old daughter. We were worried they may not have food for the little one. They absolutely did. She crushed a Mac and cheese with French fries. Also had a bunch of my HUGE pub pretzel as an app! (It was literally the size of my plate!!!) We had a great experience. Great steak and Salmon, and perfectly cooked too. Timing of the food was on point. Everything was just so smooth. Can’t remember the last time I had such a easy, and great time out. We really enjoyed ourselves. Mainly bc our waitress Lynn- she was so personable- friendly- polite and just really cool, down to earth and made our dinner that much better. Like I said timing was excellent. She came out around 3 bites into my steak to make sure it was good, and brought my fiancé and extra drink without the ask, which was a cherry on the top. We will definitely be back and definitely be asking to sit in Lynn’s section for sure. We were 100% taken care of, and actually got to enjoy a night out. (Usually it’s a hassle for more of a errand kind of feeling)

Got the chicken/steak fajita with a couple beers. Not bad but the serving sizes were small given the cost. Ended up ordering the meal twice, which is possibly as intended. Nice interior and good service otherwise.

Came here for dinner and had a great experience. Our server Nicole was friendly, attentive, and overall, wonderful at her job. All the food tasted great and the highlight was the Captain Jack’s dessert. Will definitely be coming back in the future and requesting Nicole as our server.

Claire was a great server!! She was very kind and attentive. Captain Jack's ice cream cake was good and if you have sweet tooth, I would recommend. Will most likely be back!

First time here staying at Aloft next door. Pleasantly surprised at the service, food and ambiance mid day. Had a wonderful Old Fashion coupled with a Chicken BLT that was fabulous with French fries that were hot crisp and great. Definitely check this place out. Very chill place mid day.
