My
first
time
going
to
TGI
Fridays
based
on
a
recommendation
to
try
their
Buffalo
chicken
wings
and
drink
offerings.
The
drinks
were
well
made
by
our
server
and
her
customer
service
was
amazing.
Later
on,
we
made
an
order
for
the
chicken
wings.
Not
only
did
it
take
a
while
for
it
to
arrive
but
we
were
sold
raw
chicken
wings
(photos
attached).
The
chicken
wing
was
pink
from
bone-to-skin
with
fresh
blood
coming
out
of
it.
The
server
attempted
to
put
through
another
order
of
wings
but
my
stomach
was
already
sick
and
I
had
no
confidence
that
it
would
have
been
done
properly
a
second
time.
Not
only
that,
the
manager
(which
he
had
given
us
a
name
of
Clarence
Taylor)
had
to
get
involved
to
write
this
off
of
the
bill
and
his
deficiency
of
communication,
social
and
customer
service
skills
added
further
to
this
negative
experience.
We
did
not
get
an
apology
for
the
uncooked
wings
and
Clarence
was
very
condescending.
During
a
brief
conversation
with
him,
his
tone
made
it
seem
that
he
was
doing
us
a
favor
for
taking
off
the
wings
off
the
bill
(granted
that
not
a
bite
was
swallowed
and
everything
was
left
back
on
the
plate).
When
asked
for
a
gratuity
in
the
form
of
one
drink
(which
was
three
times
less
than
the
price
of
the
wings),
he
was
adamant
that
this
cannot
be
done
and
again
no
apology
was
present.
I
requested
the
bill
right
away.
Clarence
provided
us
with
the
bill
but
would
not
process
the
cash
payment
which
was
readily
available
as
soon
as
the
bill
was
presented.
With
this
experience
and
the
manager's
lack
of
basic
customer
service
skills,
tact
and
understanding
of
customer
satisfaction
dynamics,
I
will
not
be
going
back
to
this
location.
