I
would
like
to
tell
you
about
the
unpleasant
experience
at
Courtleigh
last
week.
I
work
for
the
Honeywell
company
and
I
usually
travel
to
Jamaica
around
20
times
a
year
for
jobs
at
Jamaica
Private
Power
Company,
Petrojam,
Jamalco
and
Windalco.
In
this
occasion,
I
stayed
at
your
property
and
from
the
beginning
I
informed
the
reception
staff
that
my
room
610
had
a
problem
where
the
hot
water
was
connected
to
both
the
hot
and
cold
faucets.
in
this
condition,
barely
the
bathroom
could
be
used.
You
could
not
bathe
or
brush
your
teeth
because
of
the
hot
water.
The
maintenance
staff
went
to
the
room
to
simply
put
a
sign
that
the
bathroom
was
out
of
service
(see
attached
picture).
It
seems
to
me
that
this
is
a
lack
of
respect
and
they
did
not
even
contact
me
to
offer
me
a
room
change.
Really
a
poor
and
non-professional
service.
You
should
train
your
staff
to
be
able
to
offer
a
service
per
what
is
being
paid.
