We visited like really late. It was like after 11 pm. I must give them props for how we were treated despite it being so late. They explained to us we couldn't have certain things based on the time which was reasonable. The food wasnt bad and our waitress was very nice. Even other servers asked if we were ok and our orders were taken. So, I would definitely go back earlier to have the full experience. The atmosphere is pretty nice. Nice chill vibe.

We came here to celebrate my daughter's graduation. It didn't disappoint. The pasta was superb. Try the Bourbon oxtail pasta...exceptional. Lovely server. Great experience.

One of my favorite restaurants in Jamaica. The food is amazing, I have never been disappointed. The staff there are super friendly and welcoming, and a big plus the prices for the meals are not bad at all. I especially love their chicken wraps and jerk chicken pasta. Oh and their loaded fries is soooooo good. The drinks could use a bit more alcohol but they are still delicious. Thank you for your great service!

I don't have much to say as the service was good because of the the waitress. She is the first waitress in Jamaica that was friendly. The people I went with also said the food was good.

I ordered 4 fried lobster tails and when I got them i could smell the scent of rotting fish through the box! I examined each lobster tail. All seemed over cooked but that couldn’t explain the scent: I lifted each tail off the shell and examined underneath. 2 looked normal and the other 2 were completely black and rotten. At first I thought they were burned but I soon realized they were spoiled. Thank God I examined each one before ingesting it. I couldn’t ignore the unbearable smell. The sauce is whatever at best. They charged me damn near 4 grand for contaminated meat and I want my fkn money back !!!! Worst part is, when I called for a refund they refused to give me a refund and instead offered to make me something else. Whhhhyyyyy would I want to order something AGAIN from someone who offered me rotten food. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK.

The vibe is right - good music, good volume, sets the chill vibe for the dining experience at the bar area. The food is very good - chef did well. We had many things - spare ribs - BBQ drumsticks - Alfredo Pasta and Jerk Chicken - Caesar Salads - sides: mashed potato, green plantains, Mac n' cheese, mozzarella sticks - white wine: Moscato - fruit cocktails In 2022 with the way food prices are, I think I got my money's worth for the portions serves. One person is able to eat their meal in at least 2 satisfying portions. We made a reservation and eas asked to make our meal plans early but we didn't. However, food was served in a timely manner.... in 30 mins, everything was ready and waiting for us and I didn't even realise the time as the vibe was good. The place was really full too.... about 90% occupancy for the restaurants. Waiters were good. Tyreek (if that's the spelling) did a good job with our table and I was satisfied with his service. He was very pleasant also. The occasion was a birthday and we enjoyed the entire time... we did our little decor and so on but the night was well spent and we will be going back if we ever want to chill out again. Didn't go to the casino but otherwise... I give an A for the place. The location was easy to find and the Parking spaces was sufficient The venue was clean and no complaints there.

Went father's day. You have to make an appointment, reservation office only open Monday-Friday. Email and Socials don't respond. After waiting for a space and getting seated, it took a while to be waited on. There is no complimentary water. The E-menus don't function smoothly. The waiter was good and the food itself came quickly. Its a nice location. The food was alright, don't order anything fried very oily. The pasta was good. Overall for the price, not bad.

it was awesoooome. We had a nice quiet, cozy corner, albeit beneath the tv, but the tv was not a disturbance at all. The food was so much I had to leave with the rest. I had loster tail and wedges with a Cosmo cocktail. 🍸🩷🥰

Great atmosphere, good service and amazing drinks. The food was okay... not the greatest but far from the worst, and I think it was worth the price. The drinks ok the other hand were done amazingly, and priced very well in my opinion. The venue is wonderful, especially at night. The decor and music creates a really nice atmosphere for when you just want to chill with some friends.

Definitely not the place to wear heels or dress up. Very down to earth and low key. Upstairs is outdoors, with the bar area covered. There are also 2 covered sections. The pasta was very delicious! Drinks were served hot. The staff is very nice and helpful.

Talk about sumptuous meals. Macau has outdone itself with this one. Try the Barbeque chicken (it is BBQ chicken thigh, smothered in BBQ sauce). It was juicy, delicious and tender. Also try the Steamed vegetables, which I couldn't stop eating once I started.

It's a really nice spot, and I was treated like a king and my wife like a queen with the most professionalism from my waitress, her name is Abigail Campbell, I recommend that anyone going there and this girl is your waitress. just know the service from her is exceptional. This is the main reason why a 5 star was giving, but her service deserve 6 star ✨

Some meals are better than others, some staff are better at their jobs than others. So far, I have been sticking to the wings and the loaded fries (with chicken) - those are consistent with quality and serving size. The fish sometimes can be fishy/borderline spoilt, and that accounts for the one time I actually had a bad experience there. That aside, the ambiance is nice and I am usually able to have a good time

Cosy place...friendly staff...price very reasonable and fair...great for dates or group outing. Wear ur mask else they'll sell you one for $250 just to enter.

