My first time going to TGI Fridays based on a recommendation to try their Buffalo chicken wings and drink offerings. The drinks were well made by our server and her customer service was amazing. Later on, we made an order for the chicken wings. Not only did it take a while for it to arrive but we were sold raw chicken wings (photos attached). The chicken wing was pink from bone-to-skin with fresh blood coming out of it. The server attempted to put through another order of wings but my stomach was already sick and I had no confidence that it would have been done properly a second time. Not only that, the manager (which he had given us a name of Clarence Taylor) had to get involved to write this off of the bill and his deficiency of communication, social and customer service skills added further to this negative experience. We did not get an apology for the uncooked wings and Clarence was very condescending. During a brief conversation with him, his tone made it seem that he was doing us a favor for taking off the wings off the bill (granted that not a bite was swallowed and everything was left back on the plate). When asked for a gratuity in the form of one drink (which was three times less than the price of the wings), he was adamant that this cannot be done and again no apology was present. I requested the bill right away. Clarence provided us with the bill but would not process the cash payment which was readily available as soon as the bill was presented. With this experience and the manager's lack of basic customer service skills, tact and understanding of customer satisfaction dynamics, I will not be going back to this location.

Nice atmosphere with awesome food. This place is on the pricy end of the scale and parking can be a challenge. Overall a good experience.

I'm not a fan of TGI Friday here in the States (USA) but I do like this franchise in Kingston, Jamaica. The menu is different than the USA franchise chain but has similarities for staying on brand. I've been visiting this location for almost 15 years and they have never disappointed. I also love that they've incorporated the use of local rum in some of their signature cocktails. I recommend trying the Mudslide for something easy and cool or if you care for something strong then order a Long Island Iced Tea made with Jamaican rums.

Stopped by here for dinner yesterday and I had a great experience! The restaurant itself was very clean and well maintained! The service was also incredibly fast and the food quality was great! I had the Fridays Chicken With Whiskey Glaze and that was incredible! Definitely recommend! We also had the Yucatán Chipotle Chicken Salad, that was also great!

Fun and lively atmosphere and a diverse menu that offers something for everyone. If you're looking for a place to grab a bite with friends or family in a relaxed and upbeat setting, TGI Fridays is worth checking out.

This is such a multi purpose location. Great for date night, family dinner, girls night out or anything really. The dress code is as casual or as posh as you want it to be (though you should probably avoid showing up in a three piece suit or swimwear) my only complaint is that the drinks and dessert were terribly sweet, like some sugar got away in them. It is a bit pricy for essentially a glorified diner but the aesthetic makes up for that. My little brother was given a chart and some crayons to color and that kept him busy for a while. I would definitely revisit knowing to just stay away from the fruit drinks and dessert options.

Fridays food has fallen off terribly. It wasn't great to begin with but now it's just not worth the amount that they're charging. The food that our group had for the most part was pretty bland (Buffalo Wings, Signature Chicken Sandwich, Fridays Sesame Chicken Strips and Blackened Chicken Alfredo) except for the Almond Crusted Whitefish and Jalapeño Shrimp which was really great. Our server was pretty helpful and the environ was the regular Friday's vibe- loud music and lots of chatter amongst friends, so that was cool.

I went there on a Saturday night; in which it turned out to be a busy night. The wait wasn't that long to get a table. However, the server took forever to come to us. The menu didn't have much options to choose from. The wait for the food wasn't long, which I really must give them thumbs up for. I know it was a busy night; but the server didn't check upon us. She later apologised for that, which was really good. Wasn't a bad overall experience.

The bartender was ultimately cool. He whipped me up some strong electric lemonade. He made it exactly how we wanted and like. It was smoothe and really had a buzz. Then my girl and i moved to a table on the floor and the server was super nice. She was too good we had to tip her twice, and nothing small either 👌🏾👌🏻 of course i tipped the bartender too.

