Breakfast was great. I must thank the staff for putting up with us. We had a toddler with us and he wanted to touch everything. He made a small mess and the staff was helpful in getting it cleaned up. The ambience was lovely nice Christmas decoration was an enhancement. The only thing I wasn't pleased with was the bathroom area. It was clean and tidy however the faucet was Sharkey.

The breakfast options are great, and since everything is done to order customization are okay, it was not crowded at all when I went, which is iconic of a chill cafe. I'm actually gonna come back to work here one day. There seems to be quite a few regulars including some Politicians...decor and lighting is warm and cosy

Officially one of my favorite cafes in Kingston! Went there for breakfast and the food was on time and the customer service was exceptional which is very hard to find in the area. They also had comfortable seating and good wifi. Will definitely return. Overall Great staff great food great setting overall.

I could eat the marlin wrap all day every day. 10/10 Personally i prefer it with the ripe plantain chips but it is definately a crowd favorite. They have good prices. Worth every penny. Service was decent from the staff I dined at the Soverign Notth location which is pretty central for me . Adequate parking etc. They should consider opening later.

I went to the Cannonball Cafe in the Loshusan Plaza one Saturday to eat breakfast; it’s been on my list of cafes to try out and I decided to make it happen. The staff there was very friendly and the overall presentation of the place made me feel like I was at home. I loved the warmth especially and the soft music in the background and buzzing of everyone doing there own thing (which was not disturbing) made the environment welcoming. I had ordered a strawberry smoothie, pancakes and bacon and that alone was filling for me; I felt satisfied because I also ordered the granola and yogurt parfait and couldn’t finish it. It was a great experience. If you’re looking for a quaint atmosphere where you can go and get some work done and eat a good breakfast, cannonball is the place to go.

The place was very clean and the service was very quick. I ordered my food at 11:30am and by midday I was finished with my meal and my table cleared. There were social distancing protocols in place. This was not my first visit but it was first visit for breakfast and I was pleased. The breakfast was good and the workers were polite.

Its a nice cozy little spot to just chill and have a relaxing time...environment was great

The Poppin chocolate Cafe Boba review: I came for that item specifically item. So I had high hopes for my order since I've only gotten this item from Starbucks a few years ago. I was super excited to know that another place makes it. The Poppin chocolate cafe boba was underwhelming. The was no coffee taste from the drink itself and there was no chocolate flavor coming from the boba. Instead it was just more sour than anything else. I'm sure the other drinks have good potential but I'd stay away from this one.

Best cafe in town! Great coffees and teas. Also great breakfast and lunch options. There are great dessert options. Staff will make you feel welcome and a great environment for friends and family

Best salads in town!!! I have had the Chefs Salad and the Powerhouse salad alone and with chicken absolutely delicious, filling and value for money. Extremely helpful, understanding and courteous staff as parking at Sovereign North is a nightmare certain times of the day, they offered a solution for the next time I order, they will meet me outside. They understand customer service

They fell off I ordered a strawberry smoothies on three visits and they gave me pure bulk syrup with crushed ice You'd have a better experience at another cafe

Cannonball has been around for a little while, but my god, they do nothing well. Good spot to chill and use WiFi, sadly, you have to buy their food and coffee.

a good alternative to the other cafes in Kingston. Comfortable interior and a good place to work, chill read or have a morning , lunch meeting. This Sunday had a nice busy atmosphere. I had a bagel n cheese, bacon. lacked a little flavor punch. but not bad. The coffee cup in generic white was a little off putting. think they need to be a little more creative in that department. details like that matter. plus the white cup was too big for a medium coffee, so it looked like I was being short changed. I think they need a creative chef to perk up the flavors and serving visuals. The staff were very polite . But I would definitely go back.

Can’t believe I ordered 6 pieces of overpriced turkey bacon just for me to have to fry them myself. These people sent me raw undercooked bacon to poison myself with. Funnily enough this is my second time receiving undercooked food from cannonball, I thought because I was getting it from another branch things would be different. I implore the staff to actually check the food they are sending out. It creates a bad reputation.