I went for my birthday dinner with my boyfriend on Saturday and I had a blast. The atmosphere was chill & the food was amazing. Our server was quick and polite. The main thing I loved is that the kitchen closed later than other restaurants & they actually saved my life because I was hangry 🤣

Loved my experience. The portion sizes are great for all meals. Loved my loaded fries and my pasta was good. The wait time for the food was a bit noticable but I had gone on a busy weekend where the restaurant was full, so that was understandable. The drinks are good and they offer a wide variety of them.

One of my favorite places. Food is excellent!! Price is also very affordable for your liking. Only problem for me is the long waiting down stairs without shelter if it rains, but I recommend this place anytime.

The waiter was fairly attentive and polite. The food was OK. The location is easy to find and there is ample parking.

The red pea soup was delicious. The loaded chicken fries were good but the cheese could be better. I ordered the sweet Thai chicken wings which were not good. The sauce wasn’t good and I felt like the chicken wasn’t fully cooked. The wings came with a side. I asked for the chicken to be returned, but kept the side it came with since I was still not full but didn’t want anything else off the menu. The manager came over to ask what happened and said they could’ve fixed it but I told her I didn’t want to take that chance, I’d just rather not have anything else. As she walked away, she said “we will charge you for the side”. That’s poor customer service because if I wasn’t pleased with the meal, you shouldn’t be pressed to charge me for the side it came with.

Dined here last evening for my 4th time and was utterly disappointed. Upon being seated we were greeted with lots of flies and other flying insects that were a constant bother. My friend and I had to literally fan them away so that we could talk and when the food came (30 minutes later) it was even worse. We ended up taking most of the food to go because it made no sense to stay and be uncomfortable. First time experiencing that while dining, hopefully it can be rectified. Our server Tassana was very pleasant however and so I gave 3 stars. The food wasn’t at its best either. My potato salad had no flavour. The Pasta was great though. Enjoyed that.

The host we met at the front was very welcoming. He told us what to expect as the dining area was closed and only the bar was available with 3 seats remaining. For my first time there it was a good experience. Since they prepare the dishes based on your orders, there is a little wait time. However, it wasn't bad, so we sat and had a drink and vibe till our food arrived. I plan to visit again.

One of the best places to unwind after a hard day's work with friends

So, I finally had a reason to go to Macau and it was worth the wait. My family and I celebrated our matriarch's 80th birthday and it was lovely. The food was delicious, the venue was spacious and clean and the staff were A1. The event was a simple one. And even though there was more than 15 of us, the waitress was on her A game. There was no long overbearing waiting period and there was no confusion with the bill. Well done, Macau. ❤

I had a quick dinner here on my bday.. its tricky going here because they reserve tables based on the number in your party, so if they have a 3 or more table and you are a 2 party, then you either wait or leave. I feel it's more a chill spot feeling than a romantic set up but you can make it work for you either way. The food is a highlight for the cost. I will recommend, if you are ordering sides and not sure, order a loaded fries with bacon. I swear that is a two people serving😋🤣 I will have to revisit to get a longer more wholesome experience.

Something about this place that keeps me going there....what I love amboy you get to let down hour hair and be yourself...their food, cocktails, music, ambiance lovely... however, you have to wait long for your meal especially on a busy day. But other from that y'all should go and experience it.

It was my Director's birthday so we decided on lunch at Macau's, upstairs wasnt opened until 2pm so we decided wait, that's when our true experience started with our host Kalecha, girl your customer service is something to rave about, she ensured our table had water, we made our order and it was delivered in less than 45 mins. Good ambiance, all covid protcols was followed. We will come back again.

The food here was good especially the chicken quesadilla and the wrap. The salad had a bitter-ish taste and the bbq wings wasn't all that. The fries were awesome though. I liked the setting of the place. The menu is electronic so you need a QR code scanner but there is free WiFi so that's a plus. The waiter also used an electronic device to take our order but still got the drinks mixed up so I don't know what happened. He wasn't friendly at all. He didn't even check on us during the meal to see if all was well. At least he wasn't rude. All in all, it was a good experience and I definitely would visit again. I liked the atmosphere.

A spontaneous evening (8 Jun 2021) with my lady, Macau was her choice. The restaurant was at about 25% capacity. We were greeted right away and attended to immediately by our server (no name was given). Staff was very pleasant and the food was excellent. I had Hawaiian Wrap and she the BBQ wings. Split reviews for drinks though, she enjoyed her strawberry daiquiri (with rum :) ), but my long island ice tea was the worse I'd have. The bartender was trying a different way to make it (IT NEVER WORK!! AT ALL!!!). Overall experience was good, even after capacity when up to maybe 60-70%, staff maintained good service.

Nice place (fresh air to breathe, parking and environment just lovely).. food taste delicious and it's affordable too.. alot of customer and no one felt left out or unattended... the waitress was pleasant she checked in on us few times well although the place was very busy... just nice nice
