This was my first visit to Tea Tree Crêperie. I had the bisque, a salad and carrot cake. They were all delicious, but especially the pumpkin bisque and the Epicurean salad. I wasn't impressed with the coconut water, I felt that was my only waste of money choice. The service was fine, not great, but not bad. Would I go back? Yes. It's a bit pricey, so it would be a treat-yo-self type of moment. 😸

( FOR MORE INFORMATION VISIT OUR YOUTUBE CHANNEL "JAMAICA WALK BY") Definitely one of my top pics for breakfast/brunch. Upon entering we were warmly greeted by Carl who was very professional and courteous. He was patient with us and checked on us each time he passed our table. He ensured that our order was fulfilled in a timely manner and he was willing assist us in any way. Now for the food 😋 ...appetizing, scrumptious, yummy, juicy, succulent. We ordered wings, steak and cheesesteak omelette and english 'brekkie'. Everything was cooked to perfection and we received sizeable portions.

My absolute favourite breakfast/brunch spot in Kingston without a doubt. As the name suggests they are Jamaica's resident crepe experts and they do them well. I highly recommend the Smoked Marlin Crepe complete with Pepper Jelly & Capers - it is the only thing I ever want to order. The Frozen Mint Lemonade is also incredibly refreshing, especially on a hot day (you can also get it boozy too with some Jamaican white rum). French toast? Amazing. Omelettes? Amazing. Hot Chocolate? Amazing. PAVOLVAS? Amazing. 10/10. Would recommend. Always.

Came by here a few days ago and the breakfast was 7/10. I ordered the eggs Benedict and a iced coffee. The eggs Benedict were honestly nothing special and the plate just looked sad. They need to do a better job with presentation and portions, especially for the price! For two eggs Benedict and two iced coffees, we spent more than $35. I seriously couldn't believe it. The next day we went to Cannonball cafe down the street and had a way better meal, for literally half the price.

I had a pleasant dining experience here for brunch. The food was spectacular I had the chicken parmesean crêpe with a side order of the world's fluffiest and most perfect pancakes and washed it all down with a frozen mint lemonade. My dining partner had the crêpe mex with French toast and a homestyle lemonade. It was almost a perfect dining experience if not for the wait time and that items were left off our order and had to wait on them to be delivered. But our server was most apologetic about all the inconveniences and to be honest that won't deter me from going again. Those pancakes must be enjoyed at least weekly.

Nice family friendly atmosphere, my favourite Sunday breakfast spot in Kingston. Food never disappoints and very friendly staff. Lovely owner that goes around and check on guest when she is in. Prices are not the cheapest but I would 150% recommend for breakfast and brunch with the family or with friends!!

This place is awesome. I visited last week as a treat for my partner’s birthday celebrations and we both really enjoyed being there. They even gave him a complimentary brownie with a candle and played a birthday song. I’m definitely going again. It’ll probably replace my weekly Starbucks visit. Granted it is a little more pricey than Starbucks.

This was the first time I was trying authentic Indian cuisine and they got me hooked. This was one of my best Saturday afternoon brunch I ever had. The food is all around great and since it was an afternoon the traffic inside the restaurant was slow. The space is not very large so I was glad for that. The parking may also be an issue as the plaza this is located on has limited parking.

Decently cooked English breakfast and good location upstairs at Summit House, but supply needs improvement. They were out of both types of sausages mentioned in the English breakfast menu description when I visited (during a quiet time). Also the smallest size of French Press coffee listed on the menu wasn’t available (lack of equipment?) .

Tea Tree Creperie....you owe me nothing. This is absolutely one of my favourite spots for breakfast and it doesn't hurt that the prices won't break the bank. Add to that the amazing and attentive service and the coziness of their new home and you have a winner. Make sure you get a cup of their hot chocolate....you won't be disappointed (this coming from a coffee girl).

Cute, quaint little establishment. It's very small so I imagine it can get uncomfortable in a crowd. But the food was great and our server Daniel was very friendly and attentive. I think the prices were decent. I wasn't a fan of the coffee but everything else was cool. I enjoyed being able to write on the glass lol. Great place for conversations and first dates (no loud music or other major distractions)

We are spending a week in Kingston, our first time here. Having brunch at Tea Tree yesterday was a real highlight. It's a beautiful space upstairs in a hotel, big windows and unique decor. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and very professional. The food was SO GOOD! My 7 year old had the pancakes with maple syrup and the Italian soda and he said it was the best pancakes he's had all year... my husband and I had the eggs and bacon crepe - so tasty. The coffee was also really good. As a family traveling on a strict budget, also appreciated that the prices we paid were those on the menu, no 'hidden fees' for tourists. We will definitely come here again and highly recommend it! It was a little hard to find but the security person in the parking lot directed us.

I enjoyed the food. Service was pretty slow, which was surprising since the restaurant had only two other tables at the time. The waiter forgot a part of my order but because of the expected.wait, I didn't bother to say anything. I'd go again - maybe it was just a one-off bad day.

