Ambiance and setting was very fitting. Went to chill with my friend for a drink. Ended up ordering their pasta which is really good, chef’s kiss 😘. Customer service was on point and personable. Place was also very well kept. Solid 8/10. Male Bartenders in the lounge A1 service, forgot the names.

I hosted my cousins birthday there. I requested the room be decorated etc. it was lovely and there was even cake. I had a lovely experience. The staff was friendly and very helpful, the ambiance was nice and the grounds were clean and modern. My stay was excellent. 10/10 would recommend.

I really enjoyed my welcome I missed my original flight which caused me to get to the house late the property manager and the lady Mrs.Marva was so great. Clean house AC cable and that was needed felt like home.i will be back in October for sure I will be booking my room here again peaceful was the greatest.

The rooms was clean and the grounds were well kept. The staff was friendly but the food for breakfast was awful. It was stale and was changed to two other options but those was also bad. We ended up having fruits instead.

I was pretty much amazed, there service exceeded my expectation. We ordered and thought our waiting time for the food would be at least 30 minutes but we were served less than 10... . It's now one of my favorite place , I got engaged there... the music, the food and the customer service is awesome

The room was nice, but the food service was horrible. A quick example is one of us ordered an alcoholic beverage and asked for less ice, since the first drink was mostly ice. The glass was 2/3 and they refused to fill the glass up. The supervisor actually came out and refused to fill the glass up. We actually canceled our 2 night stay and spent the second night at Terra Nova hotel instead.

I only go here for the Starbucks or to have lunch or an after work drink. I always have a good time here. The staff is efficient and courteous. The food is nice. A bit pricey but good. The music is good also. I will definitely be coming back and bringing friends.

Loved every minute of my stay! The lobby is amazing. Easy access to Starbucks. The room is so comfortable and spacious. Enjoyed the view of the mountains from the balcony. The staff are all friendly and helpful.

Absolutely love my experience there. The staff members were very friendly and paid attention to our needs. The table time was great, the food was great. We got the BBQ Pork Chops and the Chicken pasta. The pork was so tender and juicy and the flavour was great. The pasta was a hit with my guest too. Drinks are always a plus and I was not disappointed when I asked for my drinks to be served with only 2 cubes of ice (usually Bartenders would mess this up). Thanks for having us and I will definitely be back.

Always a pleasure to stay here. My family & I stay here almost every year since its opening and the staff is excellent and pleasant. I must shout out our favorite server Devour but apologies if I misspell the name but he is always on point every single time and is so very helpful. He doesnt wait until we ask if we need help with or needs something, he just knows and consistently check on us if we are enjoying the service. Amazing staff!

I went with my friend for dining on my birthday. We were like 5 hours late and after arriving they went above and beyond to get us a space on the inside at around 1am. Everyone was polite, space was clean and beautiful. Everything looks so luxurious from you enter from outside omg. I must say the food was amazing purrrrrrrtt👍 My friends and I enjoy every moment here. I recommend so many to try the restaurant it’s the best I’ve been. Will come again.

So I had a training here for 10 days. The facility is really nice for that kinda stuff. Training Rooms where super comfy, we had no issues with connection for the most part and the staff replenished our coffee and such reasonably well. The rest rooms were clean and well kept. I just like the general ambience of the place. The fact they have a Starbucks on site is also great. The only downside sometimes there is a little issue with parking and you gotta go to the top but there is an elevator so...

Nice hotel. They've really done a good job. Staff is quite good as well. As an older person though, I did notice the lack of older persons on staff. Please fix. No age discrimination please. The breakfast was a bit blah. I expected more local items. Seems like a lot of items were imported. Please support the local farmers more. Have typical Jamaican breakfast. The place was very clean and we'll designed. On Friday the Lobby was quite a party atmosphere, that noise did not make it upstairs thankfully.