I went to Fridays on a Thursday and it was awesome. Me, my wife and my 4-year-old. I haven't been there in a while so I didn't know what to expect. To start, the car park arrangement has changed, but there were visible signs to guide my entry. One noticeable flaw is the difficulty I experience with opening the door. Well, you might not experience this because the attendants are always on hand opening those giant arms for you with a smile. But I had to go back to the car, and there I met my match - almost felt embarrassed as I finally overcame the pull of the AC and the trust of the outside breeze to open the metal-framed door. So I took my seat, and whilst waiting for them to bring the menu out, realized that the menu was the printed letter-size sheet that was lying before me like a food mat. It had quite a concise menu. All the while I had on my mask, then the waitress reminded me that I can't eat with a mask on. I went soup with burger, others ordered baked chicken and ribs. The soup hit the spot as I particularly liked how the drizzled cheese melted into elastic chow-men. Whilst I could not find the ketchup for my fries, I had no worries had the dipping sauce provide was delightful. Part of the reason why I visited was that they had their own parking, plus when it's a birthday they would attempt singing and softening you with some ice cream. They did not disappoint. In fact, the singing has improved, yet it was very short.

We visited for dinner, had a brief wait for a table & was served by attentive, courteous staff. The food was nice & arrived in reasonable time, but they lost a star because the place was very noisy with all the audio from the various televisions televising sporting events. I know TGIF to be a casual dining restaurant, but this was full on sports bar mode, which created noise, but maintained the privacy of every table's conversation, so it's a give & take. They also offer an assortment of stronger beverage choices. All things considered, I'd recommend.

TGI Friday's is arguably the epicenter of young adult weekend nightlife in Kingston. It is the place to be after work on a Thursday or Friday evening... or before you head out for a night of partying. The drink of choice? Typically a Long Island Iced Tea or a Mojito... and if you're feeling for a real good night, ask for a Musgrave. The food is also not too bad either. The quesadillas are quite tasty, but sad you have to now pay extra for sour cream. The Jack Daniels Burger is very juicy and tender and packed with flavour. The Blackened Chicken Alfredo is also a favourite of mine. The Mozzarella Sticks or their Sweet Potato Fries are great for snacking before a night of drinking.

Went for an outing with family and had a good time. Customer service was on point so enjoy our time there. They are a bit pricey for what you get so if you're just wanting a quick bite not the place.

A little pricey--it's perfect for chilling with friends/groups, personally, for hubby & I, it was a bit much-a lot of loud chatter and laughter, I guess if you wanted to have a chill/quiet night out, I wouldn't pick here. But it's really busy-you can tell it's a hot spot, it's a nice atmosphere. The food was good, a bit of a wait, however, our server was polite but she was pushing for that tip, it almost felt uncomfortable. Our first visit there was good but coming back??? Maybe not...but I am happy I tried.

TGIF is for a chill spot for drinks and a bite with friends- just vibes. The Texas wings were really great as they were really small. I really enjoyed the sauce one the wings- was my favorite and it was affordable. The Blackened Chicken Alfredo, the pasta was fresh and you had to flavor it with the salt and pepper provided at the table though that did the trick and it all came together and tasted good after adding the spices- that’s a No. My friends had the Grilled Chicken/Fish and Shrimp. They did not enjoy the grilled meat as it was a bit tough however they ate most of the mashed potatoes and garlicky shrimp. Interacted with two waitresses who would need to improve upon their customer service skills. Not total horrible persons but definitely need some training and development. Vibes/ Music- yes. Food- ok. But definitely room for Improvement and I would definitely go back for the wings and some drinks.

First time back since the remodel a few years ago. Not a fan of the new decor. Had the “blackened” shrimp tacos but the shrimp was only poached? Mixed drinks are excellent value for money. Service was not the best. Sat at the bar for about 30/45mins before being asked if we were “getting through” Would go back for a cheap drink.

The food was good we got the Hangover burger and Shrimp, Chicken pasta. The drinks however had way too much lime juice for both of them (Strawberry Manago Lemonade and Electric Lemonade) and it was sweet, had a really odd taste.

Nice place to hang out with friends and enjoy good food. Music there is loud so if you are looking for a quiet place to have dinner, this is not your place. I visited on a Friday, not sure if that would have impacted the speed of service, but drinks and food took a while, so dont go there starving. Its also important to note as well that there was limited parking and we arrived a little after 6pm ,we had to park on the curb on the side of the road.

