BEAUTIFUL well-kept hotel in the middle of kingston ,safe and pleasant, easy walk to different points in the city center . It's called New Kingston, full of nightlife ,restaurants, and shopping. Something for everyone .

Great location & good for a short stay in Kingston. Lots of facilities on the grounds ie. Gym, pool & tennis. The rooms are basic & clean but slightly dated. The service overall was really good especially the staff at Reception and Paul at JD urban pub for dinner. I would say breakfast could do with less restriction on what you can or cannot have. If you have a Jamaican breakfast you can’t a continental or vice versa.

The room was pretty nice. Spacious and kept clean by the staff. The main issues were a street lamp that shines right into room at night and some street noise in spite of there not being much traffic. The Jamaican breakfast was a nice change from continental. Salt fish and callaloo.

I haven't stayed at or seen the rooms at Liguanea Club but from the photos I see online, they appear to be well appointed and comfortable. The location is super convenient and the variety of facilities offered is good. I visited the bar recently and enjoyed the atmosphere as well as a very nice meal. I had a chickpea wrap with fries and really enjoyed it thoroughly.

It being in a central location is a huge plus; Emancipation Park is nearby and being in New Kingston you can walk up to Starbucks, Juici, KFC, Pizza Hut, etc. You can also walk down the road to get a taxi or bus to go to Cross Roads, Constant Spring or Half Way Tree. The staff is nice. It isnt all inclusive and breakfast is included however it isnt a buffet and you aren't allowed to mix continental and the Jamaican breakfast it's one or the other. You pay for lunch and dinner. Check out is 12 pm. $25,000+ for one night. There is no ATM on the property so you would have to walk up the road. It's more of a tennis club with rooms for maybe business trips. Theor loaded fries are good. All in all it's okay. Kingston needs all inclusive hotels like St. Ann and Montego Bay has so you dont have to travel far for that.

Attended an evening book launch for which the venue was well suited - area semi-private, seating good, space had open sides for that outdoor feel, lighting good, food options and service good, access to amenities good. Staff could be more pleasant; no complaints per se, but adding a simple smile to a greeting would have gone a long way to add warmth and care to each interaction.

No professionalism. Spoilt a memorial service royally!!!! Experience could not have been worst. It doesn't deserve a star.

This place was excellent. My family went to spend time with relatives in in JA and stayed here. The staff were pleasant, rooms and grounds clean with many amenities. We played ping pong, took the kids to the mini playground, could have played tennis, and had relatives come and hang out at the pool with us. They also have great, fresh food and a bar that made good drinks. Although, the Wi-Fi was kind of spotty at times and everything shut down around 9:30 pm on the grounds, overall it’s a great place to stay.

I've said it before and I'll say it again. The ambiance is just right, but there are still areas that need upgrading. The wooden floors that creek as you walk in rooms and main foyers, the internet service needs to be in all rooms. Bed is comfortable, continental breakfast is very delightful and filling 🥧 and staff is accommodating and friendly. Pool is completely out of service which wasn't listed when I booked, so swimsuit was unnecessary to bring. The world class tennis courts were in full swing with students and trainers. I will still visit again for the class that I enjoy exists here, clean room, well presented amenities and the atmosphere

Three star hotel at best. The rooms are sparsely decorated and the breakfast that comes with the rate is barely a breakfast. The bar closes at 8pm as well.

Rooms are nice, but service needs work. Communication between front desk staff seems lacking. Dining room slow even when just 3 tables are being served. Servers need to listen to requests. Asked for orange juice no ice 3 times before they got it correct. Ordered egg white omelette and got it without cheese they forgot the ham and bacon side orders too. I am still waiting for my copy of the invoice to be emailed to me too which I was promised I would've gotten at check out. After waiting more than 5 minutes, I left as I didn't want to miss my bus.

I stayed with my mom and we were very impressed with the amazing service from the entire staff. Located in New Kingston it is walking distance to the bank, Emacipation Park, restaurants and more essential places. To management (Mr. Walker & Janice), front desk (Jermaine), and the restaurant team thank you for your impeccable services.

We ate on the patio where there was a delightful breeze. I had the curried goat with "buss up shut". The curry was amazing!! My teenager boys had fried chicken and potato wedges... nothing was left on their plates. The rest of the menu made my mouth water, I'll have to return to try more. The service was friendly and knowledgeable, thumbs up all the way around.

The worst neighbors to be cursed with: I'm staying at a neighboring hotel and am awake at 3:00am listening to Liguanea comically loud sound system. Set off all the car alarms around us as well

Feel like I over paid. It's really more a tennis club with rooms. Restaurant is ok. Nowhere to lounge and relax in the garden, only room, courts or restaurant. Breakfast was nice.

A members club with lots of amenities, 8 Tennis courts where tennis tournaments are played throughout the year which was my introduction, for the activity investing in more seating may help the comfort of patrons. Other amenities include Clubhouse with a pool and restaurant, gym, squash courts, meeting rooms. I may become a member soon we see 🙃

Extremely old and dilapidated building from Colonial times. Porch was falling off and there is No A/C in the lobby, hallways or restaurant. There is a/c in the rooms. The worst part was the giant cockroaches in our room. We informed staff and all they said was sorry about that. There is no elevator, and no help available to get your suitcases up the stairs. The food in the restaurant was good, but the service was not. Waitress was so slow and seemed to hate her job. The free breakfast is a nice addition.

Went for a meeting. The meeting room was comfortable and a good size for the team. Seems like a nice set up in general with decent food. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Their internet connection was a bit spotty. When we used an ethernet cable instead it was nonexistent.

the club is very a very prestigious reputation for being an exclusive club with a rich history. I visited to support a tennis tournament. the grounds are well kept and they have accommodation on site. they have a squash court and a swimming pool as well. the changing rooms are kept clean and an attendant was always present when I visited. the sport shop is also relatively well stocked.

Very convenient location which is right in the heart of new Kingston. Also amazing customer service by the staff especially by the GM. I had to leave the hotel before breakfast time and so I relayed the information to the general manager. He was very courteous. He had me order my breakfast from the night before and at 6 my meal was packaged and ready for the road. Also the grounds were beautiful and clean. I definitely recommend staying here.

I've been to conferences/workshops at liguanea club twice now, once in 2018 and once in 2020. Both times the staff was unfriendly and the facilities lacking - small rooms and walls so thin we could hear the prayers of the meeting next door, literally. They are very disorganized as well, not delivering items that had been paid for by the organizer because they had been lent to other meetings.... It was a mess. At first I thought that it was a fluke but when I went back a year and a half later it was the same. I am not anxious to attend anything else there.

Really shocked and disappointed with my one day stay here. Booked to enjoy the pool and the restaurant but they do not serve any food or drinks after the brunch morning service. I'm here alone and reception told me if i go out for food i wouldn't be safe! Walked out very scared and got a terrible kfc around the corner came back to enjoy the pool only to find they had rented it out for a big kids party! Totally ruined my visit here, would never of booked it if i knew they do this on Sundays. Terrible way to treat guests who pay a lot to stay here :(

What makes the Liguanea Club remarkable is its staff. From the General Manager who made every effort to ensure my needs were met, to the front desk receptionists and the housekeeping team, everyone was amiable and assisted in making my short stay a pleasant one. Some facilities and the landscape are in need of improvement but generally, my experience was a good one.

👍 I'll start by saying, the food is worth every dollar!!! Minus the grease. Had the steamed wantons. An acquiring taste but okay. Vegetable spring rolls were great and the mala chicken- amazing.. spices just right. Servings are large so be careful not to order too much for 1 person. Ambiance is okay (...