Checked in on 19/09/23, and I was a little early, so I had to wait. I decided to get a service done, so I requested a taxi by the security. Security guard was taking to some guy in a car which wasn't a taxi. However, he conveniently placed me in the car. It took literally 45 seconds to get to the place, I was stocked at how close it was. The supposed to be taxi guy took $20.00 for the ride without giving me any change. It took me less than 5 minutes to walk back to the hotel and voiced my displeasure. Firstly, I was overcharged. Secondly, my security was compromised by being I'm a taxi not designated by the hotel. Hotel management hasn't gotten back to me as yet. 20/09/23 After my post and waiting for over 4 hrs I finally got a call from management. Management response was to undermine my security by telling me that the taxi driver is registered and for driving for 45 seconds in the taxi at a fee of $20.00 US wasn't exorbitant. The security manager was highly undertrained and acting in a capacity that he wasn't qualified for. Accepted the fact that protocol wasn't followed, but the most disturbing part of this is that the security manager didn't have a timeline or looked at the camera before engaging with me. I was later insulted by $20.00 offer. This hotel totally missed the point, but more importantly, the management representation was very poor.

My husband and I stayed here in Dec 2023 we were checked in by Bruce he was very friendly he gave us a room with a nice view to help us celebrate our anniversary. Great customer service we had welcome cocktails which was very refreshing everyone we came in contact was very friendly from housekeeping to the poolside bar to the lounge . The place is immaculately kept. The food was tasty as well my only recommendations was for a hotel in Jamaica for breakfast there was no peppermint tea or ginger tea which should be a staple in our beautiful island my recommendations Grace productions would go great with the wonderful breakfast selections. Overall would stay again great location and ample parking. I felt very safe staying here as elevators need room key to access room floorsKudos Ac hotel!

The hotel was beautiful and the decor was great, but the service was horrible. Had someone enter my room at 7:45 am and when they saw me laying there, the lady asked if I was checking out, I said yes later today. I didn’t know staff were allowed to enter your room at all and , that early. When I checked in, I asked for late checkout at 2 pm, because my flight left at 7pm, had three separate individuals knock me up asking if I am checking out . I had to leave the room at 1:30, it was too much. I was on the younger side and I noticed I was not treated with the same respect as the other guest. A family member had recommended the hotel, I told her what happened, she called and was told by the manager she would call and speak with me, never got any call. I am back in the US now, and I am so disappointed with how I was treated. First time at this hotel. I must admit, I have stayed at many hotels in Jamaica, never had a experience like this. Will not spend my money to be treated like this. . Love Jamaica but , I won’t be staying here again in the future.

AC Lounge is a nice place to get a good meal and be comfortable while social distancing. Lovely neutral decor, inside and outside dining, menu changes by time of day and is revised regularly. The food is great and well priced, portions are generous. I wholeheartedly recommend.

This hotel can do and be so much more. 1star because you guys don’t offer room service. Why not attach guest services to take care of your clientele need, such as breakfast - lunch & dinner. Why such a beautiful hotel. But guest has to leave the room for the basics. I met German / American & Brits that could not make sense of the lack of the simple comforts. I saw 20/30 staff daily so guest service is and should be a easy addition. You can take a holding deposit & allow guest to use a code numbers for order or services attach to rooms.

Had to wait an hour to be served as a staying guest, had to complain to the second manager to have a server visit me as they were too busy serving the bar area only. My room was lovely and had a pleasant weekend. Only the service in the lounge needs adjustment and didnt see a bell hop to assist with my luggage as I had my baby.

Beautiful, modern, spotless hotel in the heart of Kinston Jamaica. The security detail for the hotel is on point. The food at the restaurant is prepared from fresh local ingredients and taste phenomenal; be sure to get that jamaican breakfast. The front desk staff members are friendly and helpful-see Brucelee- for best service. I check in on my birthday- the front desk staff sent a signed birthday card with two bottles of wine and rum cake to my room. That was very thoughtful. Its very convinient that you can check in from the Marriott Bonvoy app and view you bill on the TV in your room. It was also conventional that the Covid test was offered on the property, that made return travel a breeze. My stay was enjoyably and I will return.

I recently had a stay at the AC Hotel in Kingston, Jamaica. I was really impressed with the high level of customer service that I received from all the staff. Most notably, I would like to highlight a very excellent customer service experience that I received from Jermey who works in the kitchen. Jermey went over and beyond to help me one evening with a meal when I was not feeling well. This really stood out to me and I was touched by his kindness and his commitment to making sure my needs were met. I also noticed that this high level of service was consistent with all the other staff members I interacted with at the hotel. Remember, when in doubt, please be kind and I want to thank Jermey for demonstrating this. Thank you to the AC Marriott staff in Kingston, Jamaica for being committed to kindness and excellent customer service towards me as a guest. It made my stay.

