My
Experience
on
the
evening
of
Tuesday,
February
13,
2018
was
unpleasant.
Even
though
The
restaurant's
environment
was
awesome,the
server
needs
training
and
knowledge
in
customer
service.
Her
behavior
and
body
language
was
very
negative
and
disappointing.
She
gave
the
impression
that
only
certain
customers
were
VIPs
and
actually
made
the
statement.
<br>In
addition,
she
aggressively
placed
the
bill
on
the
table
and
forgot
to
say
thank
you
after
being
paid.
<br>I
would
not
recommend
this
type
of
service
to
anyone
and
would
not
visit
star
grill
restaurant
again
for
this
kind
of
impolite
service.
<br>I
would
suggest
to
all
other
options
in
Mandeville
that
gives
better
service.
<br>I
reported
my
experience
to
the
supervisor
on
duty
with
the
intention
that
this
employee
will
take
her
career
seriously
and
improve
on
her
behavior
not
because
I
want
her
services
to
be
terminated.
I
pray
that
this
employee
will
learn
from
this
and
<br>treat
other
persons
with
respect
<br>and
care.

believe
star
grill
restaurant
can
do
well
if
employees
offer
better
customer
service.
