Food was OK on my last visit, my problem with pepperwood is that they keep selling me expired sodas. I thought after the first time when I saw them empty the fridge when it was discovered all the coca cola product in their fridge was expired that they would ensure that this wouldn't happen again. However on my return a week and a half later, I was again given an expired soda. That is unacceptable. It begs the question what else are they selling to customers or using that may be expired.

Poor Service: The wait for the chicken was a little over 1 hour without prior notice from cashier. Not Value For Money: Quantity of food not value for price. Rest Room not accommodating for kids. Urinals not low enough for small kids, likewise Air Blower. Soap container was a little make shift bottle. Soups was good and Chicken taste wasn’t too bad. Unhappy with Service Overall!!!!😏🤦🏾‍♂️😡

The food is excellent, the wait is acceptable to get served. Menu has more than enough options. The property is like an oasis in a concrete dessert. The restaurant could benefit from some background music or love music...

I didn't enjoy the food

Nice experience. I took my two daughters and grand daughter there. The food was good. The chicken and pork was well done. The ambulance provide a very welcoming space for dining alone or with friends. I will definitely be returning, recommended.

Great place to eat. The jerk chicken, pork and sausages are great. I personally enjoyed the food and flavour without the additional pepper sauce. Always have me going back for more. Awesome place and wonderful customer service. Wait is bearable.

Food seemed undercooked, cold and lacked any smokey jerk flavor. The yam was dense and barely roasted. When brought to the attention of staff, response was: "that's how its supposed to be". Expensive for not much food. The copperwood rotisserie jerk pork at the supermarket far better.

Parking is a bit tight but the pork is good.

The food here taste good, but what I really like is the gazebo's because there situated under trees which makes it very cool and relaxing plus the music that plays at the bar really sets the tone amazing chill spot for families

Very nice rustic place, jerk chicken and pork are excellent! It has a nice bar and reasonable prices. The best of all, it has a lot of trees (forest like) and feels like an escape from the hustle and bustle that is actually outside. If you want a private experience, this is probably the best place n Kingston.

Ummm... I bought their pork for the first time 2 days ago and it wasn’t really all that good. It was nicely seasoned but it was wayyy too fatty and oily. Oil was literally seeping through the paper bag. I wouldn’t purchase from here again.

Always nice to have a Jamaican food hangout spot, here is just that. May not come with open space and fully entertainment as desired. Food is tasty and that is what matters. The area can be more accommodating to the type of food 🍲 prepared. With more business more ideas will be fulfilled. Not a really busy eat spot.

The food was tasty enough... but the rack of ribs, for being the most expensive item, was very disappointing. For the most part it was just scraps of very fatty rib meat and inedible cartilage. Fine to sell it, but don’t call it a rack and charge much less.