This is the second time I’ve visited Tea Tree Creperie in the past 2 months & the service is HORRIBLE! The first time I ordered a cup of tea 3 times from 2 different servers & after 30 mins I still didn't get it. It was only when I told the owner on my way out that I got it. The second time, it was 3 of us: hard boiled eggs with bagels & a breakfast sandwhich. Almost an hour later, (none of the beverages ordered came before, not even a water) , we got a hot breakfast sandwich, hot bagels & STONE COLD hard boiled eggs. It’s all well & good to have a nice concept but hype needs to be backed by service...the food is ok...not phenomenal enough that service should be overlooked. So no thanks!

Not the best experience. After being seated we waited for a while for the menu until I had to go inside to get the menu myself. Then another long wait for someone to take our orders. No one showed even though we were told someone would be with us "now". Eventually I had to go inside to make the order myself and at that point I was so frustrated that when a customer cut the line I just left.

If you love traditional Indian cuisine, this is a very good location to get your meals. Located in Orchid Village Plaza this restaurant not only does traditional Indian food but also fusion cuisine and other Asian Meals. Here you can get Thai, Hot and Sour Soup and Chinese, Chicken and Sweet Corn soup Just to mention a few. The staff are very friendly and professional in their service and are fairly knowledge about the menu options for persons who are visiting for the first time. The prices are fairly reasonable and meals are served with a either Rice of variation of Nan Bread. In would recommend the Mutton of Lamb Rogan Josh.

In Jamaica for vacay, this is the best Indo Chinese food you can have here. Not so happy with Veg Manchurian as they make it with bread but schezwan Noodles, schezwan Rice, Chilli Manchurian is too good to be true. I am taking one star because of disappointing Veg Manchurian or I can say bread ball Manchurian.

The staff is polite and it's good to see the owner in the business. I had the 4 cheese Calzone with ham and chicken. Delicious sandwich but I wished it came with fries or something. At those prices I was reluctant to purchase a side order since I still wanted to try their drinks and desert. The carrot cake was unfortunately frozen in the middle. My waitress put it in the oven twice for me but it was a lost cause. All in all it wasn't a bad experience. Next time I'll try the crepes.

Very simple and very eligant. You need a place like this sometimes. One to three people going out for a more than normal bite to eat. The dishes are simple but tasty and decorative. Also, I love how they allow all their customers to write on the walls so that everyone can leave a special Mark in history.

The mint lemonade was very refreshing! Definitely recommend especially on these hot summer days.....or any day in Jamaica for that matter 🤣. The crepe was delicious. Quite a tasty treat it is. Perfect for someone who is filled easily, however if you like a lot of food in one sitting then the crepe may not be for you. You'd probably be best off adding sides or having something else. The staff is great too!

My first and only experience at Tea Tree was horrible. Waiter took way too long to greet our table, then we waited forever for out meals to come out we ended up leaving and going to TGIF instead though. The tea and coffee that were brought out to the table were ice cold. Likewise the pancakes that were brought out. Was hoping to enjoy a nice Anniversary breakfast but ended up just geting lunch. The wait time was really ridiculous to the point that I am not sure if I would go back.

  • 4/5 Adrian T. 4 years ago on Google
I had lunch here last week with a lawyer in the evening and the setting was just perfect. I arrived some minutes after 4 in the evening and I was glad that there was not a huge crowd. Personally I don’t like a crowded restaurant because the wait time to be served can be ridiculously lengthy. The seating options ranges from high chairs to regular size which is a plus. Once seated, the smiling waiter greeted us with glasses of crystal clear water. Of note, the menu had a lot of options so it may take a while to decide on an order. One can’t help but notice the unusual graffiti on the wall which is a plus for me. I also saw that the chef work area was positioned in a way that can be seen from inside the joint and this made me even more relaxed. I like transparency when it comes on to the preparation of my food, I mean who doesn’t? I ensured I took time to check out the bathroom and I would rate it a 7/10. It’s not that it was a turn off entirely but there was no separation for male and female. It was the one room so even while in there, a customer with his son had to wait until I’m through to enter so this is something to be mindful of. Overall the experience here was a good one and I would recommend going there for brunch. Having the ability to deface the wall by signing your name on it with friends or family members is a unique enough catch to have a memorable experience.

I would definitely go back for the food. Friends and I stopped by for a quick meal since it would be our first time. I got brownie, wings, and took some of a friend's Italian soda, which were really good. The customer service was amazing; our waitress gave us her best recommendations. Got a chance to meet the owner who was really really sweet. Enjoyed the experience and can't wait to go back.

Tea Tree has great tasting food with a difference. Their crêpes, dessert items and drinks are wonderful! Their Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting, 2-Bite Cheesecake and Frozen Mint Lemonade are must-haves for me. The Smoked Marlin and Beef and Béarnaise Crêpes are really lovely too!

Such a wonderful experience! Staff was very attentive and friendly, the ambiance is very warm and comfortable. The food was excellent! I very rarely go to a restaurant and enjoy every single item ordered. This place is a true gem!
