haven't
eaten
here
in
over
a
year
as
I
was
away
in
Texas,
but
something
is
now
very
wrong
with
this
place.
Customer
service
is
through
the
floor.
Twice
I've
been
met
with
grumpy
attitude
from
the
staff.
Today,
someone
who
I
suspect
was
the
owner/manager
didn't
know
that
her
menu
had
BB
fried
chicken
(which
is
barbi
fried
chicken)
and
with
attitude
asked
me
my
order
again
as
if
she's
hard
of
hearing.
She
then
said
barbi-fried
is
not
on
the
menu.
I
turned
to
another
staff
member
and
asked
what
does
the
BB
in
BB
friend
mean?
Clearly
this
was
a
new
item
I'm
not
familiar
with!
She
said
barbicue.
Was
all
that
attitude
necessary?
Was
it
because
I'm
not
in
my
usual
jacket
and
tie
and
I
was
dressed
like
a
tradesman?
Was
it
because
I
had
no
mask?
As
someone
involved
in
sales/service
business
it
pains
my
heart
when
I'm
met
with
the
very
same
thing
I'm
teaching
my
staff
against.
Tara,
don't
judge
a
book
by
the
cover.
Regardless,
the
same
service
should
be
given
to
whomever
enters
your
establishment.
By
the
way,
I
lost
my
appetite.
Cancelled
the
order
and
decided
to
go
eat
where
I'm
welcomed.
