Centrally located in Kingston for quick access. Well presented meals and courteous staff. I enjoyed the ambiance and decent tasting food.

I went to Cove on a Saturday night for the event they have. I had a lot of fun. My only complaint is that there weren't enough servers working

Outdoor seating. real live jerk cooking. The smell of the jerk meets you at the entrance. Dj set up in the back that turns the place into a club after dinning hours. Large cubicle seating areas for large groups. Nice atmosphere and great food. Service can be improved like everywhere else in Jamaica

The jerk chicken tacos were great. The chicken was seasoned well and the sauce took it over the top. The hard taco shell is the fried soft taco shell. Nice twist compared to the regular tortilla chip consistency ones from elsewhere.

Went for a Halloween party. It was good and the decor was inviting. My only peeve was being asked to pay for VIP and the. They let everyone into the area. This resulted in slow service and a crowded deck. Imagine your drinks finish and you had to hunt the waitress serving the area

Good fried chicken

While in Jamaica , the weekend of October 12th, 2019 , my wife and I , were invited by my brother for an evening out of casual dining. The Cove was the location chosen due to our familiarity with it , and we were not disappointed. The ambiance was quite appealing, as it seems as if the intent of the operators, is to attract the over thirty crowd , with a view in mind of couples and small groups of 3 - 6 persons. We all had fish, "Eescovitch" and brown stew. Our servings were humongous , it took us at least thirty minutes to complete what proved to be quite delectable and exciting to the palate. Our side orders of festival and "Bammy" were so soft and delicious it made me question the need to return to Hellshire. Last, but certainly not least , our server Orlando was the consummate host. There was no request that he could not handle, as he was not only both gracious and humble , but very accommodating. This is a spot that I will make every effort to return to on my next rip to Jamaica.

Food was good. Service could've been better but there's potential. Had the chicken tacos and deep fried Oreos.

It is a pretty chill place. Decent ambience. For those who enjoy socialize, it is a great place to do so, board games available. I definitely recommend the tacos... Not the nachos though, those are swimming in salt. Totally enjoyed my passion fruit daiquiri! 😍😍😍

Definitely the most amazing vibe when you’re looking for date night under the stars. The staff and owner Tara made the evening perfect with the service and attention we received. The food, music and lively atmosphere was all on point for us.

Nice place to relax and enjoy good times

I haven't eaten here in over a year as I was away in Texas, but something is now very wrong with this place. Customer service is through the floor. Twice I've been met with grumpy attitude from the staff. Today, someone who I suspect was the owner/manager didn't know that her menu had BB fried chicken (which is barbi fried chicken) and with attitude asked me my order again as if she's hard of hearing. She then said barbi-fried is not on the menu. I turned to another staff member and asked what does the BB in BB friend mean? Clearly this was a new item I'm not familiar with! She said barbicue. Was all that attitude necessary? Was it because I'm not in my usual jacket and tie and I was dressed like a tradesman? Was it because I had no mask? As someone involved in sales/service business it pains my heart when I'm met with the very same thing I'm teaching my staff against. Tara, don't judge a book by the cover. Regardless, the same service should be given to whomever enters your establishment. By the way, I lost my appetite. Cancelled the order and decided to go eat where I'm welcomed.

I actually haven't been to The Cove in a while. I decided I'd swing by today so I called to find out what's on the menu. You would think that the guy recognizes my number as one he's seen calling his girl from time to time. I dunno what the attitude was for but he was very short tempered and passive aggressive. An establishment is only as good as it's customer service.

Awesome food. Bbf chicken is to die for. Best fry fish.

Enterd the place and no one came to us to say anything...they all were on the phone and we didn't even know were to sir as the place was not in order. We just turned around and leave and even when we were leaving no one said anything to us...very poor service if you ask me.

The food overall isn't bad, the service however is terrible. They never have change which I am beginning to beleive is a tactic to get rounded figures. The cashier is also taking over the phone orders which slows up the process in the physical location. Kitchen staff is always bickering and not paying attention. The owner needs to invest in another cashier or at least train the staff to be more considerate of its customers