A seemingly open and trendy spot for both locals and tourists. The architectural features are bold and modern, it’s a refreshing atmosphere. The service and reception is seemingly welcoming, but more to the uptown, exclusive membership settings. I guess to protect the status and reputation of the environment. It offers a good back drop for social media photographers and a delightful background for videos. Starbucks is on the premises and present a option for curious onlookers. The premises also host the Alt BMW showroom which also adds to the exclusive nature of the space… luxury and beauty are hallmark features… lobby area is suitable for a quiet lounge or a study encounter. Pool offers more dimension and a scenic appeal.

I have stayed at this luxurious hotel three or more times on my visit home to Jamaica and every time is always A thrill! I have to highlight Bruce Lee he is exceptional, costumer service is A-1. I recommend this establishment for anyone visiting Kingston whether for A quick trip or A long term stay. As A fellow Marriot manager I believe in our motto, "where we take care of our associates and in return they will take care of the customers." This hotel stands firm on the pillar of these words. Lovely place. Only downside is the resturaunt on site is expensive and when I asked for the front desk to call me a taxi, they did not call a legit place. The guy asked for $20 USD for a 9 min drive before he even arrived, I'm sure they told them I was a "foreigner." None of them even thought to mention to me that there was a Uber in JA (where it was less that $5 USD for the same location). That was upsetting.

This is my absolute favorite hotel of all the Marriott branches. The staff, the location, the VIEW, and the VIBES. As soon as you walk into the hotel you feel the energy. I loved my stay so much here, I’m already booked to return this year and may even add another visit before the year ends.

My husband and I stay at the AC Hotel was great. we love the pool area with the private cabanas it was never to crowded. The food was not to our liking so we went off site to eat every evening/night, but did enjoyed a nice evening drink by the pool area which was our favorite spot. FYI the European style room is very small but was lucky to get another room when ask for the change which had a great view and space. overall it was great vibes, you just have to create your own vibe and fun times with the person you're with no matter where you stay! enjoy!

The lounge section of AC Hotel is what was visited. The atmosphere was pretty exciting- amazing music selection and people vibing in their groups. The servers did their rounds, continually checking to see if persons were okay etc. Their alcoholic drinks menu was impressive but the drinks that we had did not hold up to that impression.

The most memorable take away from my stay here will definitely have to be the Seafood Chowder 🍲 😌 👌👌! Definitely a soup that they should add to the menu ever so often. It was divine. The room was massive, comfortable and very clean. The rooms are also properly designed and user friendly for individuals with physical disabilities. Overall, the ambiance of the hotel's property was very relaxing and unique for a Kimgston Hotel. Service in my experience was terrible. I know it might not be the regular occurrence, but it did happen. Me and my friends were not able to check in until literally 2 hours after our scheduled check-in time. It was very off putting to be waiting in the lobby for so long.

Lively spot in a convenient spot to wherever you want to go in Kingston. For the fliers covid test perform in-house. Great menu selection and pleasant servers. Rooms are great with the biggest bar of soap since I've been staying in hotels. To top it off Starbucks is on property.

This is the new "it" spot in Kingston. We stayed on a Sunday and the bar and pool were packed! The BBQ wings were amazing and so was the mango cheesecake. The pool isn't huge, but it's big enough for kids to really enjoy. The atmosphere overall is new, modern, sleek and welcoming. It's also located close to Devon House which is another great attraction in Kingston.

I spent couple hours here for a birthday party. The staff was warm and friendly. The lounge is huge and relaxing. Food and cocktails excellent. Food prices are affordable, although coated in US$. (dollars)

This is the spot in Kingston to network, do business and socialize. The food is excellent also. I would definitely stay again. The area is revitalizing so most attractions are at the most 5 miles or less away. I can see the area becoming walkable in the near future.

Best hotel I’ve stayed in - in a while!! Our waitress Kerecia serves us every time and EVERYTHING is always on point. The cucumber refresher is 100% my favorite and I’m pretty sure she makes it herself because it’s the same every time. She makes sure that we have the absolute best and I am grateful. We WILL be coming back to see her!

