THIS IS HOME in JAMAICA. LOVE to all the dancers! This is by far the most creative place I’ve ever been in my life. It has been the perfect way to be introduced to Dancehall. They are super welcoming and the guys will take you to all the night parties and gide you everywhere. 10 outta 10!!!! I spent there 2 months it has been a mind blowing experience I will be back really sooonnnnn!!!!

I felt at home when I stayed in Belleh23 for the first time! The house can accommodate a lot of people. There is a nice pool to refresh and relax. Supermarkets and restaurants are walking distance and if you wanna save money from food, you can just buy groceries and cook in the kitchen. This place is highly recommended for everyone into dancehall culture as many dancers are visiting for dance classes, and location of the guesthouse is close to most of Kingston street parties. I planned to come back soon with my friends to renew the amazing experience we had in Belleh23 :)

Belleh23 Guesthouse is the perfect place to stay in Kingston! It's a great way to meet new people and make new friends, connect with the local dancers and get an insight into the dancehall culture. Belleh23 has everything you need! Shared or private rooms, shared kitchen where you can cook your own meals, laundry service (you pay a small fee or you wash by yourself), dance studios that can be booked free of charge, and a POOL! The location is great, close to everywhere and its easy to access public transport to go to Half Way Tree or Downtown Kingston. The area feels safe and you can easily take a stroll down the road to the gas station or local restaurant for some delicious Jamaican food! Theres also an amazing Ital (vegan) restaurant within walking distance (5min) . If you want to experience Kingston by night, you can easily get all the information needed at Belleh23, or even better, go to the dancehall party together with the locals! Sanjay, the owner and host of the guesthouse, is very kind and helpful. If theres anything you will need help with, you can always ask Sanjay or one of the hosts who are also staying at the house (Sanjay doesn't live at the house, but he is there every day!). Belleh23 is the place to be! I've traveled to Kingston 7 times, and the 2 past times I stayed at Belleh23, and Im planning to stay there on my future trips as well. The best guesthouse in Kingston!

Very nice quiet place to stay, Good clean house, nice rooms and bedding. NO BUGS and clean appliances. Looks exactly like the pics. We had a fantastic stay. This is a place to be in when in Kingston / Jamaica, great location for getting almost anywhere in Kingston. I like the cultural activities such as "Dance Classes" etc.. Belleh23 is hands down the best place to stay in Kingston. The vibe here is the most amazing thing and you will meet so many new people that become friends for life! Amazing guest house in a great location in Kingston! The rooms here are always clean and well looked after, and facilities include a fully equipped kitchen, laundry and washing machine, gorgeous swimming pool, three dance studios, terrace, secure parking, lounge areas and the list goes on. It really does provide everything you could need! The staff are incredibly thoughtful and will treat you like family and help you organise your travels, and will always be ready to accompany you to a party or two. The place is perfect to meet dancers and other creatives in Kingston, and is very well managed so whether you're a dancing party animal or somebody looking for somewhere to relax on a budget you'll fit right in. The location is the perfect balance of being close to amenities and attractions without the risk of being in some of the more dangerous urban areas. I visit belleh multiple time a year and always have a wonderful time!

Staff was very helpful sadly they didnt have room for us so book in advance with a lot of time. It seems like the place lots of young people like to be.

Definitely the best option to stay in Kingston if you are looking for a place with great vibes, amazing people, a lot of space, in a very good area, and very affordable. The owner is so helpful with everything. Also, if you are planing to go to learn dancehall, you must know you can bring the dancers to the guesthouse and have either group classes or individual ones, as the house is provided with different areas for that with huge mirrors. I will definitely cme back soon!

My 6 days spent at this house were the best 6 days of my life. My reccomendation to everyone: STAY LONGER THAN 6 DAYS. There was never a dull moment, so many laughs and memories made. Sanjay is the best host, he helps out with everything and anything you wish to do, and he’s the nicest person ever. The house is huge, the room i stayed in “DHQ” had a spacious walk in closet, private bathroom, private fridge, and a balcony! It was very convenient to have all this in the room. The neighborhood is beautiful, the house is close to all the nightlife, and close to great places to eat. If you love to dance this is the most convenient house to stay at. Classes run everyday right in your house, no need to go anywhere! Even if you don’t love to dance this house is just full of great vibes & is welcoming to everyone. I wish I could stay here forever :( and so will everyone else who chooses belleh23.

Absolutely loved my experience here. So many opportunities to experience real Jamaican culture and make friends from around the world. Sanjay and the crew were very welcoming and friendly always looking after everyone's needs and keeping us safe. Great dance spaces and pool for relaxing also.

They make sure you are comfortable and help you with everything you need. It was perfect! Very clean rooms, a nice kitchen you can use, dancing everywhere AND a pool outside! This was an amazing experience, for a variety of reasons; 1) The ambience is absolutely breath-taking. 2) The host is absolutely warm and welcoming and 3) The mix of nationalities and cultures provides an oppurtunity to pick up a couple different languages and dance moves. On my visit, the venue was used to shoot a movie, so the pictures are top secret until the film is released.😉😉

The best house in Kingston. Is a safe house, comfortable and with a very involved hostess (Sanjay),who helps you as much as possible. So you can go with friends or alone. The rooms, kitchen and bathrooms are fully equipped. There are three dance areas to train and take classes. In addition, there are three dancers, who also help you as much as possible and make the stay more enjoyable. In this house, you will feel like family. I will definitely return on my next trip to Kingston. Thank u for everything.

Being someone who loves everything about dancehall i have always wanted to visit kingston... but i didn’t know where to start. Belleh23ja was the absolute perfect place to stay and experience true jamaican vibes in a safe way. The house itself has so much dancehall history to it, and has such a positive atmosphere. I was able to take many amazing classes with jamaica’s most phenomenal dancers, and i met many like minded people who share the same love for dancehall! With a supermarket, restaurants and atm nearby, there was no need to worry about much else! Belleh23ja will be my new home in kingston and i’m already counting down the days until i return! Thank you belleh23ja team for the best 6 weeks of my life ❤️
