    Today 27 August 2021 at around 3:45pm two security officers from King Alarm was allowed inside before everyone who stood outside in line waiting to enter the building to order their meal. I commend the cashier who advised the two security officers to wait their turn as there are several persons outside waiting outside to enter to make their order. Bless up KFC Team!!!!! After writing such a good review, I got home in Linstead I bought 9 piece chicken only with a receipt showing 2 wings, 2 ribs, 2 legs, 1 breast, and 2 thighs. When I got home only to see in the bucket 3 wings, 2 ribs, 2 legs, and 2 thighs. Seriously KFC New Kingston, I am truly disappointed with your service. First in my years of making a purchase from your New Kingston branch and will be my last. I've always used your Angels branch, never had such an experience, however we live to learn KFC New Kingston. Thank you and God be with us all. After standing outside for 1 hour before getting inside and not getting what was on my receipt. God help us when it come to Customer Service in Jamaica.

    Love mi sum KFC!! Smack in the middle of new Kingston it brings in a lot of foot traffic. Between 2-3pm during the week you can get in and out quick with a meal deal. The lobby is usually congested with customers waiting for their orders, but those girls deal wid 💯. Grab your order enjoy it upstairs looking up the boulevard. Mr Parri Jamaica

    No parking, always full especially when it lunch time for the call centre workers. Big no no. The delivery couriers take over the packers. The cashiers move slow, and so do the packers. Generally staff is full of attitude. Expect delays.

    The card machine wasn't working when I went there and I only found out after waiting in line for about 30mins before reaching the cashier. The security guards at the door weren't advising people. I had to go a short distance for the closest ATM and back. So I didn't like that much, good thing I didn't have to rejoin the line. Other than that and the pandemic turning it into takeaway only, and no drive thru service, it was ok.

    Bought a Big Deal cause I'm a big deal! Fries were piping hot like they just came out the fryer and the chicken was nice and crispy. Good customer service agents as well. Twas a good experience.

    3 stars for no drink fountain. KFC has really fallen off from the KFC I have known as a kid growing up. Their dedicated customers, such as myself, know the roots . This is a very busy location, especially on a weekend. Zinger is the first thing to run out, then coleslaw followed by a famous bowl. A revist is needed to look into their process of ordering food and the dispensation. Here is a free million dollar idea. Create a real KFC app that has the current prices, including GCT, that a customer can select the meals they want prior to entering the building or approaching the cashier. Let it give them the total and generate a QR code. When at the cashier, all the cashier has to do is scan the QR code and voilà....all the customer order populates. Too many times, I have seen customers can't make up their mines and spend forever at the cash register frustrating other persons in the line. KFC....your only challenge would be to ensure everything on the menu is available at all times. Cheeers......I work close by. 😉

    It was four of us traveling and we all wanted famous bowl along with our big deal, mixed with all three flavor chiken but our cashier told us they had no bbq, no famous bowl and no salad...........seriouly!!!. (I dont know if she did that becuase of the huge crowd waiting but) I saw others ordering at the next cashier's an got bbq, as a matter I saw a whole tray of bbq chicken been served from but we were denied..........If we have to wait some time for it just tell us, we would have waited....this is a very poor way to deal with clients by killing there freedom of choice (they're lucky we werent so familair with the area as we would just cancel everything and go elsewhere to eat).

    While jamaican KFC is always good..its either hit or miss at this location. Expect to be on the line for a hour,and then have to deal with harsh unpleasant customer service.2 packets of ketchup maximum

    In my opinion, the service needs to improve, the servers have too much attitude to be serving the public. Without customers there's business. Without good customer service the food can never taste delicious..

    My visit wasnt so good when I was there they didnt have what I initially wanted which was a famous bowl and barbecue zinger. They had the original but no lettuce to go with it and there was no ice to go in the drinks.. the overall experience itself was a 2/5 stars. They were pretty fast howevee to give out the orders on this day

    Typical KFC restaurant; most time there is an extended wait because of a loooong line🙄 Be sure to go off peak hours; late evening or early morning is your best bet. My go to is spicy wings hhhhmmm hhhhmmm so good!