It was not a stay over, notwithstanding, Mr Young was an excellent server. The food was gooood and the ambiance breath taking. The music selection was fitting and was not too loud and overbearing. Myself and the girls may make this an every month occasion 💝

I wanted to give this hotel 5 stars 🌟 but there are some things that they need to get in order. Firstly, accommodating persons that are Marriott Platinum Elite members. There was no effort to accommodate my husband & I to get a room with a king sized bed. We ended up in a room with 2 queen sized beds. The hotel is extremely busy. It is very lively however, I believe that guests staying at the hotel should have designated parking spots. It's a free for all there, especially during the weekends. There is also no walkway when you're approaching the parking area. You're walking in the path of the cars. On a positive note, the beds are extremely comfortable & the location is perfect.

My rating is on the parking lot and entrance... I didn't stay here. Parking felt like an after thought. Very tight spaces. However, Beautiful well kept grounds. The drive to pick up area was nice and spacious so cars could park to wait a little or drive around

AC by Marriott was an awesome experience. We were treated extremely well and the food was excellent. Front desk staff was very helpful. Wait staff were courteous and kind, especially Michael. It's a hotel I would definitely recommend.

I am very, very impressed with the customer service given. I only visited twice and it's just for dining🍽️. Let me just say, I have never, ever gone to a restaurant and have over 3 people coming up to our table asking if we are getting through (Love that we are acknowledged). And even though we said yes, they still come from all handles (different faces) asking if we are okay, etc. I love that to the core. They didn't treat us any differently because we are locals. I say this because I have had the experience elsewhere. Fast forward to when we just enter the building, it didn't even take us 3 seconds long enough and a gentleman greeted us right away and seated us. AC, please continue to have great staff. It does good for your business. Oh, and even the securities are warm and friendly. One of them remembered me from the first time I went and asked him to take a picture of me🙂. Oh, and we were well taken care of by our main waitress😌😘🇯🇲

Really good hotel! Great service from the staff at the reception and lounge bar. A good selection of food and each meal was very nice. Great place to enjoy a cold Red Stripe. There is also a Starbucks on the premises which is handy. The rooms are spacious, modern and clean. My A/C was set at its lowest of 20c which was a little to warm for me, one call to reception and they were able to lower the default temperature. There is a nice poolside area and an adequate gym area. I would definitely recommend this hotel and return again in the future.

AC Hotel exceeded my expectations! The location is amazing. Everything is within arm’s reach. I was able to grab Starbucks and use the ATM without leaving the hotel which was amazing. The room is so comfy, modern, and clean. We had dinner at the hotel and the amazing food is second only to the service. Our server Shaair was the absolute best part of our trip; so amazing and kind. We will be staying again for sure.

The customer service was amazing. We asked for the bartenders recommendations and I got a 'Sahara Dust' which was absolutely incredible. It includes a flavored beer which I'm not the biggest fan of but it had zero impact on my enjoyment of the drink.

Attended a forum for girls in STEM and it was a wonderful experience, especially for my students. I'm allergic to seafood and brunch was fish etc. I spoke with the supervisor, sorry I didn't get her name, but she was very understanding and immediately got someone to go to the kitchen to make me a fresh plate without any seafood coming into contact with it. They had plated everything beforehand so she had to ask for something from the kitchen. The food was good and the servers did their job well. Would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at the AC Hotel Kingston. The staff was all friendly, attentive, and gracious. Throughout our stay we enjoyed many of the facilities on site including the gym, the pool, and the restaurant for many of our meals. The restaurant is often jam packed so expect a wait. However, in the evenings you’ll be entertained with great music and the staff consistently lets you know the status of your order and keeps the drinks flowing. On several occasions we had the pleasure of having Shaair as our waiter. He was always on top of our order whether it was a table of five for dinner or drinks with my husband we were taken care of. Service with a friendly smile throughout. Would recommend to he AC Hotel in Kingston and would definitely stay again on a return visit.

Attended a work retreat in the conference facility, adjacent to the parking garage. Given that other events were occurring, the parking garage was near capacity at 8:15am. The location is strategic, however the morning travel to and evening travel from the venue is challenging on any route. The conference facility is purpose built and functional, but a tad dog-eared presumably due to throughput. This was most evident in the carpeting. The conference room by the restrooms is definitely not soundproof. The wait staff were attentive and pleasant. The fare was good in quality and quantity both for the a.m. and p.m. breaks and also lunch; above average. This was reflected in the billing. An overall good experience. Will consider utilizing the facilities for future business purposes.

