    The customer service is speedy, The staff is warm and welcoming and the burgers taste great, especially they're breakfast sandwiches. The only issue is sometimes during rush hour for example lunch time, getting the food can take a while, but the staff make sure to keep you up to date on your male.

    My experience tonight was a terrible one, we encountered a very rude female server at the drive through. This server should be re trained again before working as frontline staff.

    "We only have 7, 8, 9 and 12. Go large only" at 4 AM in the morning. I almost called the police. It took us almost 30 mins from order to pick up. My sandwich was cold and dry. Not so warm fries. No apple pie.

    The drive thru was moving slow. When I got to the intercom, I waited for some time for someone to say something even with me saying good morning. A guy came on and asked for my order which I gave him. He then disappeared for another two minutes without saying anything and me saying hello. I suspected he probably couldn't multitask with collecting the cash at the first window. He eventually came back on and asked for my order again. Getting closer to the window, I saw two people ON FOOT at the window placing orders (see pics). I know that they do this a lot at the other location further down the road by the bus terminal. I might as well do this when inside is full and I can get through much faster this way (I don't eat junk food often, but if I did, I probably would lol jk) When I got up to the window, the supervisor was close by so I asked the cashier if that was the supervisor to which he said yes, so I asked to speak with her (Ms/Mrs. Simpson). I said good morning to which she said said one second (no acknowledgement of my good morning), and she began to help him void something off my bill (I had asked for coffee twice and he kept saying chocolate, so he had to get it changed). When she was finished assisting him, she turned to me and I said good morning again. She just nodded. I repeated once more and then she eventually said it (we Jamaicans don't seem to like to say good morning/afternoon /evening for whatever reason, especially in the service ind ). I asked her about the "walk thrus" and she claimed inside wasn't open as yet (this was after 9:00am). I addressed her tone (as we say, she was talking "strong") and her response was "that's just my personality", to which I said okay and drove down to the next window. God bless Oshaney who was very pleasant (it's unfortunate that we find good service refreshing because it's not often). He was the only saving grace for not giving this place 1 star. The food was mediocre and they ran out of straws for the cups, so that didn't help while driving. Don't think I'll be returning. Highly Don't recommend.

    Burger King is very consistent everywhere when it comes down to the food. However, this location has an issue with attention to detail. I have been throughout the drive through twice, and on both occasions, they have given me fries instead of the onion rings I ordered and failed to cut my sandwich in half. So far, the Knutsford Boulevard location is the best when it comes to attention to detail. Here is my normal order. Big Fish Deluxe Add Pineapple Add Bacon Cut in half Orange Juice instead of Soda Onion Rings instead of Fries. Order complete.

    Food was on par for normal BK settings. The drive through attendant was the rudest most atrocious individual working in Jamaica’s service industry, thank God there was a supervisor on shift who made the experience end pleasantly.

    Generally burger king is quite good however standards are not being maintained across locations. This one leaked (water fell from the ceiling in diiferent places), floors were dirty and more attention was given to drive thu which results in loneger wait times for those inside the store. Milk shake machine needed fixing. Overal this facility needs repairs. Staff made an effort but more training is needed.

    Did drive through Constant Spring. Burger okay, fries hardly salted and for the umpteenth time ni MILKSHAKE. waited on that portion of the order only to be told the machine broke down. Normally this location real good, but not that and a few other visits since then 😭😭

    Very professional staff and manager. A customer was upset because he couldn't get served after the location was closed, the drive tru glass surely got the blunt of his anger. With all of that, the staff stayed calm n softly informed the customer that they were close. Like the fact that the manager is thinking of opening 24 hours whenever there is an event keeping nearby. Surprisingly, the drive tru was quick....👍

    My order was mixed up I had ordered a king sweet fest I told the cashier NO 🧀 CHEESE low and behold driving and took a sandwich start eating I realized it was a cheese 🍔 I was so hungry I put that aside and went for the chicken sandwich 🥪 take a bit there was cheese 🧀 in that also. Went back to the outlet spoke to a supervisor she asked if I wanted her to pack my order over I said no can't do that again. So I sat there for a while a manager came and apologize and said she would refund my money by this I started react to the cheese because I am allergies to dairy products. Head aches hitching all over . All she did was on a piece of paper took my name and phone number.still have not get a call from anyone yet. My hands and feet also my face is swollen and hitching.this is not good Burger King.

    The food is very well done oh, there's a c proper ventilation somewhere to sit down and dine in. However the line is usually very long because it is packed and it takes a while to receive your order. The decor is beautiful and the persons working there are so nice I would say 5 out of 10 simply because I can't really find something particularly wrong other than the bathroom needing a little bit of renovating but that's it.

    Disappointed because I had to wait through the entire duration of the drive thru line to be told the card machine is down. They could have installed signage indicating same, close to the entrance to avoid the waste of time and gas. The rating given above is based on consistency in taste of the food from prior visits, their brand awareness and meal options.

    This is just my personal view & is only from the drive thru POV so don't hold me to it. I just dislike the service at this BK, they never seem to have what I want and they're extremely slow so I only go there if I really have to.

    I waited nearly one hour to get the means for my staff after making the order, in addtion there were people there waiting long ago before us. When the question was asked the reason for such long wait the supervisor did not answer, instead it was a junior staff who informed us that they were short staff.

    This branch is one of two in the hub of the HWT shopping area. Visited at mid-day on a Saturday which seems to be a peak time. There was a bit of waiting (15-20mins). Overall the meal experience was good. There are spaces both inside and outside for sitting and eating.

    It's my second visit here and I've come to the conclusion that they serve in my opinion the Burgers served here need a good quality food expert to visit this location because it's not Burger King standard serve here. I'm very disappointed for the second time around.

👍👍 I come here maybe once every 3 months for lunch and it’s always a great experience. The food is really good and I love the ambiance. There’s a pool right in the centre with cascading water. If you find water relaxing it will be a plus for you.
