Very quite

Upgraded facility from the before named "New kgn shopping center" to now NKBC ... New Kgn business centre ... I think. The impressive thing is that the major construction was done with minimal interference on the commercial activity. Construction took place in stages and in isolated segments so that shops still remained open. Good upgrade. More efficient use of space, more shops and nice design.

Customer service was good. Staff pretty nice and helpful. But they need to minimize the waiting time out side.

I went to make a payment and my experience was ok. The mall is nice to say the least you get a sense of security when inside. Adequate enough parking is also available.

The security staff have great customer engagement, shopping center is also kept really clean.

The property was clean and spacious we felt safe for shopping and the stores were adequately spaced for very multiple convenient shopping trips.

My barber is in the centre, so it's one of the best places to visit for a haircut, banking with one of the best banks which is "First Global bank " ..and not to mention SAGICOR for insurance and investments.