    Time 530 pm date 28/07/2023 The cashier was very disrespectful after placing my order which they have none of my 3 selection . Then when question are asked she start getting attitude grabbing up recipt off the counter talking about what happen to these people she want go do her hair. Very unprofessional she need to be in the back not attending to customers. And this is where i rest my case.

    I got to this establishment soon after their posted hours of opening of 10 a.m.. I waited there until 10:15 a.m. when I left. The employees sat inside eating and not doing much else. The security guard opened the door to let an employee in and I asked when they would let us in. He told me they were not ready to open and he had no idea when they would be ready. Awful customer service do not bother with this establishment. Go to another KFC or Burger King one block away.

    First the worst kfc ever tasted in ja and secondly the staff was too busy arguing with each other talking their disagreement out in front of everyone and third the security was too busy chatting he did not see me coming out with both hands full and the Customer before let go of the door and it almost broke my arm . Will not visit that KFC ever again

    Service was very slow. There was a point where for between 5-10mins there was no cashier. I later learnt that this was because the designated cashier for that time was not feeling well enough to carry out her duties. I recall her saying that she had a runny nose. Instead of filling in as cashier himself or having someone else take over cashier's duties the supervisor was trying to force the ill cashier to man the cash register. I think it was irresponsible of the supervisor to force someone who is not well to work especially in times like these with a global pandemic.

    I visited the KFC location at Angel's Plaza, Spanish Town. I was verbally abused by the person taking the order Jay Johnson (name given to me by the supervisor on shift Miss Brown). Mr Johnson was asked to assist with the movement of traffic in the drive tru but was providing negative comments stating "weh me fi send it inna yu mouth?" He further explained "me no serve batman" and refused to take our order. He advised the team on the inside that he did not take the order and this was done through the intercom.

    One big woman in there she really fast and she fair. I ordered 2 large friends for my friends and the lady around the back share it small it looked no different than a regular fries. Then she see it and say " be fair and give the lady what she should get you eat a lot more than that on a daily" 🤣🤣

    I don't usually write bad reviews, but I had to... I went there to purchase a two piece chicken; I only eat the Drumstick, so I asked if I can get 2 drumsticks and they said no. I was willing to settle with one leg, but then the lady told me that I can't get any leg, only thigh and wing or rib and thigh. I was so upset that I just walked out and went to buy some jerk chicken. I don't understand why it was so difficult to accommodate my request. I will not support KFC for the remainder of my trip.

    Never witnessed a set of workers who are so miserable and love to argue. While taking my order the cashier literally left while I was speaking and went to argue with some other worker and then had the nerve to be angry at me when I told her she not only forgot to cash something but also got a section of the order wrong.

    Honestly one of the worst KFC's in Kingston. Most times, the place is understaffed so just placing your order takes forever. Other times, especially after a certain time, they don't have what you want. The food is ok, just expect the worst when you get there. Maybe you won't be disappointed.

    The staff is efficient in its customer service delivery. They were extremely fast. In chicken, they only had Spicy Chicken as an option. For drink, only 2 flavors. The ambiance is still reflecting pandemic with no where to sit.

    I went in to try as I was told its better here. I was majorly disappointed. I order q 3 piece qnd asked for Dark Meat the lady said ok but gave me an over cooked breast, Wing and a leg. I also asked for extra Crispy qnd got original recipe. To top it off when I asked for the drink the person said sorry your only choice is Pepsi or fruit punch. It was the worst experience I ever had at a KFC

    To my surprise my order was taking quickly after I entered the building and in no time I was on my way out the door. (Although is was in a line prior, but this got to be one of the fastest I have been served since COVID-19). Customer was good, food was good.

    This staff here needs to be trained. Their behavior is atrocious. It's almost like you're begging and not paying for your food. The kfc policy on the island with regards to what pieces of chicken can be served with each meal is also ridiculous. For example, you can not get a leg and thigh combo when ordering a 2-piece meal. For heavens' sake, you can get that at a jerk restaurant across the island! The saving grace, though, is that after you suffer through the long lines, the poor staff treatment, the chicken when hot is delicous.
