Let me start by saying the food is not bad. But the customer service is TERRIBLE.The men who work here are very disgusting. Starting from the bleach out one who is the cashier with the 77 tattoo DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO TALK TO PEOPLE. They short slim one who makes the wraps literally threw it down after making it and was very rude and aggressive in asking what I wanted. I come here a few time but will stop because the service here is so bad

Food was solid. I ordered 30 mins ahead via WhatsApp and still had to wait when I got there. They had just opened, so I gave service a pass. Space is clean and open.

A recommended place for wraps in Kingston, their options on the menu for wrap filling were amazing. The seating area is limited, but with the available space, it's neat. The pricing also felt to be quite budget friendly. Tried their Jerky and West Indian wraps with additional vegetables, dressing and spreads, which were quite delicious. Here's wishing Y not Pita the best in continuing to deliver amazing food experiences.

It's a really good food place. Its just a little expensive for what it is. I understand that for what it is it is mostly unique in Kingston but in terms of what you get? Awesome food. Just be prepared for your wallet to cry.

Several years ago, I visited this place, and the overall atmosphere was positive. The food, at that time, was also delicious and fresh. However, I cannot comment on the current state of the food. On my recent evening visit, with my girlfriend, there was a lack of greeting. The employee appeared uninterested, and a fly was buzzing around the food items. Consequently, we chose not to patronize the establishment.

Y Not indeed!!! This place makes the most delicious and healthy wraps you can find anywhere!! The staff is friendly and the meals are made quickly write in front of you!! this is my "go-to"; when I am hungry and need a really nice pick me up or a full lunch.

This was a classic example of how the employees can cause a business to lose customers. The food was very good and fairly priced for the area. But again, and I find that this happens very often in Jamaica, the staff were unfriendly, did not make me feel welcome, and made me think, it's gonna be a while before I personally go back. Honestly, if the service was half decent, I'd be here at least once or twice a week. But nah... y'all enjoy though

Y not Pita is a great eatery. First time there and knew definitely I will return. Place was clean. Had enough space for eating inside and out. Is glass enclosed so place felt open and gave you contact with outside while inside. What I really loved was that I saw my wrap made and was involved in what was put in it. Got the jerk chicken wrap and it was wonderful. Items were fresh: looked and tasted fresh... Had a wide number of dressings to choose from. The menu had items that were healthy and had combo deals. For me the pricing was fine because my body deserves right stuff. Customer service was good. Looking forward to my next visit and if it continues to be good it twill be a place I visit often.

I love their chicken wrap and salads. Great food and customer service.

They say you can call ahead or order via whatsapp & then tell you 15 mins. You get there after 25 mins- the food isn't ready, they can't tell you how much longer the wait will be & that you are in the queue. I don't think they understand the concept of "ordering ahead". Waste of time.

Good food. A large choice of ingredients to add make wraps and salads. No gluten free wraps though.The location on Lady Musgrave has a nice outdoor setting. Venue shared by other restaurants so a variety of food can be bought and ate in the same outdoor dining area. Good parking. They can be abit slow as food is made to order, you can call in your order.

Always a treat. Service and food was excellent.

They have very delicious and diverse options that provide a healthier alternative to typical fast food.

Y not Pita offers healthy food choices and a variety of meats to go with your wraps or pizza. I am a big fan of their menu and I especially love their soup. Try the curry chicken wrap, you wont regret it! The staff is friendly and efficient and they do a great job at keeping their environs clean. I 100% recommend this restaurant to anyone who is tired of eating rice, seeking a healthier option and a quick but filling meal.

The Jerk chicken wrap 8s the bomb! Taste real good... lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, garlic mayo, barbecue sauce, ranch n honey mustard.

Food tastes good but is incredibly overpriced. No idea how a single wrap can cost that much. Absolutely need to work on presentation. I mean if Im paying almost 2k for a single wrap I think I can get a damn plate and so on. Pita chips or a side and a drink should definetely be part of the package for that price.

It's ok. Was my first ordering a wrap where you can choose what's to go in vs a standard choice on a menu. I love that I have options, so that was great. The service was substandard, working in the hospitality industry makes you notice even the tiniest thing, so three stars is sufficient. Had a bit of a challenge finding the place as I was looking for a sign...I literally just guessed the location by turning into a parking that had CPJ sign all over a building. I like the ambiance, though

The food is still good, but the staff are not as careful as they used to be. The person at the register handled money and food without washing or sanitizing in between. Some of the persons handling food wore gloves, but would handle unclean items and then handle and package food! The wait time is also longer than before despite there being more staff. Some items are also less available. They don't always check that they have enough of an item before taking an order, so you may get halfway through the process and hear they don't have what you paid for. I really hope they get back to their previous quality.

Do not use their whatsapp! I am mute and I cannot speak so I order through their whatsapp. Their workers will ignore you on there.

Do not come here if you're dying of hunger or are in a rush as there's an insanely long wait.... I've never experienced being in and out in 10 mins, its more like 30-45. Tip - If you know what you want, call ahead and place your order in advance.

Ate here once last year. I ordered a pizza and ackee wrap. The food was affordable, but could’ve been made a bit better. Instead of using a pita wrap, why make pizza dough. As for the ackee wrap, there were way too many vegetables and very little ackee, literally 1 tablespoon of ackee was in the wrap.

The food is great. Its crowded in the lunch hour so they wait can be long. It's a bit on the pricey side for me but the food is so good. The food is also made fresh. Customer service is okay. They are not rude.

Kudos to the customer service at Y.not.Pita. i had called thinking you open at 8am. But no one answered. To my surprise someone called me back. Explained pleasantly they open at 9 and that the wraps werent ready. I said ok will call back. Then got another calling telling me some wraps ready. Im impressed. Well pleased. I ordered the shrimp wrap (white)

The staff are friendly and courteous and the options are varied. Lots of veggiws ans sauces to choose from. I'm vegan so this is one of my favourite places to grab a bite while in the area. Ambience is quite pleasant too.

So someone bought me a wrap from this resturant, one in which I really enjoyed, so much so I went this morning to buy one. Upon entering the location one employee was on the phone, it sounded like he was taking an order however the call lasted for atlease 5 min because I went to make a call and came back inside and he was still on the phone. After a long 10 mins or so inside I was yet to be acknowledged by either employee. After the call was finished he then told me hold on and left the register and went to the back, i then left the resturant sadly.. 1. I was never acknowledged 2. I did not make an order 3. They we’re making side chatters with each other.
