Press Cafe is located in Ardenne Emirates on Ardenne Road, Kingston. The place is clean (almost sterile lol), but well thought out. Customer service can be improved and wait time, even though it is done to order, can also be improved. Prices are reasonable for the quantity. Food and smoothies are very nice.

The place to get everything from food to coffee to printing while you wait in the visa line. 😅 Convenient

I doubt I waited more than 15mins! I came for something quick and got the Turkey Panini and a Strawberry Lemonade to wash it down - Loved both! Definitely going again if I'm back in the area 🥰

Firstly the service is poor, it needs alot of work. It seemed as if I was begging to be heard and served staff seemed distracted with whatever she was doing and not paying attention to me as a customer. After I ordered i had to get up from my table and pick up my order twice. I was not asked if I was dining or take-out as my food and coffee which was sub-par was packed in take-out containers after which I sat and ate out of these containers. I observed another customer of a different skin colour get better service and two separate servers came and brought his food and beverage to him at the same time. It is distasteful that to get the wifi password I had to hand them my personal device. I thought I would have an excellent experience but it was quite the opposite. I am a cafe person so I know great service and food, this wasn't it poor service from the start. I have never had to pick up my food at a top notch Cafe. When I'm spending my money I expect better service. Hopefully it changes. The atmosphere is relaxing however and a good place to get work done if they fix the wifi situation.

It's okay, had the coffee, French vanilla 2 muffins and papaya smoothie...I don't feel it's worth the the cost..but everything gone up so I assume that's a good reason. I would go back, not to spend that much, if you need to go somewhere just know the wait can be a little long..

Had Pasta, a Salad and Quesadillas. All were very well made. The staff was pleasant and friendly and the atmosphere was great. Will be going back.

Food is good if your into healthy stuff The customer service is horrible But this Jamaicans biggest problem They legit come off like I’m too good for this lol And that’s too bad because the atmosphere is chic.

Lovely little cafe and print shop, nice to stop at for a quick lunch item. Love to get their tuna wrap, highly recommend 👌

Enjoyed the food, the Quesadillas were excellent and the salad was fresh. Loved the Lemonade as well.

Food is good but there is a need to improve customer service here. If you weren't familiar with the menu, covid protocols, and what to order you may have some difficulty. The return of my initial greeting from the cashier felt labored and like it was a chore which quite frankly... turned me off. When noting that some items were unavailable, the apology also felt labored and sense of "why are you bothering me." Maybe it was an off day for this employee but I was just in a hurry to leave. I hope this changes as it didn't sit well with me. Otherwise, the atmosphere and food are always top notch which is why I gave 4 stars.

Best service, best food and super clean

Don’t come here if you’re in a rush. The staff aren’t very friendly. And they take their sweet time serving. I explained that I was in a rush and it still took 25 minutes for an iced coffee a latte and a smoothie bowl. I was told not to order anything off the breakfast menu because it would take longer than 40 minutes. I asked for the sugar she on the side of my coffee and they must have added 3 tablespoons of sugar in my coffee. I had to wait another 5 minutes while she made a fresh coffee with now sugar in it. The frozen coffee was equally as sweet and I couldn’t even drink it. I threw it away in the garbage can right outside the store.

I went for Sunday brunch and they didn’t disappoint. The ambiance, presentation and service were top tier. 10/10 would definitely recommend. P.s Brunch was at the new location at 76 RHR

Service was really good along with the over look of the store. They sell coffee, tea pastries etc and also have a printing service. Only complaint is that it took a while to get my order of a hot chocolate and a muffin.

They have such an extensive menu. Their Presstigious blend coffee was delicious. I love tastes of cinnamon and other warm flavours in the coffee. I also enjoyed the vegan menu. Their staff is friendly and accommodates any issue you have.

Tried out their new location at Red Hills Road - the food was tasty and its presentation was on point… but one order got a bit mixed up (asked for a jerk burger with no onions…and it was served with onions; egg order was late on the burger, etc). Staff were extremely professional and welcoming. The business centre is still under construction but the place was well set up and spotless (clean)!!! Prices are affordable per person. Drinks options are inviting! Free Wi-Fi available upon request. Google search says they close at 7pm but when we got there at 4:15pm we were informed that the kitchen closes at 4:30pm and they close at 5pm.

Great food. Great service and a really mello vibe. Have to go again!

It was an amazing experience for me.... Had their Jerk chicken omelette with lemonade for breakfast this morning, and.... It has to be... The BEST I've ever tasted!!!!! Coupled with the chill, courteous customer service, I say absolutely well DONE. I hope they keep their quality at this level and higher. ❤️❤️❤️

Good smoothie

Not what I was expecting but it is fine for a quick stop. Ordered a strawberry lemonade. It was more lime than anything. I mentioned my dismay and they changed the drink. This one had actual strawberry slices in it and was much better!

Press was ok, however, they didn't plate my meal and that was a huge disappointment.

Very nice atmosphere, crisp and clean. Service was okay, it's a little wait, however, the food was worth it. Would recommend 👌. Prices aren't too bad either for the quality and quantity.

I loved the soft music, the atmosphere and exceptional customer service from employees. I believe you guys fell short at presentation. They say you eat with your eyes first, if that’s the case my eyes lost its appetite when I saw my smoothie bowl. It looked very very horrible as if a child put it together. I was waiting for a good amount of time and the place wasn’t packed so I’m sure there was more than enough time to properly present my meal.

Customer service is terrible at this location. The staff I encountered comes off very unwelcoming and rude. The treatment was as if it’s a privilege to be in their establishment, and not the other way around. I prefer to support local businesses instead of going to big corporate chains, so I have tried this place 3 separate times. It was the same thing each time. Also, the wait time is really long and when you kindly inquire about your order with a smile, they treat you as if you’re a bother even though over 60-90 minutes has passed. I love the ambience as a working professional and was excited to try the place initially, so this is very disappointing. I never thought I’d encounter a place that would actually make me leave a review. I typically avoid leaving a negative comment on local businesses. However, I don’t appreciate the consistently bad attitudes, so here we are. There are many others who have shared the same experience, so I do hope they listen to customers and also the reviews on here, and improve. This feedback is coming from patrons who actually want to support you. I haven’t tried the new location but hopefully it was opened with refreshing attitudes.