The TGI Fridays experience offers a positive and inviting atmosphere accompanied by commendable service, fostering a relaxed setting perfect for social gatherings. The staff's warmth and attentiveness contribute significantly to the overall dining experience, making guests feel valued and comfortable. However, the food, while diverse, falls short of expectations in terms of taste and value for money. Despite a decent array of options, the food quality appears average and fails to justify the relatively higher prices. While some dishes might satisfy immediate cravings, they might not leave a lasting impression due to their average quality and overpricing.

The wait for the food was way too long but the ambience was good. The waitress seemed a little anxious but this could be a one off situation. It was my birthday and I loved the song the staff sang for me. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

The experience wasn't the best, the wait time to get seated for me was roughly 40 minutes. After being sat, our server seemed to be too busy and I felt like we were being rushed. The food was good 4/5. Overall, I think that the restaurant got busier than anticipated hence the fall in customer service as I have been here before and it was a good time.

Really busy, nice atmosphere, nice to hang out and catch up with family and friends. My first visit there was good but coming back it was blah, the wait was long, waiter got an order wrong, delivered the food without napkin or fork and the Cajun shrimp was bland. I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt and say it was the influx of customers and balancing it all was a challenge.

Enjoyed the food, the drinks and the service. The ambiance was nice 👌. Went on a Wed afternoon for a cheer-up lunch. The bartender made some very tasty beverages and the chef made sure the meal was delicious. The walls of the establishment are adorned with numerous miscellaneous items to entertain and fascinate. Didn't even take any pics due to distraction enjoyment.

  • 2/5 Andre Y. 2 years ago on Google
Food lacks freshness or originality. Grilled chicken was warm, suggesting it was precooked/bought and reheated. Same thing for the sweet potato fires and basically all aspects of the meal save for the Jack Daniels sauce which they probably receive in bulk from the franchiser. Restaurant had a wet rag smell also. All in all, it was like I got re-heated store bought food at a premium price in an odd smelling restaurant. At least it didn't taste they were just barely warm

Extremely Poor service. Went there on a Sunday called ahead of time to confirm that they were open and ready for business. • 2/5 Daneille M. 3 years ago on Google
Service was good however the food was a bit on the bland side. The blackened chicken Alfredo was fresh and too soupy, the chicken tenders and "seasoned fries" was not seasoned at all and was very disappointing. The prices are too high for something that is tasteless and im rather disappointed that I left a restaurant feeling hungry.

  • 4/5 Akil B. 3 years ago on Google
Took a while to get properly served however food was great and all Covid protocols were fully observed.

  • 3/5 Michelle G. 3 years ago on Google
The staff was fine. My biggest issue was their blackened alfredo pasta, it was too watery and it was extremely fresh. Also the drink menu is somewhat limited and the electric lemonade needs a little more more too much lemon and not enough vodka. Besides that the bbq chicken was wonderful and so was the corn and the mashed potatoes.

The waiter we got messed up all our orders. She made simple errors so we kept having to send back items. When we arrived, we were struggling to scan the code for a while so we had no menu to look at. I had to practically beg them to take out the physical menu. The “seasoned fries” is rubbish. It’s just fries and there is nothing seasoned about it. In all my life, I’ve never been out to dine and given a burger without ketchup.. They gave us some honey sauce or something to that effect. (horrible) My shrimp and chicken pasta wasn’t bad.

On Friday January 12th I took both my granddaughters to dinner at around 4:30 p.m. and just a few customers were seated. I saw no one at the front to be seated and after a while she came. We sat for a good 10 minutes and saw the servers ahead just standing and chatting. I went to one young miss and ask her if someone can come and take our orders. I had to wait another 5 to 10 minutes. The only reason I didnt leave was it was one of my granddaughter birthday and she wanted to eat there I didn't want to disappoint her. A white couple came long after me and they promptly attended to them. But from my experience I wouldn't go back there to eat. The staff was acting as if I was begging food and you have to be careful that they won't spit in your food. Apart from that my girls enjoyed what they ordered. Customer service needs great improvement especially when you need locals to dine in your establishment. I was very disappointed with the service.

👍 I'll start by saying, the food is worth every dollar!!! Minus the grease. Had the steamed wantons. An acquiring taste but okay. Vegetable spring rolls were great and the mala chicken- amazing.. spices just right. Servings are large so be careful not to order too much for 1 person. Ambiance is okay (...