A one night stop in Kingston while touring the beautiful island of Jamaica was made perfect by Khadine. Professional and attentive, she created an experience that was memorable. Modern rooms were nicely appointed and clean. Breakfast had a local option with Continental Breakfast. Overall, a great experience at a property I will add to my list when my travels take me back to Kingston.

Hotel is amazing. Very elegant hotel complex, staff is super friendly. All areas are very clean. Gym is super nice. Definitely pricey, but you get what you pay for. If you want to stay at nice places you're going to pay for it! If people are coming down for business or in the area to visit, I would definitely try this hotel.

Taj was an absolute delight. He was attentive from start to finish. He was very hospitable and made us feel a part of the Ac Hotel family. He was also jovial! He deserves a raise. He is one of the BEST I have seen!

10/10 experience! Fairly new property so the rooms look exceptional! Grounds are well kept and the staff are very friendly. It’s central to everything. There’s a Starbucks next door and very business friendly. The only complaint is that the AC in the rooms don’t go down very low so the rooms can get a bit warm at night. Will come here every time I visit Kingston.

Javaughn was a very good server. He gave a good recommendation for a drink, checked on our table regularly. He was also very polite. 10/10 service, the best I’ve received since coming here.

We visited the the lounge section of AC Hotel. I was impressed with the overall concept. The atmosphere was exciting- amazing selection of music and persons interaction with their groups. It was just and amazing experience. Our sever Javaughn was very professional, he was able to give us a pretty helpful and simpler description of dishes serve on the menu. He did rounds, continually checking to see if persons were okay etc. As a vegan/ veterinarian I really appreciate the fact that they had a whole second of the menu dedicated to us and all of them was available. I have the scotch Scotch bonnet Vegan steak, OMG it taste amazing. It was seasoned to the core and the herbs and spices was just right. I really enjoyed it, I am looking forward to go again. I have to try the other vegan options on the menu. I am not a big drink however the drink’s menu looked impressive with some very interesting options. I was very pleased that I was able to get Guinness.

Spacious and comfortable environment, great for business meetings. It's also a nice place for a coffee date at the Starbucks located inside. I've attended a few business functions inside and it was a great experience.

I had the pleasure of enjoying this hotel and restaurant on 12:28/2023. Jevaughn was my server, and despite the place being a little busy, had the best dining experience I have had in a while. He is attentive and very knowledgeable about the menu options. His mannerism, friendliness, cleanliness, speed and care in service was exceptional.

It was a great experience and the food was so tasty . Chad was the one who attended to us, and he was so awesome and very respectful he ensured we got everything we ordered right. The seafood was so tasty. Sending $215 USD worth it. Thanks Chad.

Had an amazing experience with me and my family here. We had the pleasure of getting checked in by Jameel at the front desk who is amazing at both customer service and hospitality and as an individual . Bruce, kept us smiling each time we passed the lobby, we had great ideas for our event that we hosted by Gio from the bar/kitchen which I’m thankful for . Our Av personnel Adrian did above and beyond at our event that made it special . Would recommend if you want a great event and amazing atmosphere!

Nice, clean, beautifully decorated. The staff is excellent they put service above self, the food is good. The rooms for functions were great.

The staff, location and facilities were great. In fact I rebooked additional nights since it was so comfortable and convenient. The breakfast was especially great and the hospitality staff phenomenal. Special mention to my server at breakfast Aliesha who was especially helpful. Highly recommend this hotel and there is no doubt I will stay here again.

This was exceptional! Kerecia at the bar made our drinks/cocktails and it was off the chain!!!! Would recommend her and this bar anytime! Friendliness, awesomeness and just overall a very cool and relaxed feeling. She knows what you want even before ordering and if she doesn't, she sees your habits and those of every patron and adjusts on the fly...simply audacious and awesome!! This is the best experience I've had by far for a long time.

Every stay at the AC Marriott has been great. Our best experience is the restaurant staff. Our server Chad is amazing. Very warm, polite, efficient and attentive to guests. Chad’s customer service is second to none. I am truly impressed with his professionalism and customer service.

Javaughn's service was excellent, its my son birthday and he enjoy every minute of it. He had cake and ice-cream and know the happy birthday written on Plate he ate it all and leave just happy, I ask him why, he reply he was happy with his service and meal was good.
