Always pleasant stopping here for a burger. Its a really small store. The staff is friendly and i got through pretty fast. It was early in the morning when i visited so not a lot of crowd enjoyed the burger

This is my favorite fast food restaurant. So when I dont get great service i feel bad. There was no creamer for the coffee so I had to have it black 😥, my hashbrowns was served to me cold, the ham and cheese sandwich is salty and Its first time I'm trying ham and cheese i did not know it's a cold breakfast 😔😔. I was not satisfied this morning. Also everyone is actually going cashless so please have your card machine working all time. However, clean and spacious restaurant, friendly staffs and they trying to serve as quickly as they can. Ps: The AC too COLD in the lobby...the coffee get cold before I could finish drinking..🥶🥶🥶 The AC is still too cold..

Dropped by here to get lunch. The space for dining on the inside is very small, however, there is an additional dining area on the outside if you prefer outdoor dining. The wait time was average (not too long). I had actually stopped at neighbouring food establishments but the lines were very long. At one place the line extended on the outside, so I decided to go here. I was able to get lunch, eat and drive back to destination with a few minutes to spare.

Small service area and very little space for indoor dining. If you want to grab food quickly and be on your way, then it's ok. Do not plan on dining there.

We got a parking space when we went there in the night. Burger King is normally full but the lines move quickly so it's not a big problem. If you park outside, it is important to check your vehicle often because people might interfere with it.

What you expect from Burger King. Food is normal, however, be aware that almost every month for large stretches of time each month their POS machines do not work so you will need cash. Always be prepared with cash or check with the guard before entering to make sure it works.

The fastest Burger King, I have visited. Food is done correctly, and the staff are good. I haven't had a bad experience there yet.

My only disappointment was the wst time.....only one server upfront so it was very difficult for her to maneuver serving plus pouring drink too. Otherwise, the experience was excellent and the environment clean as always!

Got there for morning breakfast, and the grill was not yet turned on.. the cashier was nonchalant about it and shrugged when asked how long the wait time was! Went down the road to HWT and successfully the veggie burger I was trying to get.

Visited a few times but I think the customer service needs to work on a lot. This is a very sore point in Jamaica which can be better

Cross Road burger king not a long wait time at all. One cashier most times but the place not so big compare to kfc with a big space and still one cashier.

Somehow, the regular BK menu , from this location, becomes the extraordinary! Done with love and care and everything is always freshly prepared ... TOTALLY DELICIOUS!

I really want to ask this company, how many persons use mayonnaise in their meals? When they advertise the products seems so nice, so mouth watering however, bought a sandwich on Sunday bwoy oh boy! Burger King, it wasn't good at all! The chicken tasted burn with some junk lettuce plasa plasa in mayonnaise. It wasn't good at all. I was really hungry but I just couldn't finish it. It is not every body use mayonnaise!

Service was great and speed didn't have to wait too long and food was great American chicken sandwich with grape soda👍

I ordered an original chicken sandwich combo with a cup of coffee, unfortunately when I got to my destination and proceeded to have my meal I realise ONLY WATER was served. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me and there is no way of going back to the location to rectify hence I stand to lose my money. Tried calling to lodge my complaint but the number 929-7997 is not working. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE BK

There's normally a long line in the drive through, however, inside is normally vacant. Got served quickly and was on my way. Dining area and restroom available.

The roof leaks terribly when it rains. Customers were getting wet inside this Burger King. There were pools of water on the floor in front of the cashier.

Mi love my 🍔I just have one bad experience here..where I ordered a fried apple pie..they had just one leave and it was damaged..and they decided to fry it and give me. all the apple leaked out while frying leaving crust and it got badly burnt..and they still choose to sell it to me😤.. knowing how I am about food..I drove back there for a refund.😤no one apologized..

They accepted my Wells Fargo debit card I was grateful. The food was ontime even though the store was ram packed. And the order was correct 👌 that's a plus in my book

Asked for fresh fries (after the order was complete). While everyone was waiting, here comes a new trainee, with the fully loaded salt bottle. Then had the audacity to say it was written on the receipt! (It wasn't but everyone else was aware and was waiting). Other than that... it was ok. Nothing overly spectacular stood out.

This is the only Burger King with a short line because it's very small... Didn't take long to cash, however, rather than communicate that what I ordered was being prepared or out, I had to stand and watch employees chit-chatting behind the counter... only to observe the fries station was empty... no one needs to wait on fries for over 15 minutes The guy serving the fries piled on serving the fries to others then barely put any in my serving... I was too tired to say anything
