Long lines, slow service on the inside. You do get your exact order. However, the meat was a little under done but edible. I would say not great experience but in a lot cases that is how the restaurant business can be when the customer traffic is extremely high.

The drive thru was very efficient An dedication work takes your order on foot. With little to no wait time. you just pay at the cashier and get your pre ordered food. Love the implicated method.

Drive thru moves faster than crossroads KFC. Only challenge is the entrance from the main road onto the plaza to join the drive thru line. Be sure to check your order also when going through the drove thru.

The spot was crowded and messy when i visited. Staff seemed angry as several arguments with customers were happening. Service was poor and the food was a waste of money. The wings were hot though so that might be the only good thing fro my experienc.

The staff was slow inefficient and grumpy I will not be buy from them again. Maybe another KFC in the future if I go in and it's empty but KFC dies not do fast food. By the time u get my meal I was so tried and stressed out to eat and enjoy it. It was not a good experience for me.

I went there after 11 pm so you can imagine the crowd. I got through quickly considering the crowd. The staff worked efficiently. Big up the cashier who double as same and calling out the numbers of the orders that were ready. Dem worked well under pressure. The food sell off!!

The staff was reasonable and that says a lot coming from a commercial Jamaican fast food chain like KFC…most locations have some of the worst customer service ever. But they were trying here, I think they are overworked and understaffed. They can’t keep up with the demand of this location..it’s always busy !

Go at 7:10 pm its always empty inside (not drive through) at this time and ready to serve … excluding the short brown cashier, who’s full of attitude ( prolly having a bad year) I’ve consistently been delighted by their efficiency ,food is good and place is clean! Person serving food are over worked but pleasant and courteous

This KFC only has chicken must of the time, and not all flavors, mostly original chicken.

In regards to the food, it was what you would expect from KFC. The service was very quick, I'm not sure if this was due to the hour I went there.

Typical KFC restaurant; there's always a line inside and at the drive through and they're often out of my go to....Hot Wings🙄 This location is ALWAYS busy so be prepared to wait. It's KFC though well worth it. I do not dine.

They are clearly understaffed. Even on a Sunday, you have to be waiting 15-20 mintues in line. The only positive is that once you leave the cashier, you won't spend that long a time to wait. My suggestion to them is to better allocate there most important resource: people. Have both cashiers up and running rather than one, and that will greatly improve the customer experience. Regarding the atmosphere, it leaves much to be desired as it's clear to see the building is going through a renovation during working hours. So the look won't be the best.

Fair customer service. Food inconsistent. Newly renovated. The wait time can be longer than necessary. Fortunately you can order via whatsapp then pick up

Only ever had poor service here and that was on May 29, 2022. Cashier that dealt with my order argued with me about the order that I placed when I advised her she got it wrong. When she recashed it, she removed the sided ordered and and gave me back the change, I collected my orders and left. I didn't realize I didn't receive all my money back until I got in the car. I was so upset I didn't even bother to go back and get the rest of my money. I hope this never happens again...😒

I hadn't had KFC in a while, so needless to say, I was excited. However, the food was mediocre. The fry's were soggy, and the chicken just was not what I expected.

The longest wait ever, never again. If you are stopping at this location make sure you're not hungry. The way how I was hungry I didn't even remember to take a picture.

Good food if you're a fast food person who dont mind a lot of grease and salt but with one of the worst customer service you can find . The customer service especially at the drive through is always terrible on any given day.

Service was poor today made my order and did not get it as I wanted even after I brought it to there attention they just pretend as if they corrected it. Don't know what is happening with these fast food place but the worker behavior is really poor and they act like they are being forced to work at these places these days

I used the drive through and it was slower than I remember the drive through being. Regardless, the meal tasted as it should and the server was decent. No issues with my order.

The most distasteful experience I have had on numerous occasions....... I stop there at 6pm every weekend and they are always out of multiple food, very poor management. I will never go back there

Of course good chicken its KFC but staff unprofessional. Loud and laughing yelling across each other. Cashier messed up many orders and 1 patron had to return after he had driven away as his order was wrong. Otherwise ok

The service offered at this location is fast and efficient if you need to just get something and go. It also offers an area, where you can just bill a vibes with friends or family and enjoy you KFC 🍗. 😉 😊 😀.

Since lastly KFC losing its quality, my daughter crazy about they're food. Now she showing me not finish cook meat and asked to go to another KFC.

Excellent customer service. Clean surrounding inside out and the food on the menu was well prepared and tastes great.

Something always tend to finish here whether it be bbq zinger, or coleslaw. Come on. My last visit someone got a sandwich without lettuce. She was not informed of that before purchase. I mean it would have been best to say a condiment is out before preparing her meal. The wait time is bearable sometimes but idk. I'll say 6/10

Apart from the ability to dine in, Springs has always been my favorite branch to get the world famous chicken. It just tastes so much more different than the others.
