Visited this place last week, the vibe was nice, the drinks were good and the BBQ wings were on point, best wings I ever tasted. Will definitely visit and on my next trip to Jamaica.

So this is the second time i have made a reservation and the manager charged me $15,000Jmd and i've never been to any restaraunt and they charged me for a reservation. Like this is ridiculous because. The other thing the manager is annoying and she has no customer service whatsoever. The waiters are very excelent but the manager is very disrespectful and has no customer service and she is a thief.

Nice spot to chill and the food is decent. Easy enough to move through even when it is starting to get crowded. Though the parking lot always looks full, I generally find a spot easily.

Nice venue, very lively. The DJ/spinner had a good mix of music. The bar staff had awareness of customer requests. And theres a large fan to cool you down. However the quality of the speakers is poor. In Jamaica you want to feel the music the speakers could have come out of someones home. Needs improving.

The signature lychee margarita is great for the first drink and since the now special happy hour deals are in effect, it’s easy to order another one! I particularly liked the ambiance it looked like a upscale wine bar who serves cocktails (on the side) and you could see this by the kinds of persons who they attract. It is a cozy place to have a happy hour and “let your hair down” with friends while you wait for the traffic to roll off after work. The bartender was pretty experienced as his skill was evident in his performances (even when he thought now one was looking) and the excellent mixing of his drinks. I will definitely invite more friends to come with me when I’m making my next visit.

After dinner, my friend and I went to visit this place. We love their friendly services. you could even order the food from downstairs and bring it up stairs to eat and pair with their red wine

I had Jo for my server. She was very attentive, and got us everything we needed. The wait time was short. The food was alright.

Nice, intimate space but Very poor customer service. Food was not good at all and on top of that, the group of us who went were ask to leave for others to sit and we were not even ready to leave. We found this very disturbing!

I liked the ambiance, talked about returning even before getting served. But the customer service was very poor. While eating the appetizers they came with the main course (cold); I felt rushed. And if that wasn't bad enough, minutes after our meal my friends and I were asked to leave. Treating paying customers like that is unacceptable and disturbing!

Went to Fromage Bistro along with some friends for restaurant week. We were seated upstairs at Oak Wine Bar due to downstairs being full. That was fine, the ambiance was good. The service at Oak Wine, however, was poor. We were rushed to order and the food was terrible. To top it off, we were asked to leave to make room for other customers; we were not even there for an hour. If people just want food, there are take-out and delivery services available at other eateries. However, people choose to dine to have an experience and to enjoy good company. We were robbed of that and it was NOT AT ALL worth the $5000 (inclusive of gratuity).

I love what you done with place from the outside seating to the open bar. This was my first visit and I am eager to go back sometime soon. This was to much of an almost perfect experience with food, service and ambience. Lol

The food options are good as you can order from the OAK menu or the Fromage menu. There are usually happy hour specials so there's something for everyone.
